The work I had there was done in a timely manner and the gentleman who explained everything to me over the phone was very nice. However, the girl at the front desk could have been a little bit more pleasant. No greeting when I walked in, never a smile, no reply when I said thank you and when I asked where my car was, she told me to check around each side of the building.

Mark and his team are true trouble shooting real deal mechanics , not the parts changers that you find at the dealerships , i had an issue with my f150 recently that the dealership basically misdiagnosed which I had a hunch of and that s why I brought it over to KNB, im so happy That I did , they saved me a lot of frustration and money on parts I did not need . And to be honest I would much rather give my money to a family owned Buisness than some monopolized dealerships that are not real skilled mechanics in their trade . Thank you again to Mark and his entire team for great professional and timely service!!

Looking for a local auto shop you can trust? Look no further, this is it! We ve been going here since 2011 and through the years with the various cars we ve owned, they ve fixed them all for us. Stickers, oil changes, alignments, tires, etc..Jess in the office is always wicked nice, she knows her stuff!

I called on a Monday and they said bring it in Wednesday that was a great start! They fixed my compressor for my ac. Seemed like a good price and driving home with some cold air blasting was priceless.Everyone was friendly and they kept me informed of the progress. If l need any other work on my car I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Thank you Mark!

I was told when I brought my car in for an emergency repair of struts that they couldn't repair it until the next day. I was glad they at least looked at it and called me the same day with the price and happy that the work was completed early the next morning

Fair, fast, great communication.Years and years of trying to find a reliable and honest mechanic have led me to knb. I got over $2,000 quote for repairs on my 2013 Subaru. K&b's quote was less than $800, and was incredibly thorough and complete.

Showed up without an appointment and the mechanic came out and looked at my honda pilot and allowed me to leave it so he could squeeze it in during the day. I needed my trailer hitch bolts tightened and they got it done for me . I bring both my cars here and they are always helpful. Great place I recommend highly.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The service over exceeded my expectations.Stopped by yesterday, came back today, never expected that, it was expressed they had an overload week. So I was hoping to make an appointment for next week here it is the end of the day. Roy knew exactly what the problem was with his trained ear. So warm and quiet for my ride home.All the best to everyone and enjoy a safe , happy healthy holiday and new year. Hope its prosperous!!. Great service. They took me in at the last minute and went above and beyond as far as servicing my car and were the friendliest I have ever met! Now they are the only ones I will have my car repaired at.

I had to replace all ball joints and associated parts on my Dodge Dakota pu. The people at KNB were very professional and easy to work with. They did a great job at a great price. Thank you

These guys are very determined and seem to really know what they're doing! Brandon was really helpful and knowledgeable when I had to take my car in for some repairs to my O2 sensor system (not the sensors but a problem with/related to them). If I could have fixed it myself, I would have, but I could not figure out what was going on. These guys figured it out.

Clean and super efficient! . Happy to have an auto repair that knows cars, is honest and I can trust to fix it right the first time. I recommend KNB to all my friends and family.

Busy. But super fast and efficient. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. I would reccomend to everyone. Whatever valvoline cant do we reccomend going here to our customers. happy with them.

My brother owns a transmission repair shop, but I go to KNB Auto for all my car/truck needs and state inspection sticker. They have about 6 mechanics and 8 repair lifts! Your vehicle is usually in and out in one day! Mark, the owner races cars for a hobby, and owns some super muscle cars!

I went in for an inspection sticker. I got it no problem.There was an employees talking in front of alot of customers saying they can't get anything done and makes no money because they are always dealing with customers and answering the phone.Just my opinion but that shouldn't be spoken about in the presence of customers.

Ordered a inside door handle for my mother in law and told her part was going to be 40-50 dollars and to install it would be another 40 -50 dollars. I got the part for 6 dollars on line and it is one Phillips head screw to install the part. Seems shady to me..

Knb auto was a very good experience....time was very forward and quick....when it was all fixed the price was under the quote ....IMAGINE A MECHANIC NOT CHARGING YOU FOR WORK THAT DIDNT NEED TO BE DONE .....HONESTY AT ITS BEST.......MARK CUZZIN
