Can t say enough about Kevin and his team. I went to them for a second opinion and he ended up saving me almost $2,000. I know nothing about trucks either so it was nice getting some back knowledge about everything after he was done.

They saved me while 4 hours away from home! Tire blew out on the way to check into our hotel. They had my exact tire ordered and ready by the next day! Everyone from the Technician to office was so friendly and so helpful. Just all around nice people! Couldn t thank you more for saving my vacation!!

New to area, Great service from appointment scheduling to service. Everything was explained as to what was done to what may be needed down the road. Oil change,tires rotated, quick and easy. Will certainly be back .

The battery in my car died while on vacation in Wellfleet. AAA service jump started it but I took it into Neighborhood Automotive to have the battery checked because my wife had to drive the car to Philadelphia 2 days later. Sure enough the car needed a new battery. Two mornings later the new battery was installed and my wife was able to make her trip on schedule. Because of the urgency to my family I was kind of a pest and the office staff was nothing but super kind and communicative with me. I'm so glad that Neighborhood Automotive was in the area where we were staying. I would recommend them and have complete confidence that they would handle any job efficiently and well.

In late afternoon the other day, the idiot lights in my carefully tended 2012 Subaru Legacy went berserk when I was on the very tip of the Cape. Engine warning! Brakes! Cruise control! AAA towed the car to Neighborhood Automotive, already closed for the day; but the next morning it was looked at and fixed as much as necessary to get me safely back to Brooklyn, New York. And it certainly did so.You can imagine my gratitude. The people there couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and, as a AAA-approved repair shop, more expert or professional. I wish I lived in Wellfleet: Neighborhood Automotive would be my go-to place.So thank you again.

I think it s the best places on cape to get your car or truck fixed. Very Knowledgeable on just about everything. Your car or truck won t stay there long they start fixing them the day you bring them in. We brought our 11 year old Jeep Sahara in because of a noise and after Kevin checked it out we found out we needed new brakes and rotors. We realized we had never replaced them since we bought the Jeep. We got the estimate the same day, Friday and got the Jeep back on Monday. The work at the garage is always done quickly and they care for their customers. I have been using their services for years on my 10 year old Volvo as well and I am always satisfied.

Not bad. Not bad. Always feel like I'm not getting ripped off which is always back of mind getting expensive car fixes. They fixed my car the same day, 3 repairs needed, ac unit, tire rod, and 4 wheel drive. My old Landcruiser did not need a tune-up and he did not feel an acceleration problem, nor smell gasoline, so I had a ride along with Kevin and I really appreciate all I learned from him and the advice he gave.

I had an amazing experience with Neighborhood Automative. While traveling, I noticed a nail in my tire. I called them and they immediately took me even though it was close to closing time. They were beyond friendly and didn t even end up charging me due to it not piercing the tire. Would definitely recommend as they are thorough, kind, and super helpful!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was on vacation and broke a rear spring. On a tight schedule Kevin was able to order the part from Texas and get it installed under a very tight timeline. We were absolutely lucky to have this shop available for us! They were very accommodating to get the work done before my rental ended. I don't know what I would have done without their diligent effort to get the work done before the deadline expired.

He made promises he did not keep. When I arrived to pick up my car it had not even been touched. When I inquired about when it would be fixed I was told the mechanics had left and she has no idea if they were even coming back. I had my car towed to another garage and it was repaired in 30 minutes. Yes it was only a 30 minute repair. Don t go here. Later that afternoon he called me and gave me attitude because I went to another garage. Don t go here. Even with my additional towing expense I saved $200.00 on the repair. Don t go here.Kevin called and apologized for the poor service this morning. His day got away from him, employee issue, all that stuff that can happen to all of us.
