Excellent advice and service. This is a relationship not just a transaction. They care about my 14 year old Highlander and want to see it provide years of joy and safety for our daughter.

Do not go here for service. Last winter I took my car for service, my fan was not working. They fixed it but right when I brought it home the fan was making noises Again. I call up Toyota and they told me there was no new fan and if I wanted a new fan I have wait 2 weeks to get it in. I waited two weeks. Brought the car back in to get fix. They say everything was brand new and should be ok. My fan just broke again. I was skeptical so I brought my car to another auto shop a good friend of my father. The people there told me the fan that was replace was not new and it seem to be an old fan that is why it s broken. Toyota Wellesley service is NOT honest with their customer. What a scam.
