So, we reached out to them for help as we needed a tow. Called and told the lady at the front desk that we d be by to pick it up shortly. She didn't tell me they closed early on Fridays and that the shop closes for the weekend. Called that Monday only to find out they jacked the price up for storage fee. How can you charge a storage fee when your closed for the weekend? So we ended up getting a small win on that after being told by the woman at the front desk that she was the final say lol....this would be the 1st of many silly and unprofessional things she would end up saying.....only to be proven wrong time and time againAfter speaking with a bunch of people and hearing their horror stories of their similar dealings with her we quickly realized that woman at the front desk is probably the rudest and most unprofessional in the area . Called a few days later and asked for a copy of our receipt and she said NO! because we already got one (in the real world we didn't really get one, but we just laughed at her lies until she hung up on us ).I ve read some nice reviews about the owner and if I were him Id part ways with her as she is a bad reflection on his business.

I've been going to this shop since I was a little kid and I'm now in my late 20s. My grandfather always chose this shop just because Bobby was so honest, helpful and truly cared about his customers and there safety. He treated my Grandfather and my entire family like there own. Bob Mays, who runs the shop now, continues that same work ethic and care as he's helped my family in numerous situations. I bought a used 2020 Toyota Tacoma from a dealer in Rhode Island who sucked and they sold me a damaged car. Bob looked at it 3 separate times to make sure it was all set and he even called the dealer for me basically saying that if they didn't fix the damage he was going to go to the state. He only charged me for an inspection and a tire alignment when he easily could have charged me more. If you have ANY issue with your car I suggest you give them a call as they can fix just about anything. There basically like family to me and they treat others the same <3

Highly recommend without a doubt. Excellent service and great craftsmanship. I was lucky to exchanged conversation with both Kim & Bobby, lovely and kind. I will continue to support the 30+ years family business and refer all family/friends here! Bobby and his team of professionals are awesome. Attention to detail is outstanding. Took it in for new tires, alignment and front end work. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my truck s front end was solid and ready for plowing. He also gave a great recommendation on tires. When an unexpected brake issue was found, he only charged for parts and gave the truck a wash and acid rinsed my rims for nothing. Highly recommended.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

When everyone one else had my rear tire done & needed to be replaced, Bobby fixed it! There will be no other place that I ll go to for service & tires. Impressed with his integrity & professionalism all around!

InformativeHonest ( No hidden aspect about the business - Straight shooter, thank you for your time and service)Efficient ( The whole staffing @ Mays is professional and respectable, I am very grateful for the quality work displayed)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:-If you want your vehicles tires or other needs to be taken care of and an honest transparent experience and NO BULLS*** .I suggest swinging by May s Tires and Accessories and have them take care of your vehicle and have you comfortably waiting with excellent service(also I was a NEW customer, let me repeat I WAS. Knowledgeable and honest!These guys are awesome. Took my truck in on short notice this close to the holidays and were able to not only fix my issue but got it done quick.They actually take the time to explain what was wrong and suggest things you can do on your own.This was my first visit to Mays and they've most certainly earned my business in the future!

Mays tires is definitely my go to place for truck repairs. Not only are they friendly, courteous, and honest... they do really good work and their prices are very good compared to everyone else around them.I first dealt with mays four years ago, did business with them for two years and then I had a really good connection inside Sullivan tire in the cooperate offices. My experience this year with Sullivan was garbage to say the least. I went back to mays and they reminded me what I was missing out on. I appreciate all of the work they ve done for me and my company and what they ve done to accommodate me and give me their honest feedback on quality of our trucks etc. never will I ever switch to someone else again.Thank you guys for all the work you do and the honesty and the communication you provide to your customers.

May's Tire has the best tire mounting, balancing and front end alignment I have ever experienced. I recently brought my car to May's for new tires, not only was the balancing perfect, they used the correct European wheel weights for my car. The front end alignment was spot on, there is no other word for it. This shop has the best and most modern tire equipment and they know how to use it. If you are serious about a quality, no compromise ride for your car, May's is the best tire shop there is. You will not be disappointed. Thank you "May Family".

This place is the best! The do great work at very fair prices. They make sure your vehicle is safe and sound, and never nickel and dime you. Friendly staff and they are very fast. Highly recommend!

I have run several high end cars through Mays. Bobby is the best in the business. Attention to detail, reasonable prices, and his staff are very hands on. On numerous occasions they have gone out of their way to make sure my vehicles leave with laser accuracy. Find me a shop that will take you in on a Saturday Morning, offer you breakfast, talk shop, talk about life while exchanging several laughs in the process? It simply doesn't exist anymore in the mechanic industry. Every bad review on this wall has a back story missing. A man's man simply doesn't leave you hanging and that's what this family is made up of. I am a proud customer of Mays for life.

Bobby is a great guy. He and his sons do great work. I have been bringing all of my cars there for any legitimate service that I need done. I live in Fall River and still drive to his shop because I trust him. I would recommend him over any one else!

Bobby at May s Tires were able to do two of my Jeep s tires and 4 wheel allignmentNow it drives like train on the tracks. Bobby calls me asking how I like it. I could hear air escaping from a hole in the tire. I drove quickly to May's. Bobby got it quick enough to drive it in before losing pressure. I had groceries to get in the freezer. He lent me a car for the hour repair. Phenomenal work!Service: TiresService: Tires

If you want work done right the first time. Bring your vehicle in to Bobby and it will happen the right way and on time as well. My family has been taking our cars to May's Tire for the better part of 10 years now and it's always been a great overall experience.Bobby and his guys know their business and are very up front with no BS on what you need for your vehicle. Alot of his techs are his family as well and their work is held up to his high standards for even something as "small" as an oil change and rotation.Personally, I do not mind paying for quality when it is ACTUALLY quality that I am getting. No matter what I am putting my money towards, a little extra for peace of mind and quality work is 120% worth it.

Been to Mays for my vehicle and my daughters. THEY went out of Their way to get the tires I needed from Another place in an hour. They fixed things on my car that hadn't run correctly in years . ( after an accident that insurance co said was fixed. My car drove off tghe lot like it was brand new. They have been beyond helpful and respectful from the owners to the sons and other employees. Top notch!

Have used Mays tire in the past very happy with the alignment work done in the past. Stopped in today to have a tire Ive been having problems with, asked if I could get the tire looked at. On your VW yes right rear. All my bays are full sorry as the window shuts on me. Im like ok I was treated good last time.WTH. Ok Ill go buy tires somewhere else, and relay the message to all. Apparently I went on bad. Good Luck I find a company that wants to do tire work. Customer BewareService: Wheel alignment

I have been a customer of May's going on 17 years and 2 cars (Car #2, 8 years, 140k and going strong) That translates to 350,000 miles of service history. I have found no other dealership or garage that I can trust that will offer the value and quality of service that May's Tires provides.

May's is the only shop I'll take our vehicles to. Their shop is immaculate and their work impeccable.They've replaced full sets of tires for my Tacoma, Tundra, my wife's 4-Runner and Wrangler Unlimited. Every time we get a truck back it's clean, aligned, and happy. They go so far as to line up the white lettering with the valve stems.When our daughter's Wrangler needs tires, there's no question where we're bringing it.

Absolutely the best experience i have ever had. Not only did they fix my tire but delivered the car to my house as i had it towed there. These people are amazing. I cant say enough good things about the. I give them ten stars!!!

I called to get price on two new ties and BobbyGets the call right away he tells me if I'm sure I want to buy tires from them they are the most expensive place around. I thought he was joking and was lost in the moment so I asked are you serious he stated yes and don't waste his time Bobby then said thank you and goodbye and hung up phone on me. This was by far the worst any professional business has ever answered a phone call. I'm still in shock. I'm going to save you and your car some trouble stay clear of this tool of a shop if he doesn't respect the customer why would he respect your vehicle or his work. Bad business man without customer you can stay in business what a j--k

I wish I could give no stars! My husband brought my car in for a flat tire turned out all I needed was a valve stem and reseal which in any other place the most would cost $25!! They told my husband $40 so of course he repeated $40!!! He then tells my husband you know what you all set and shuts the window, my husband stood there with the money in his hand to pay and he gets ignored. Then when he gave the car back to my husband he tells him don t ever come back! The one thing that stood out the most was that he went into my glove box and I know this because he called my husbands co-worker to ask who worked at that company with my last name and proceeded to lie and say my husband didn t want to pay and that there were others ahead of him (there wasn t) but took him because he knew the owner of the company my husband works at.Service: Tires

Great quality. Refuse to do cheap, low quality work. Also, they do almost all car work, time ups, engine repairs, inspection stickers etc. Will refer you to local places for what the don't do. Family owned, they are friendly but quick tempered and like to "bust your nuts " sometimes.

I think the world of this place. Bob and his crew are terrific - they have never let me down and I've had some real tough car issues that they've always helped me with. My car is riding so nice now, it's great to know I can count on them and all their generous help.

Needed a hub spacer for an aftermarket rim no one had them and I wasn t sure the exact size. Tried other places with no luck They helped me find the right one that day. Can t recommend enough.
