Just purchased a 2014 Nissan NV 2500 from Jamie, and I couldn t be happier with the process. Autowright made the process very swift and easy! They were very patient with the loan process and were always in touch. They also delivered the truck to my home. Fantastic family business, and I hope to do business with them again!

OMG, I think in my 44 years of buying cars ( over 100 in my life) this was the most relaxed car buying experience I ve ever had!! I wasn t even looking to purchase a car that day, just tire kicking!! But it was so enjoyable talking with Eddy one thing lead to another and literally an hour and a half later was driving away in my new Vehicle!!AWESOME!! Can t that everyone enough. James and his wife Lauren are top notch!! THANX AGAIN

Jamie and Lauren were wonderful people to work with! I bought my Volvo XC70 from them back in June of 2023. I was a first time buyer, and extremely picky about what type of car I got. I would only settle for an XC70. I was very happy with the car after giving it a test drive, and we decided to get it that day. The listing online said that the car had a 60 day warranty, which I was told was a mistake (it was supposed to be 30), but they honored it anyways. When I finally picked up the car, I brought it back to Connecticut immediately to get it inspected, and it passed with flying colors. Unfortunately, the day after, the check engine light popped on. There were a few other minor things (wheel alignment was off, liner under the hood needed to be replaced, etc.), which they fixed with no issues. They also continued to help me with the check engine light problem, working with both their mechanics and my local mechanic to get it fixed. It did take a while for the light to finally turn off for good, but Jamie and his crew worked with me up until it was completely fixed. I couldn t be happier with my new car!

I recently purchased a 2021 Gladiator from Autowright Motor Co. and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. From my initial inquiry to the point of sale, Jamie and his staff were extremely helpful and honest. I interacted several times throughout the process with Jamie via email, text, phone and in person and every interaction was friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F150 from Autowright and am very pleased with their process. They went over all the work that was done to the vehicle before I took ownership. I wasn t charged any bogus fees and was even able to bring it to my mechanic before the deal was completed. All the work they stated was done was verified by my mechanic and I had complete peace of mind with my purchase. I will recommend them and also go back in the future. There was absolutely no pressure by the salesman ( Eddy ) or the owners. It was refreshing to say the least.

Bought A 2005 Chevy trailblazer in February which was completely rusted out and had a cracked frame. Was told that it was fine when sold to me. Proceed to tell them once I found out (due to other issues with the car that were never fixed and one that they said they did fix) that it would not be fixable. They say they will take it back and give me half of what I paid in a trade in. Great! Until it took them 8 weeks to tell me I can't get approved. New finance company this, we aren't important to them that. Not to mention they spoke very rudely over the phone to me. After waiting so long I moved on and went to a new dealer, got a car in less then a week, and it's newer and in better shape then most things on his lot as of this review.Maybe I had them at a bad time, maybe they are this bad. This is just my experience and I hope my words help you make your own informed choice in dealerships.As I wrote this they have texted me and challenged me on what I had to say. Hmm...

I got a good used vehicle and price from Jaime, Ed, & Co. They presented a complete carfax, allowed me to bring the car to my mechanic with a list of all the items they noticed, and then fixed up all the issues that got the car in tip-top shape. Even when some brake noise began, they honored their warranty and fixed the problem while I was on vacation. I got to come home to a smooth, quiet ride- a very nice feeling, indeed. They help you with everything from registration & titling to getting your inspection sticker. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks, all. It was much appreciated.

Recently bought a 2013 Tacoma from them. I live an hour away and out of state, and they made it very easy for me to have work done in the warranty period, trusted me to bring it to my mechanic in my area rather than having to drive an hour to them. They even sent me a new passenger side mirror for free, as the original was broken at time of sale. I would recommend to everyone in and out of state

I recently purchased a 2020 jeep from Autowright . I had been looking for my dream car for over 3 months but the new car dealer prices were insane. I happened to drive by and noticed they had what I've been looking for on their lot. I went in and spoke to the co-owner Lauren and drove home with my new jeep the next day .Lauren was helpful,informed and not pushy at all.

Highly recommend! Recently purchased a car for my daughter, Ed and Jaime were great to work with.They have a good variety of used cars, no sales pressure and steered us into a reasonable priced car. Couldn t be happier with our experience and will be our go to place for the next one!

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and can t recall a smoother transaction than I had with Autowright Motor Co! Picked up a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition. Both owners are extremely genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth people. I also worked with Ed and he exhibited the same high-quality characteristics as the owners. They have a large selection of all types of vehicles and as is hopefully clear, I was treated extremely well. We had the most wonderful experience with Autowright. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted. We were looking for an affordable, safe vehicle for our new driver:daughter.I loved how there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything and they were completely honest about the pros and cons of the vehicles we were interested in.Their prices beat every other place we have been to. The cars didn t have covered up damage as seen in other places.They made the process extremely quick and seem less. I will absolutely recommend them to family and friends and will be returning in 2 years for my other daughter.

We were looking for a pickup truck that we could afford for quite awhile and found exactly what we were looking for at Autowright.Jamie and Ed were very helpful and comforting. We did not take it for a long test drive, but we did find a few minor issues with the vehicle. Jamie and his crew repaired all issues very quickly without hesitation which was very professional to us. They handled all the paperwork and DMV which made it so much easier for us. We have been very happy with the vehicle ever since. I highly recommend Jamie and his company to purchase any other vehicles in the future. We have passed on his name too many others! Bought a 2010 Lexus convertible from Autowright. Great people to deal with. Had a small TOMS issue a month after the purchase and they took care of it no problems. They went through the car when we bought it and replaced brakes tires and battery. Very pleased with them.

AutoWrong (as I now call them) sold me a car for 9k that needed over 4k in repairs! They kept trying to fix things but were clueless as to what was ACTUALLY wrong with it. I had to keep giving them my car to repair it while I paid for a rental to get to work and school. I would NEVER come back nor would I refer anyone here. I was told by Eddy that they "stand behind" their vehicles. NOPE! I should've known this place was messed up when I test drove the car and it had almost no braking action! I told Eddy and he just said "oh, well I didn't get a chance to drive it yet." Why would you let a customer test drive a car you haven't even driven to see if it was safe?!I've been told by qualified mechanics that AutoWrong did the absolute bare minimum to get my car on the road and let me drive off their lot with safety issues.Edit: In response to owner's response: I love leaving positive reviews when I have had a great experience and poor ones when I have had a bad experience. I contacted you people MULTIPLE times until Ed stopped returning my text messages in May. Why would I bring my car to you when you failed to diagnose the issues correctly the first half dozen times I brought the car by? I kept bringing it in for service only to pick it up and not be fixed! I have pictures, text messages, emails... I'm still waiting on my warranty by the way. You know, the one you never gave me, the one you gave to a third party (not the owner or person it is registered to) to give to me? Also, I had MULTIPLE issues with the vehicle not two or three. And none of these issues were repaired correctly- at least not by you.

As a young first time buyer, I have not had a better experience than I had at autowright! They immediately assisted me in finding the right car, and walked me through the process. They made the process super easy and I was able to buy my first car without any issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used, reliable and inexpensive car!

Couldn t be happier with my experience. Eddy and Jamie took care of everything from start to finish so all I had to do was pick up the vehicle. I was looking for a vehicle and visited many larger dealers, without finding what I wanted. Since Autowrite kept popping up on my Facebook account, I decided to give them a try. Eddy, the sales person, was very helpful, without being pushy. After finding a car I liked, I was able to bring it to my mechanic and have it checked over. Autowrite had no problem in correcting the flaws that were found. I am very satisfied with my purchace, would rate their service top notch. I would not hesitate to return there should I need another vehicle in the future.

My recent experience at Autowright Motor Co was wonderful. We were in the market for a reasonably priced and reliable car that would be used as another shared family vehicle. The amount of quality inventory under 20k at Autowright made it difficult to decide. We were greeted in the lot by one of the owners- Jamie, who couldn t have been more friendly. He introduced us to Eddie who answered all of our questions completely and honestly- and never once felt pressured. We test drove 3 vehicles and ended up deciding on a beautiful VW Passat. The transaction went very smoothly and I was amazed that they had NO DOC FEE- a rarity in the auto sales business. We picked up the car a few days later after a further safety check, full detailing, and inspection. I can honestly say they now have my business for many years to come.

My wife and I purchased a 2006 BMW X3 from Autowright Motor Co in February of this year. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. I have owned a lot of cars and I ve worked for a few dealerships over the years so I m familiar with how the process goes. We live almost 2 hours away in NH. Eddy and Jamie made the process enjoyable. Before we bought the car I noticed it would need brakes soon and they offered to do front and rear pads/ rotors for the price we already agreed upon. They also noticed the rear license plate frame wasn t in great shape as they were putting my plate on for me to leave. They ordered me a new one and shipped it to my house. The salesman and the owner made it all so easy. I would certainly do business with them again and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used car.
