Very honest people here, which is hard to find. I have never seen anything like what they offer- you get a texted link to a page where they upload pics of what needs work on your car, descriptions of every single task that they suggest be completed, so you feel informed and confident in giving them the OK to work on your car. Absolutely fair pricing. Constant communication. Morgan was my service rep and she was truly outstanding. Friendly, educated, responsive and honest. They made a very stressful car break down turn into a seamless problem solving process. Thank you guys!

Every one at Pro Service are very nice and friendly. The work they recently did on my car is awesome. It feels like I'm driving a new car. They are very informative about what they feel is important for your car. And they help anyway they can. And most of all they make you feel comfortable and the crew are always working hard. I'm glad they were there for me.

I've had some great garages help me many times, but THESE PEOPLE are hands down the BEST I've ever come across.I'm not from around the area and my vehicle broke down. Insurance towed it there, found out the transmission was gone.After a number of things going on all at once, they were FAR beyond more helpful than what anyone else would do under similar circumstances.They're amazing and although I have some decent garages closer to home, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back there in a heartbeat!Thank you so much for all you've done!

Had to bring my car in for some front end work. Dropped it off at 8:00 and they gave me a ride home. They completed the job by early afternoon and offered to pick me up to come and get it. As I had already found a ride it was not necessary but it is nice to know they would. Just knowing if a loaner car is available is a big plus in my book. Service is always excellent and the staff is very friendly. Thank you all!

I have always had good quality service with pro automotive. Their staff is personable, they post an email to you with pictures of your car. They tell you what was performed what needs to be done and they won't do it until they get your consent. They had courtesy cars available, which is a big bonus. Belong to AAA, and the Better Business Bureau. I haven't gone anywhere else since I moved to Webster.

You have great service but was told not to come back. I do some the work on my own car, I have come there for tune up on my truck and tires installed. I have a cabin filter installed and many oil changes. Thank you for help on my cars good luck to your business.

I had a great time there getting my oil changed! I had to go back cause, I noticed a valve stem on one of my tires was not doing so good so, they took me right back in with no hesitations, and fixed it right away for me! Highly recommend them, plus they're great to talk to as well, while you're waiting for your vehicle!

Great service! My car needed an oil change and the scheduling was easy! Great communication from the front desk to the mechanic. Loved how they text you updates and take picture of progress and what and when it was completed.Had a coupon and decided to give them a try and so far so good! Chris, Amber any my technician were great! It only took an hour and a half. When I had booked the appointment I was told it would have been in there all day. But I just got an email right after this one that when they inspected my car they found an issue with my differential fluid exchange? And they never told me that when I was there. And I just had the 50,000 mi maintenance so there should be nothing and no issue.

My entire experience with Pro Automotive was excellent from the 1st I walked in. I am from out of state and they were able to work me in, diagnose the problem and even sent photos! The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even gave me a ride to where I was staying because they needed my vehicle for most of the day. Excellent in every way! I wish they were 350 miles south in my neighborhood!!

Brought my 2011 Volkswagon Tiguan to Pro Automotive on S. Main St. as a referral from family. I needed a new turbocharger, a suspension control arm, a 4 wheel alignment and a lube, oil & filter service. Immacutate reception area. The Service Advisor, Amber was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Morgan at the front desk offered me a loaner car and had me go online to take advantage of a $107.00 coupon. She was so very kind knowledgeable and professional as well. Tony was my technician. Again, so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He told me that if the lines for the turbo charger needed to be replaced it would be an additional charge. In the end they did not need to be. I cannot express as a woman how much it means to be treated with honesty and integrity. I was advised and updated with photos every step of the way. To the owner Jason, you have a wonderful crew and a customer for life. Great experience and highly recommend!

The work was done professionally, proficiently, and done well. I was kept up to date on what was occurring with my truck. Adjustments to personal settings was surprising however if things need to be adjusted to prevent an issue I am all for it.

Had 4 new aftermarket rims & tires put on my 2016 Nissan m�xima! They did an amazing job and Chris & the team were very professional & courteous!!!! Awesome place to have your car needs taken care of! Highly recommend & pricing is decent!Update: 11/16/2021 I recently had some service done to my kia suv and as always these guys are wonderful to deal with. They do great work and always try to get you the best deal possible! Morgan is wonderful & does everything she can to help you find the most reasonable financial solution to get the work needed. This was my first time using Pro Automotive after not having a regular mechanic for almost a year. I brought my car in for what I thought was a way overdue brake job - turns out it was a much bigger job than that. They were very friendly and communicative - I can't always make phone calls at work since my job is very hands-on, so they communicated with my partner and my mom a lot, but they do send texts with links to photos and videos of what needs work, so I was in the loop the entire time and could collaboratively make informed decisions. They took great care of my nearly 15 year old car and it feels like a totally different vehicle now. I would definitely recommend Pro Automotive to anyone and will use them again in the future for sure.

Hi all. Had stalling issues with my 15 Jeep Patriot. Made an appointment, dropped it off early and the did what I asked to have done. Got it back the next day. Had it for a few minutes and it stalled again. Brought it back and it took a while. They definitely did the right thing and found and fixed the problem. It runs awesome. Shout out to Morgan! I wanted to get mad but her calming presence and knowledge is something special. Would go back to them, hopefully not for a while, and recommend them in a heartbeat.

The crew at Pro Auto is excellent, they are honest, don't push, give you a fair deal and work expediently.I have had numerous things done with these folks and they always deliver top quality service, get as detailed as you need, pictures of everything you need, it's excellent.I can't recommend them enough.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Heard about this place on the radio, so when I ended up needing some work done, I decided to try them out. So glad I did! Got me in the next business day; gave me a ride to & from my house and had great communication during the entire process. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a shop. My engine blew and they not only helped me get a new one they made sure I wasn t without a vehicle. Morgan and Amber in the office were so kind and helpful. Will definitely be using them again soon.

Had car problems on me way back to Boston yesterday. I called Pro Automotive and they put me thru to their wonderful manager Morgan. She did her best to diagnose over the phone and kindly offered to have her tech take a quick look, even though they were fully booked. Their tech was super professional and immediately diagnosed the issues. I was so relieved there was a relatively simple fix. They got me back on the road in short time. Truly knowledgeable and kind people. Thank you Pro Auto!!

my opinion is this company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied my car is running great I have a little more to fix however The car is running much better they did a great job to pay for work And to beassured that your concerns were heard Something I value thank you
