Pro Automotive was fast, efficient, accommodating, and fair. The office was friendly and explained everything before, during, and after working on my car, it was a bonus the staff was a joy to have a conversationwith while waiting. Their reward program helped me save money on the work I had done and is certainly an incentive to continue trusting them with our vehicles. We have been customers for a few years and will continue to trust Pro Automotive with any repairs, big or small, and know they will be honest and accurate for any future services we may need.

Neil and Lauren are angles in disguise! Super friendly and knowledgeable. A tad on the pricey side, but it makes me happy that I'm helping a small family business thrive in this economy. There's no reason why I wouldn't continue to have them handle my cars needs!

Neil and his staff are awesome. Took my company van there to get brakes and other stuff done. I had to wait there, my company's policy, and they made me feel at home. They were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as extremely courteous. I won t hesitate to bring my personal car for my future repairs. Icing on the cake was the cute frenchie that welcomes you at the door .

They always give me honest pricing for my jalopy and try to save me money where they can. I don t live as close to them as I used to, but still travel here to get all my service done. Totally worth it. Good people and good service

I ve had to get a few things done in a short period of time. Brakes & rotors, tires, and a radiator. Neil (Englewood location) has been an effective communicator, has worked with me on price wherever possible, and even negotiated with CarShield on the radiator replacement, which CarShield was being completely unreasonable on as far as whatever price they say they can get for the part. Regardless, my car is now safe, I m happy, and I have peace of mind with the warranties Pro Automative provide. Highly recommend!

After being charged 109.00 for a basic oil change they used a "coupon " and it still cost 89.00 which is still absolutely absurd . This tells me all I need to know about this place . Was hoping to find a trustworthy local mechanic. This is not it clearly if they are trying to rip people off via oil change ....Will not be back !

Webt to the main street office an i had thought it was going to be good .then drop car off then the lady told me i should have gotten back befor 5pm thrus .well come to find outtheycouldntfind the problem then i had no way to work.fridayno car .monday no car no way to work.so much was told to me an said i coulddo this an that nothing happened.tuesday they fixed relay in car that was the problem.then i had to do show much running back in forth i just no going to saay but anyways im here at work on Wednesday an now i have to pay $1,489.00 for a simple fix .

Had some engine lights on on my 2019 High Country and called to make an appointment. They got me right in! Adrian scanned the codes and diagnosed the issue right away. I chose to change the rear brake pads and rotors myself as I had already ordered all the parts. Once installed I returned and Adreian quickly cleared all my codes. I could not be happier with the speed and quality of the work done! Highly recommend these guys. Surely I will need them again one day!

Very professional and friendly, couldn't find anyone to align my truck due to its size, but pro auto were able to get me in and despite the shear size managed to do the job and in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Screw those cookie cutter take a number big chain places and bring your vehicle here and try this place out highly recommend Quality reasonable exceptional service that cares about your vehicle needs and businness exceeding your expectations brought my car in for tires on my 2011 Toyota Prius and Neil and Lauren took good care of me worked with me on my options got my tires installed in a day under 3 hours and I love that they did the status reports and info I could look up online keeping it honest and trustworthy will return without a doubt and would recommend to friends and family 100% My car has 100k miles my objective is to get my required maintenance done for my upcoming 100k mileage and I'm bringing it here no where else to follow and further up on services Was a pleasure!!!

I d absolutely recommend. Suspension work and alignment done in a day also found a couple important issues that I wouldn t have noticed until too late. I appreciate the customer service and ACTUALLY calling with updates. I ll be back next pain in a$$ job that is too big for me

They're so professional, and a great bunch of people, to sit and chat with! I didn't mind sitting and waiting for the service to be done with my car! I'm going back again, and getting more work done by them! Definetly recommend going to them! I've had no problems and with some services, they'll guarantee it for three years! You don't get that with other shops!

I can't speak for any of the other Pro Automotive locations but the shop on Englewood St. in Webster has very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. When my wife noticed that our truck was due for an oil change and drove in without an appointment they took her right in and did for the coupon price even though she didn't have one. Great folks there.

Wasn't sure what I was walking into when I went into this shop because I hadn't realized it was there. I walked into the door and was greeted warmly by Lauren. I then explained the situation to Neil the Manager of my issue asking him to direct and questions or concerns to my nephew. Neil spoke to my nephew, but he made certain that I also understood what could be going on with my car.All in all, by my choice, I also had them do my suspension because it was badly needed and now drives like a dream, but that wasn't the original issue.The original issue turned out to be a defect that the car company knew about but it wasn't on recall and the replacement parts were not being made to solve the issue.Dan, the mechanic, tried many different ways to fix it. After the QA portion, they thought they had it. They actually didn't. They gladly took it back and at my request they drove it around at every opportunity when they believed they figured it out again.They did it! They just didn't wash their hands of it because it was a recall or do a work around. They actually FIXED the issue.I should also state the whole time they allowed me a free loaner and I have a three year warranty on anything they work on.I have already sent someone else to them who was also highly satisfied.I cannot say enough about Neil's philosophy and his peoples' work performance.Definitely using this team for all my business.Thanks Neil!Let's add to the great service of Neil and his TEAM!I went in after I noticed smoke coming from under my hood. Neil come out with me and check under the hood. He didn't like what he was seeing and immediately put me in his free loaner. He wanted to make certain I stayed safe. Dan once again worked on my car and found the root problem and I was able to retuen at my convenience to switch out cars.Neil is always willing to work with the customer to the best of his ability and it always works for me.He and Dan never talk down to me either and that is a definite PLUS.Thanks again guys!Let me add more to Neil and his excellent FAMILY at ProAutomotive-Englewood Street Location.I dropped in a couple of weeks before a big snow storm. The front passenger side wheel was pulling and just didn't feel safe. As always, Neil made the time for me, he knew I lived alone and had several apointments, so he set me up with one of his new loaners and I was on my way.Of course, it turned out to be pretty bad, but it was good that I went in when I did. Thanks to Neil and his Family, I was safely able to navigate the snow and ice with no difficulty. What a difference.I'm so glad that Neil teaches his folks to treat everyone as family and they were able to solve a few problems and keep me from a winter accident.Thanks Again for possibly saving my life!You are all the best!And another thing.... I've had a problem with my shift for years. I'm the only one who drives it so I can figure it out, but nobody else quite gets it. Well it finally gave out. I had to find another trick to shift the gear. Neil took care of that for me. it turned out it was worse than it looked. Once again, Neil stepped up and had his family take care of it.This is a great place to do business with. They treat you like family and are only looking out for your safety!

I have been getting the postcard coupons for a while and decided to give them a try for my oil change and to diagnose a few things. I was impressed by the way the service needs were explained. As a first-time customer, I feel I was treated like a repeat customer. The work was done fast and they went out of their way to be sure the job was done perfectly. Everyone was friendly. went here for differential service they were pretty quick about it, got the car back in 40 minutes . Pro s services are also very reasonably priced, dealership was charging me 70$ extra than their price after taxes. Plus you get points for any service you pay for here.would recommend 10/10. great service

Such amazing service! Neil and his team diagnosed the problem as well as giving me a complete report card of the car s health. They sourced the parts and did the work the next day, no run around. Fair pricing makes it a no-brainer, highly recommended!

I generally don t leave reviews but this experience is well-worth writing about.Needing an immediate oil change, I was expecting an "average" service but was quite pleased with the overall experience. It was much quicker than l had expected too.In addition, the receptionist Lauren was friendly, professional and very courteous. While waiting for my car, l witnessed her interaction with two other customers and was very impressed. Her clear and HONEST suggestions/recommendations really helps separate their shop from others, that try to sell you everything under the sun. She explained the issues that each customer had and gave them several options that suite THEM. She did not convince them to do what Poe-Automative wants but left it an an option for them. Again, excellent service.I will definitely be returning there in the future with my mechanical needs. Service: Oil change
