The staff at O Reilly has not let me down yet. Ask for a part and you will get it. Not much more to it than that! I m a regular, and staying that way

1. Ordered coil wires. Quoted 62.00.2. Drove to Webster. Wrong parts.3. Re ordering correct parts.4. Asked for my phone number about 2 dozen times!5. Correct parts were now going to cost $440.00 !?!6.cancelled order. Brother found much cheaper online!Won't be going there again.....

Went here to pick up some refrigerant for my ac and the woman Laurie instructed me to make sure I get the right type for my vehicle.After purchasing 2 cans of refrigerant and a gage/hose attachment to refill it Connor came to the rescue and helped with the install of the refrigerant.Great price and customer service. I will be using this as my auto parts store in the future.

I have never had an issue with a single thing I have purchased from any O Reilly Auto Parts store yet. Whether in person or by phone, they are always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This particular location, I have only been two once and I wasn t so much ignored, as there was another customer who was just, well, requiring everyone s attention. I don t blame anyone working, it just wasn t my favorite visit to O Reilly Auto Parts.

Great staff very helpful. Helped me find new wipers, honored an older sale price sign, and even installed them on my wife's car. Now that's great customer service! Thanks!

Brought back what I thought were the wrong wipers - Stephen waited on me and he could not have been nicer or more accommodating. There also was another gentleman and lady working there who were equally welcoming. This will be my place to shop.

It's a very convenient place for auto parts and excessories ! But not much for towing or recovering, items, unless you just need a wire harness, or rachet straps and trailer hitch inverts !

Had to wait and said gift card was bad after 30 min and having to produce receipt with gift card they let me go with part and said would process it tomorrow al this after having to work all day. Luckily I had receipt also or would have not got anything.

Try them after they were new to the area they are very reasonably priced and always seem to have everything I need in stock or can get it almost immediately

They always seem to have the part I need at reasonable prices, you need to make a right choice of the several companies that make the parts, some are sub standard.
