I cannot say enough about the experience I had making my purchase at Long for my new Subaru! The entire experience was easy and seamless. From the sales team, I worked with Lisa, to Matt in Finance and Josh the Service Manager. My new Crosstrek was ready for delivery promptly and the service department did a great job cleaning my new car! I would recommend anyone to make a purchase or even just get your vehicle serviced here! THANK YOU!

When it was time to upgrade my vehicle after 8 years of excellent service at Long Subaru, Lisa in sales made it super easy to get into my new Forester. The service department and the sales folks at Long Subaru are friendly, caring, courteous and helpful. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I ve used Long now for multiple leases. Always great friendly service. Jason and Matt are fantastic. I laugh and smile each time I give them my money! Hahaha. Seriously though it has always been an enjoyable experience. I ve never felt pressured and everything is explained. They make the process so easy.

This was our first visit to Long Subaru in Webster. Our sales representative was Lisa Courchaine, who made the process so easy and comfortable. She introduced us to the Forester with its many performance and safety features.There was no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. Its Consumer Report new car rating (top 10) is impressive. Lisa discussed the car s features and performance and we were excited to take it for a road test. She made us feel relaxed and confident through the purchasing process. Sitting with Matt Orn, finance director, made the purchase process convenient and exciting. He presented the financial details clearly and explained the many options. Both he and Lisa are strong assets to the Long Subaru organization. We plan to use their extensive service department for our new Forester. We will definitely be repeat customers.

My Subaru was having issues on my way back to NY, made an emergency stop at Long Subaru. Extremely courteous and kind, really helped me out in a pinch. Would definitely consider driving the extra distance to do business with this dealership. A+

Bought a 2017 Impreza Sport in immaculate condition and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. They took great care of me and I even got a Subaru swag bag with tons of stuff inside!! Long Subaru has gotten themselves a lifetime customer for sure, if I could give more stars I would!!! :)

Scott was our sales consultant and he was very helpful. He matched me with a Crosstrek that had all the features I wanted and didn't try to oversell me on any features I wasn't interested in. Matt also made the financing process easy.

Although I did not end up buying a Subaru (just wasn't the right fit for my needs), I have to say Carrille at Long Subaru was absolutely amazing to work with. They were so friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend Long Subaru and especially Carrille to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Fantastic service! Prompt and reviewed my options for keeping my car up to date and in good shape for a vehicle with a third the miles of most at an 18 month service. The service was fater than I expected. Great dealership and staff!

I m so grateful that they re helping and working with me to help fix all the safety issues with my car. I bought a Subaru Forester from a family owned(?) dealership(tsk if you could even call them one) and the car had way more wrong with it than I was told. Very thankful for them.

I ve been going to Long Subaru for service for just under a year for my 2017 Impreza. On the most recent visit on January 13th 2018, I had an appointment at 12.45pm for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade & remote start battery replacement.However I was waiting for 3 hours. The tiny remote start battery had to be sourced from an off site auto parts store. I was informed when checking out that the wiper blades were not stocked for the 2017 Impreza s!!!I emailed & spoke with the service manager a few days later. He apologized, said they were very busy that day (there was only three customers ahead of me) & offered a complimentary oil change on my next visit. I didn t expect anything for free & I certainly don t want to spend 3 hours on a Saturday, my day off, waiting around for something that shouldn t take more than 1 hour. Maybe it was my unlucky day, but three hours? Absolutely ridiculous.Needless to say, I decided not to return here again. Not only have Long Subaru Service lost out on my business, but also the Sales department, as I purchased a 2018 WRX to replace the Impreza from Planet Subaru in Hanover, MA.

Long Subaru has experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly staff members. I've been a loyal customer for nearly a decade and have never been disappointed with the quality of their work!I recently purchased a new vehicle there and the process was incredibly easy, super low pressure (if any at all) and at the end of the day, I don't believe I could have had a better experience at any other dealership!

After test driving 4 compact SUVs I decided on a 2023 forester. I am new to the Subaru brand. I have no negative comments regarding Long Subaru. Scott was a patient and professional salesman. I was impressed when I got to test drive the forester that was in the showroom. He asked me what color I preferred (black of course) and when I brought my husband back to test drive, there was a black forester.! (Good move)Financing was quick and easy. Delivery of the vehicle was great. It was detailed inside and out , inspection sticker with a full tank gas. Scott reviewed all the features again. I have had previous bad experiences in this area at other dealersI ve driven my new forester for a week and it s been great. Scott followed up with a phone call to see how it was going. So far, so good!

Need a car? Long Subaru is the place to go!We had an amazing experience at Long Subaru, no pressure sale, we were able to look at vehicles we were interested in purchasing, even thought inventory is an issue now...but we were able to chek out the 2 models we were interested in and make a decision on what model to go with (we visited another dealer and took them 50min to look at a vehicle).At Long the vehicles are priced at sticker, not above sticker like other location. They are very open and upfront about charges, availability and expectations.We started to deal with Shawn, which was the reason we chose to purchase the vehicle at Long, but he got hurt and we finished our deal with Scott Brill. Both sales reps were flawless!!!This purchase was for our son, who will be getting his licenses soon. We were going to purchase a used vehicle in the $5-$6k range, but due to high inflation you are not able to find anything decent, with decent miles. So we chose to go new, just made more sense to us. But Shawn and Scott made this experience such a breeze it was a no brainer with all the benifits they have to offer.Highly impressed when we took delivery of the car and how everything was explained and they did put us at ease.Cant speak highly enough of these guys, like they say "buying a car is stressful enough, they are not going to make it harder for us". And that was very true.Need a vehicle and a stress free experience Long Subaru is the place to go!

Service is decent with no excessive pressure to have unnecessary work done. Sales is friendly though it's best to shop around as they won't budge on price despite bringing your car there for years to get serviced.

This was my first experience with Long Subaru, but it was wonderful. Friendly and helpful Sales staff (and not at all pushy!). Bought a car from them and drove it home the very next business day. I dealt with Jason K., and I would recommend him highly.

Great Service department. They do the job and don't take advantage of the situation. They gave us a loaner knowing that we had to get back to work. Team is great! Prefer them to the one that is within 10 miles to my house

I would recommend this place to friends, family and co-workers alike! I ve been using Long for a little over three years now and not once have I been disappointed! Every time I come here I am treated with kindness, courtesy and the respect I deserve as a woman walking into a garage. They don t treat you like an insurance check. From the time you walk in until the next time you need servicing-you feel like part of the Long family. I value that in a garage, as well as a good deal and a job done right!

I was very pleased with my experience in purchasing my new Ascend. Lisa made the sale so comfortable, no pressure. I have had bad experiences in the past, not with this dealership. This is my 5th purchase with Long Subaru and I'm extremely pleased.Lisa was the best dealer I've ever dealt with but I don't understand why she had to go out in the rain to install my plates. Can't the garage do it?

We have a 2019 Crosstrek that is out warranty by a couple months but has very low mileage. The starter needed replacement, Long Subaru service took care of it under a policy adjustment costing us only the deductible! My family has purchased 5 vehicles from Long over the last seven years and we will surely be returning for more as time goes by! Thank you for the great service!

Sales process was relatively easy; I financed through my own bank so it took some extra effort to get the paperwork right but it was worth the savings to me. No high pressure sales tactics. First follow up on warranty services was A+.Service seems ok, complimentary car wash leaves something to be desired.After the second lackluster carwash (oily residue on windshield requiring manual re-cleaning by me - was already on way home an hour away) I called to voice concerns. They comped an oil change which I thought was fair. The third time I asked about the car wash, we left it as tentative, and they went ahead with it but didn't charge me. The car was performed to my expectations this time so I did leave as a satisfied customer. I'm glad they made some extra effort to attempt to ameliorate the situation.

They replaced my radio, did all of the updates to my navigation which took a long time. During this time they offered me a vehicle several times so I could go get lunch which they didn't have to do. Everyone was professional and I would recommend the Long Subaru service department highly.
