My car looks amazing!!!! The body work is so well done and my car was also detailed inside and out, felt great to get into and drive home!!!Long Subaru Collision treated me with great customer service and were fast at scheduling and getting the job done with efficiency and care.Thanks so much I highly recommend these guys and gals at Long!!!

Here are some before and after photos to back up my 5 star review. This is the second car I've brought to Long's Collision Center, and both were given thorough work ups, and the results speak for themselves. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the workmanship and the quality of customer service. The Long's franchise as a whole is top notch. Thanks somehow seem woefully insufficient to express my gratitude and satisfaction.

Unbelievable service from Kristie and everyone else. I had aftermarket parts on my car when it went in and they handled all my special (and probably annoying) requests. My car looks brand new and it could not have been more pleasant of an experience.

One horrible night, an intoxicated driver drove down my one-way street and hit my parked car in front of my house. He hit one other person prior to hitting my car. He then fled the scene. My car was totaled, and I was completely overwhelmed. The staff long collision not only walked me through the entire process, they held my hand and gave me emotional support. They went the extra mile and made the process so easy. They sent a tow truck to get my car, they gave me a rental so I was able to get to work! They made sure everything was done and helped me through a very difficult experience. I highly recommend this company and amazing staff!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Brought my car in at 10 am, and my car was done by the afternoon. Very professional place and honest. I had mistakenly overpaid, and they called me right away to give me back my money.

Long Collision was by far the best experience I've had after an accident.I dropped my car off the same day and had it back in two weeks!The insurance company had quoted 4 to get the job done.Staff is outstanding! Super responsive, helpful and sincere.The work itself was the best part.Flawless paint and repair...i couldn't believe what it looked like when I got it back.I highly recommend using Long even if you are not in the area.Outstanding!!THANK YOU!!!

I just received the best possible service from Long's. Granted they are busy, but they made sure I had my car back for the weekend. Phenomenal service and the ladies upfront offered fast friendly service

If you want your vehicle done right. This is the place to go. Jim the manager is a awesome guy to talk too. He is easy going and he will make sure your vehicle is what you would expect it to be after the job is done. I worked at COMMERCE MAPFRE INS RIGHT NEXT DOOR and part of my job was to oversee the vehicles in my department. I have brought long collision most all the work that was needed for my vehicles i was in charge off keeping the vehicles maintained. I have brought some vehicles for bodywork but once i started using long collision i never took any vehicles in my fleet elsewhere again during my last ten years doing that job.

Great service, I found out I did not have rental car coverage and they worked with me to get a loaner vehicle. The lobby is super clean, very colorful, and vibrant. Everyone there is super nice and I would recommend Long Collision to anyone who needs work done to their car. Keep up the good work!

Great repair. Clean up leaves something to be desired. I had a brand new black truck repaired. I think they used 20 grit sandpaper to wash it. My new truck has more spirals than a spirograph Olympics! How about using clean rags next time! Unbelievable!
