I had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Wellesley Mazda. Mike Winterson is great to work with. He answered all of my questions and showed me every feature of both cars I test drove. There was never any pressure and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process even as a first time buyer. I feel that I got an extremely fair value and was offered a high level of customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I also spoke with Alex and Deven during the car buying process; they were both great to work with as well!I highly recommend Wellesley Mazda!

I really love the used jeep I bought from here. Henry Diep was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and excellent to work with. Because of the jeeps age, it needed a bit of maintenance, and Henry made certain it was taken care of. Overall this has been a very positive experience with both purchase and follow up. I feel well taken care of. Many thanks Henry!

I recently purchased a used Mazda from Andrew at Mazda Wellesley and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Just picked up my new CX-5 today and could not be happier. We worked with Henry Diep and would highly recommend him. He was professional and very patient with us through the whole process. They help me switching out winter and summer tires. They also have done my brakes and a few other repairs. Very kind and respectful staff here. Process is smooth and waiting area is nice. I highly recommend going here to get repairs done, efficiently and smoothly.

We recently were looking for a third car for our children to share. We visited a few local dealerships but were not able to find what we were looking at. We saw an interesting car at Wellesley Mazda that fit our criteria and budget. We worked with Tobias Cruz. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not push us to buy from him and was genuine in make certain that we found a car that met our needs. It was refreshing that we did not have to haggle due to his transparent approach to make sure we got value for our money. Bravo to Tobias and Wellesley Mazda.

Mike Winterson offered excellent customer service at this location. My purchase was not an easy one and he helped me evaluate three different vehicles to help me get one that fit my price point and preferences. I kept Mike on the hook for over a month but he never lost his patience with me and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Everyone that I came in contact with at Wellesley Mazda was exceptional. Highly recommend!

After looking at a lot of vehicles online from Toyota, Honda, VW, Acura etc. and comparing several prices at different Mazda locations, Wellesley was the winner. Mike was patient with me, I had a lot of questions and concerns. I was looking at two different models and he let me take my time. I never met the manager Mike was running things by during negotiations.Overall the experience was pleasant and I would recommend going here to purchase a vehicle.I feel as though if I have any issues they would be more than happy to help me.

We recently bought a Mazda CX 5 from Tobias at Wellesley Mazda. Our salesperson was extremely professional and thorough. Was able to guarantee the lowest price and honor our price match request. We had to wait about a week for our title to arrive so he was able to provide a loaner vehicle for us while we waited for the new car. We have been extremely pleased with the entire transaction process. Would 100% return to the Wellesley Mazda dealership for another purchase!!

Had a wonderful experience at Wellesley Mazda with Mike and Henry. We had been shopping across many different Mazda dealerships throughout MA/NH/ME and ultimately decided on Wellesley because of their excellent customer service, responsiveness over numerous phone/email/text conversations, flexibility with our tight schedules, and willingness to offer and match competitive prices elsewhere. We'll definitely be coming back here for our next Mazda purchase.

I recently purchased a 2024 cx-5 at Wellesley Mazda assisted by the sales rep Andrew Culross. I found Andrew very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable of the Mazda product I was interested in. Wellesley strikes a good balance between trying to sell you a vehicle at a mutually agreeable price and providing good sensible service. Tobias is incredibly patient and professional. We ended up driving the car we wanted away through him. Recommend you come and find him, at least have a chat. And to any first time car buyers like us, no, test drive does not cost you money.
