Very good job done. I m satisfied so far. Overall service from the beginning to the end was good of the body work done. They also give you lifetime warranty on body work done. The rental car was also provided on the spot by enterprise because they work with them to serve the customers which was also a plus point. People are friendly at the business. They answer phone calls right away. I have also recommended it to my sister and they have taken their car there but it was considered total loss. Mike was very helpful. Thanks Mike.

Haskins Auto Body is a master class in customer service. Having your car repaired after an accident big or small is always stressful, but Haskins takes the stress out of the process. I felt valued and respected and humanized as a customer. What a refreshing experience! Their estimate was very fair and competitive. With two teenage daughters, we have now had multiple repairs performed at Haskins, both big and small. My car was delivered in perfect condition after the repair, and they even detailed the car inside and outside. I trust Haskins explicitly and would not go anywhere else.

I supported local business in my town. the work quality is fine. however, it took much longer times(16 days)to get my car back. much longer than I expired it. I had to call each week, three times to find out my car status. it would be nice to get update regularly instead of calling each week. it is my suggestion to them. thank you.

If I was to grade Haskins out of 10 I would give them a 8.5. Overall the work they did on my car was solid. Mike is communicative which is great. Still waiting on a part to come in for my vehicle so I hope the communication stays good. Overall wouldn t hesitate to come here to get your car repaired.

I had some body work done for my Tesla and have to say the experience was excellent. The service throughout the process was extremely professional and they managed to fix the car very quickly. Highly recommend this shop.

Customer service at Haskins his second to none. I had bodywork done, and they kept me informed throughout. They are always friendly and explain everything in detail, which is incredibly helpful for those of us that are not incredibly knowledgeable about cars. I ve been going to Haskins for several years for both service and occasional bodywork. I would give them As Across-the-board.

Haskins automotive fixed did a great job on my Toyota highlander. The collision section fixed my car so well they ordered the whole right side part of my car fixed it and my car looks brand new. They went out of their way and cleaned my car in and out. when I picked up the car , it was spotless. The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Take your car service to them you will be grateful

Haskins Automotive provided great customer service. There was never a wait to get information about the car - no annoying music or multiple menus to wade through. Instead real people answered the phone. I also was impressed that the appraisal was done quickly and I was able to bring my car in within a week's time. I had checked other places and wait on phone horrible and then told weeks before they could get to my car. When I picked up my car it was easy to leave the rental there and my car looked brand new. It also was cleaned well, looked brand new and it looked like both the inside and outside was detailed. I could not recommend them more highly. Best service I have received in several years from anyone for anything.

Experience at Haskins couldn t have been better. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the work in less than 24 hours, after I thought we d be without the car for a week. I couldn t believe it, and would highly recommend them.

Haskins is our regular go-to shop for car repairs, and I just took our car in to have the rear bumper fixed. Haskins is honest, charges a fair price, and I was thrilled that they cleaned my car inside & out! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The team at Haskins was incredibly professional and completed bodywork on our Honda in a timely and efficient manner. Had some stuff done here as referred to by Honda under warranty and they did a great job. Honda held things up a lot but when we arrived the guy was communicative and thanked us for our patience. Seems like great people to work with. Did a great job. Highly recommend.

I am pleased with the work Haskin s performed. My only criticism is the lack of communication. It would have been helpful to know from the start that they would have the car for over 2 weeks.

The work was done well. However, the lack of communication and seamingly endless delays was totally frustrating.The repair took 7 weeks, during which we were given several sequential completion dates, all which passed without communication from Haskins. We would call and were given an excuse and a new date. When a month passed, the person blamed the manufacturer for shipping a damaged replacement part. We were given a new date, which again passed without communication, and then we were told that the manufacturer again shipped a damaged part. After 6 weeks another completion date passed; we called in and were given a different excuse, again blaming the manufacturer. Haskins, you could do better.

Haskins is a great auto body repair shop. I brought in my SUV to have the rear bumper replaced. The repair was quick and smooth. They did a terrific job matching the color. They went above and beyond investigating a rattling noise in the tailgate I started having after the accident. Vitali and his crew methodically searched and tested my car in the process and pointed out something I was able to replace by warranty at the dealer. They are highly skilled and very helpful.

Came to Haskins after an accident I had with my e46 BMW. Dmitriy Novikov helped me tremendously throughout the process and was my one point of contact for all the inquiries.He was negotiating with insurance company regarding the estimate for a repair and did a great job making sure that we balance two tough things - getting insurance to pay for the best parts that were needed and at the same time staying under the threshold at which the car would be considered a total loss.The team did a great body and painting job and the car now looks like new. I am truly impressed.Dmitriy also helped me with getting some other maintenance done on the car. He separated things that required immediate attention and only focused on that. This helped me save a lot $$$ on the repairs that can totally wait for now.Great communication throughout the process, I definitely recommend this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes, Oil change

Overcharged my elderly parent for diagnosis of a problem that was fixed by pushing one interior cabin button. Charged almost $100 and told it took the technician 30 minutes to figure out the issue (a lock button was engaged). Even if it did take that long, the charge is not supported by the time spent. They charge less than a third of that for a tire rotation. Not the first time we have had sub-par customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car in to replace both head lights I brought two LED lights, and I ask to have the wheel mud guard tighter to it would not vibrate at high speeds.Well I was told the headlights were fine, and the LEDs wouldn't fit. The mud guard was tightened. $165. Not horrible.But left head light is still bad and the mud guard still vibrates at 40 plus miles per hour.I just didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling.

My car was rear ended and Haskins made it good as new again. They were recommended by my insurance company and even though they were a little further from home, it was worth it. Mike Ward and Haskins in general were terrific to work with. Parts were ordered promptly. All body work takes time, but I feel they were definitely trying to get my car back to me asap.
