Menard's did a wonderful job on my car after an accident. Everything came out perfect, their communication was great, and it was even done sooner than expected. I was concerned as my almost new car had extensive damage, but it now runs like new and looks amazing. I cannot thank them enough!

Mike did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. Price was great & communication was exceptional. Vehicle was returned fully cleaned & detailed which was a pleasant surprise.

Took my wife's car in to have some repairs done recently on some hit-and-run, rear/side damage. Mike, Kevin, and the ladies up front in the office were all great.They got me in immediately to replace a broken tail light so that the car could pass inspection before beginning the actual job. Didn't ask for a dime upfront. Mike even hooked another car of mine onto the scanner to help diagnose an airbag light for me--again, didn't ask for a dime. At the time, we had BOTH cars unable to pass inspection so the quick turn-around on the tail light, and the scanner help was much appreciated.Menard's handled everything with my insurance company and once I did get the car in for the main job--they finished up right on time AND, most importantly, the car now looks great. Impossible to tell that there was ever any damage. Oh...and we got the car back WAY cleaner than we left it with them--inside & out.Next time some dummy hits me in a parking lot I won't have to think twice about where to get fixed up.

Visited two auto body shops last week to get a quote on fixing a dented bumper. Menards and another location had the same quote and we went with Menards due to their excellent reviews. We called them back late last week, they got us in at the beginning of this week and replaced/painted a bumper along with a paintless dent repair in another area. Their work was timely, efficient, and communication very straightforward. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car before returning it to me. I couldn t be more impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

Menard's Auto Body Shop took care of the necessary repairs to my car after being rear-ended in an accident. They made it all so easy and convenient, including booking a rental car for me. I've had two small dents repaired from Menard's. One a few years back that required a repair and repaint and one recently that was a paintless dent repair. Both times I've found them to be honest, fair, friendly and professional. The results both times were flawless and looked so good I had to question whether or not I was getting back the same car. Their attention to detail puts them above the rest in my opinion. Without hesitation I highly recommend them for repair work on your car.Service: Body & Trim

Over the years I have used several other autobody shops nearby. I was disappointed with the quality each time. A local referred me here. I can see why. Kevin handled my case. He was very helpful with the insurance. Kevin acted as a consummate professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient. He stayed in very close contact letting me know the progress of the car as it was being worked on. I really appreciated that. The car came out amazing with no complaints at all. Menards and Kevin are a great example of an honest small business that operates and treats their customers fairly. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great work, professional and friendly. They really know their job and the quality is second to none. I've been a customer with mine and my wife's cars since 2007 and always impressed. Most recently when I got a scrape at highway speeds I wasn't expecting much other than to fix the paint. But Mike knew the price of the plastic trim is inexpensive and gave me a quote that was definitely worth fixing that too. When I picked it up the inside and outside were cleaned, felt like I was picking up a new car driving away I just felt happier that I got my baby fixed and now shes pristine again. Anyone I know, I tell to go here.

I went to Menards, on the recommendation of Howie at WPKZ radio in Fitchburg. I had a tree land on my hood, during the wind storm in Oct 2020.I checked the car into Menards and they went straight to work on it. They found additional damage , that the insurance company did not initially see. They filed an addendum and everything went smoothly. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to address additional issues, that were not related to the accident. Mainly the need of a tire and front end alignment. When I picked up the car (it was washed and vacuumed) and started driving off, I noticed a large denomination bank note in my cup holder. They person who cleaned my car must have found it between the seat. They returned it! Who does this in this day and age? I went back and gave the secretary sufficient funds to buy that individual lunch, as a well deserved reward! Mike and Kevin have earned my business. I will be retuning with an antique Buick in the spring, that will be requiring some paint work. Thank you for a great customer experience! These guys (and gal) are amazing! Super friendly and very professional. Did a great job fixing my car after I was rear ended. They took care of all the insurance issues and car rental. Highly recommend Menard's Auto Body!!

I went to Menard s to give my Dodge Journey a makeover as I was selling it. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and Mike, the young man whom I spoke to, immediately walked out with me and took pics of my car. He then explained what could be fixed relatively cheaply and worked his magic on his computer checking out best prices for the parts I needed. He gave me an estimate, which was far cheaper than what I had anticipated. When the job was completed and I came to pick up my car, I was astonished to see this shiny new looking vehicle, fixed, buffed and waxed and shampooed & vacuumed on the inside as well! End of story, I sold my car to CarMax in Westboro, and received $1500 more than I had expected! Menard gets top billing by me!!!!

I took my car in to buff and touch up a few scratch s and they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Had I gone through my insurance company, I d be paying surcharges for years. If your vehicle has been in an accident, you know how stressful and traumatic it can be. Menards handled everything for us told us exactly what to expect, kept us updated and informed the entire time our vehicle was with them. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. The entire staff at Menards was super friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but should we do...we won't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Menard s Auto Body. From start to finish, I was blown away by everything. I ve never used an auto body before so truthfully, I have nothing to compare it to, but it can t be any better than my experience. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and kept me updated throughout. Truck is in MINT condition again and everything is guaranteed. I wish all businesss were run like this one. So thankful for the recommendation to come here. You should too.

Took my Kia there for a replacement side passenger mirror. They could not have been nicer. Found a replacement in a scrapyard in NH, had it to the shop and attached to the car in 3 days, all for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations on where to bring my car for fixing a large dent, and seven different people said to go here, and I can see why now. They were out of my (unrealistically low) budget, but the estimate took a matter of minutes, the person I talked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and what was involved in the repairs.

What a great first class place. Had my headlights replaced which requires the bumper to be completely removed. Thanks GM! Then my car got cleaned & windows done inside & out. What more could I ask for.

I had a small repair, something they don't usually do on Fridays. However, since I had the day off they made an exception. The job was completed in less than an hour. Great work! Thank you

I just picked up my car and i couldn't be happier!!! It looks showroom new!! I was in for repairs on a minor car accident and i did not have to worry about a thing, they took care of everything from the rental to the insurance forms!! And my car looks great! I will be back for a few touchups unrelated to the accident!
