Excellent auto service center. Pete's a great guy out to make a living, not rob a person blind. Excellent work at an affordable price. Cash only, but I'd rather pay cash for good work at a fair price than use plastic and pay through the nose for untrustworthy work. Highly recommend....

This is my first time writing a review about a business , but i really am amazed about the quality of service i received today. Well, i will never go there again. The lack of communication between the employees was a joke. All i needed was a tire changed, the blond girl started it by taking the tire off , and thats it. After a while, i asked if there was a problem and they dont have a tire for me. She said no, so i said its a 5 min job, whats the problem? Then she said that she has a bad shoulder and cant change the tire! so someone else will change it , but she doesnt know when.I said ive been there for 1 1/2 hrs now and i cant wait to much longer. So...she asked the boss guy to put my old tire back on! So instead of taking the 5 mins to put the new one on the rim and on the car, he puts my tire with a hole in it back on my car ! I asked him why didnt she tell me she cant do the job? He acted defensive and wouldnt answer , saying i was there for less than 1 1/2 hrs, and he got another customer involved in our conversation.... Immature and unprofessionalthis guy was... and.....Common sense is in short supply at Petes tire.

There was a time when petes tire was the place to go in the area for all your tire needs and a oil changes. but it seems now a days petes is becoming a dinosaur. he is a rude sarcastic man. his female worker is his best asset. everyone knows now that petes is the go to for old folks the sit around and talk politics. cheap tires, poor customer service , he hates foreign cars, smoking smell, tire locks, annnd fancy tire valves lol oh and he also hates when you bring tires from somewhere else so do not even think about it lol . i hope all his dads old friends keeps supporting the business and keep it afloat.

Pete's Tire and Oil is a great place to get tires and alignments. Prices are more than fair. It's usually busy so get there before he opens at 8 so you aren't waiting long. Been going to him for years. Nice friendly and reliable. Top quality work.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or tires!! Pete is such a good guy and an even better shop owner!! He's helped me out on more than one occasion!! They're quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Seriously the best place to go for tires and oil changes!! I've been going to Pete's since I got my first car and I will continue to go until he shuts it down or I die!! Love love love Pete's Tire and Oil!!!!

They did a great job they found a tire that was very close to what I already had on the other three rooms and put it on for me and it only cost me $45 so they're very reasonable and pricing she also recommended that I come back for an alignment since I just done my front sway bar link as well as my front wheel bearings and rare berries so I'll be going back next week

Bought 4 new truck tires and he mounted on custom rims for me.. took exceptional care to prevent any damage.. absolutely the best price I found anywhere.. cash only but my new tire place for life!!

I have never had a bad experience going to Pete's. In fact, it's the only place I will go for tires. Today's visit was due to a tire I had somehow go flat while I was on the highway. I was able to get it off the road and put the spare on it before I took it to them. Debbie came out and checked the lugs and put air in the spare, and then took the rim with the destroyed tire and had me come back a few hours later. At that time they put a used tire they had there on my rim and put it back on my car for me. Pete and Debbie, you guys ROCK, and I can't tell you how grateful I am that you take such great care of your customers. THANK YOU!!

Pete's tire and oil in Webster MA is a life saver!I had a tire that went flat with no warning, AAA came and told me it needed a stem replacement.I'm a fairly new widow and feared that it might be time to buy 4 new tires to avoid something similar happening again.Pete took the time to check the other tires and assured me that once the stem was replaced all the tires were fine He had the chance to make a fairly good sale and didn't!For that reason alone I will be forever a future customer

Great people! I went it to get tires mounted but they noticed that my tires were balding and offered me some used tires to put on just for now! Amazing customer service and really nice people! Thank you for your help that day

Friendly service great price for oil change and all your tire needs cash only unless you make other arrangements before hand I've been coming here for years and am always treated great. He also does alignments as well

He is one of the most stand up people around he does his business and hes honest and honest anyone knows what hes doing unlike unlike some of the businesses around he won't rip you off And has amazing prices Which is not much I can say for any place out around Go to Pete you'll get your money's worth you'll get a good job done and you'll meet an amazing man as well Thanks Pete!
