Really grateful for your services, I was having a tough morning then got a flat tire- baby in the car and in route to a presentation. They showed up and changed my tire in less than 30mins. Phenomenal customer service, professional and life saving. Thank you:)

Arranged for a car transport from RI back to MA on short notice. They sent Al, an extremely friendly and helpful driver. He even noticed and mentioned some suspension corrosion to me that I hadn't noticed (--had just purchased this car). Appreciated that for sure! All for a reasonable price as well. Have to recommend these fellas.

Really kind and helpful. A coolant hose tore and my engine started smoking after I parked my car. Got towed here quick, wasn t sure where to go because my normal mechanic has retired and I haven t needed work since. I also had to pick my mom up from the airport and I was panicking. After I let them know, they got me in and out so fast to help me with my time crunch and I ended up getting to the airport 25 minutes before her! Everything worked out perfect. Thank you so much!

Great, fast and professional roadside customer service! Needed to have a new tire mounted, balanced and installed. They were able to fit me in and get the job done. I will definately refer to friends and family! Thank you!

I had a very positive experience working with Steve and the rest of the team at Walter C Cranstons. They fit me in super quickly when I called, and were very prompt to work on my car. They diagnosed the issue with my car within an hour and had it fixed by that afternoon. They are also super nice and very easy to work with. I now reccomend all my family and friends to go here for their auto needs!!

I needed a quick oil change I didn t wanna go to valvoline while my car was up getting an oil change. They noticed that I had other problems with my vehicle that I did not know about so I appreciated that.!!!

I had an alternator replaced for my 2008 Saturn Astra. Getting parts is difficult as the car isn't produced anymore. Steve kept me posted on the situation which was fantastic. The bill even came in under estimate! I would highly recommend Cranston for your repairs

Incredible people that work there! Tow guys and Steve In service have been so helpful with the GMC Sierra 2500. I cannot thank them enough!! Please do yourself a favor and go there for your auto and towing needs!

Was not a pleasant experience; Scott was not a pleasant man to correpond with. My mother's car was towed after and accident and as we all know when police order a tow we don't get to choose where or goes. They refused to give us access to the car until they were paid in cash. Insurance company was willing to pay the tow but that didn't matter to them. I feel bad for those don't have family to assist as you continue to accrue fees until it's paid and those on a limited income will have a higher bill as you need to pay for storage fees. Most places with a car towed due to an accident are willing to work with customer and insurance company but not here.

THANK YOU for improving my AWFUL day by sending COLIN to rescue me, through AAA, at an overpriced and completely unhelpful country club in Worcester County. It was pouring rain, but he arrived quickly and was friendly, efficient and professional. My spare tire was bald, so he had to tow me. He explained everything and each step and drove perfectly, despite some mechanical difficulties. I couldn't have asked for better service or conversation and GREATLY APPRECIATE this company!! Tow company employees have a difficult job. It means a lot that Colin was as awesome as he was and that my car, and me, are safe, home and we had some laughs, even with the challenges.

A young lady ran a red light at about 35 miles an hour one night recently on route 12 and 140 totaling my car.Cranston's was called to the scene to tow the vehicles.Very professional and helpful:Cranston's was also accommodating when I needed to clean my vehicle out and have it towed to an auto-body repair shop, which ended up not being able to be repaired.

This company did an excellent job. They arrived early with the proper equipment. 3 other companies came without the necessary equipment to do the job. The driver was polite, efficient and highly knowledgeable and competent. The Auto Repair Garage is conveniently located off Rt. #12 and proximal to Greendale Jimmy Saro perfectly replaced the worn-out climate dash buttons on my 05 Saab and installed a new door handle cable excellent communication and service at a reasonable cost . Terrible. I called aaa and they sent out Bryan from Cranston. I asked him to put on my spare because I have an ongoing low tire I was filling every 5 hours. I told him it was at 19 lbs when I got to work and pretty much begged him to put on my spare. Not only did he refuse but was rude about the fact that I work 3rd shift and it's been very hard to get to a tire place. He told me to make time. I don't have to explain my life to him and all the reasons I can't get to a shop. I'm a woman much older than him and I found his demeanor disrespectful. I'm sure he was paid well for coming out and refused to simply change a tire. He said he would put air in it, and I asked him to please put in 40 because the leak is very bad and I needed to get home. He pumped for 2 minutes (maybe) and was done. I said is that 40? He said" ya, it was at 30. " I said" it was at 23 when I got to work 10 hours ago, how would it go up?" He shrugged his shoulders and left. A coworkers husband came out and put my spare on in 10 minutes. I went to a tire shop the next day and the tire was at 19. Even though it was on the truck less than an hour after Bryan "put in 40 lbs" and then it sat in my bed overnight. Dishonest, rude,and lazy. Shameful

Absolutely amazing towing service today. My daughter took her dog for a walk this winter and her car got stuck in the small iced hilly parking area. They came very quickly, truck reached in, grabbed front tires, lifted and pull her car right out into the street. Very polite and professional driver.Reasonably priced, very happy!

I was told I needed front end work by another garage. Cranstons got me right in for a second opinion. They said my front end was perfect for a Jeep, just had a loose differential cap. Literally saved me hundreds of dollars!! Were friendly, thoughtful, quick and trustworthy. I had a check engine light. It indicated an evopration leak I scheduled an appointment. I was told that they would introduce smoke into the system to find the leak. I left the car and received a call that it was ready about 4 hours later.The bill was very clear, the charges were fair. I have been a customer for over 40 years and have never been disappointed with any work done.I would highly recommend W.C. Cranston if you are looking for fair and honest repairs.

Beware of this place. The owner is extremely unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. I had my car towed out of there before I allowed any work to be done. It was well worth the unauthorized charge of $150.00 to get my keys back rather than allow them to overcharge for unnecessary work or overinflated labor hours which were unnecessary with a reputable mechanic who understands foreign cars. I would recommend either Rob Stacy or Gardner Automotive both are located in West Boylston both have better reputations than Cranston.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I take all my cars (big family, three cars) to Cranston's for maintenance and repairs. They are generally fast and fair, and they always call with an estimate and a recommendation--for instance, I took our '07 Corolla in for an AC recharge, they tried to recharge it, it didn't work--they diagnosed the problem (clogged expansion valve), explained the amount of labor it would take to fix it, and recommended that I either try it myself (they know me, I'm handy) or just do without--not that they wouldn't do it, mind you, but they felt bad charging me so much for such an old car! Same with an O2 sensor replacement another car needed--they said up front it's a cheap part and a labor-intensive replacement. This morning I was leaving for work and my tire seem to have a run in with a nail/bolt. I called triple A and one of the drivers from this company came out. The driver was a very nice young man and I explained to him what I wanted to do. He changed my tire and let me know his company could fix my tire for cheaper than what I would spend at town fair tire. I went to the shop and the people there were very respectful and nice. They had me in and out in 30 mins and the price was amazing! Definitely a company I m referring to family

After an accident, the towtruck driver was really calming and helped get me out of there and made sure I was all right. After returning to the damaged wreck, everyone came out to ask if I needed help or assistance, the manager recognized my case even though he wasn't there when the car was towed. Truly professional and courteous service.
