I have purchased 2 used Toyota vehicles from this dealership. I highly recommend them not only for auto sales but for their services. Their prices are good and their service prices are resemble.

I had been thinking about buying a newer car, just a thought and went to JK auto to get my daughters car fixed. They were very helpful in fixing her car for her then and there. Very fair priced. While waiting I started looking and before you know it I'm driving off the lot in a newer car/SUV. They worked with me regarding money and even helped me pay the additional fee to my insurance company. Chris and Alex were wonderful.Great people to deal with. They also did all the odds and ends on my new car I asked. I Also have a great warranty. I also want to mention that all the employees that I dealt with were very friendly. JK Auto has outstanding customer service,guaranteed financing and a great selection. Will definitely recommend this company.

I give this place a 5 star . I don't care what anyone say about this place. Best dealership I ever been too. There stay is amazing and always happy, and friends. Great customer service. I got my first car here. Down the line I got into a car accident because someone hit my car. They called and made sure I was okay. They even working with me currently to try to get me in another. One of the owners Alex and his wife is great people and so are the car dealers there self. If you want a place to go. Go here, and if you having a bad day go here anyway they put a smile on your face. Nothing bad to say about JK auto sales. Great place. Wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone they screwed over my collision claim never reported all my damages and now my insurance doesn t want to pay. They helped me with a rental and retaliated when I told them I fired their friend an attorney I had and threatened me if I didn t return the rental after I had permission to stay with vehicle until my car was fixed. My car is still in this shop since January 2018. I explained I felt that was retaliation I have emails to prove it. They also cashed a check over $3k said my car was fixed and ready for pick up and they lied. Today they still have my car and said it s not drivable. The mechanic said my damages wasn t apart of accident but at beginning said my car was totaled since I fired attorney they have screwed me over big time. I was also told I wouldn t be charged storage fee and since I have been charged everytime I follow up the price goes lower then higher these people are scam artist. So much to this shop I m extremely concerned for customers.

It was a difficult experience getting a vehicle from them. They were nice and eventually were able to finance a vehicle for me but communication was not great. I have the vehicle now but shortly after it needed repairs. As of today it is in the shop and will be fixed but again trying to call the dealership to get parts approved was a hassle so I decided to not call anymore and just call the repair shop and they got ahold of J.K for me. I thank them for getting me the car and finally approving the parts but I will never go through J.K again due to my own experience and what I ve been told by others. Brookfield auto is who I m more grateful towards because they contacted J.K and dealt with them for me and will be the one repairing the vehicle, Thank you. To anyone who purchases from J.K, don t listen when they tell you nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Good Luck!

This place is a scam. The people who run it dont speak good English and act like there in the Russian mafia wouldn't be surprised if they where. Theydont write things down and dont honor verbal agreements. Expect to me told one thing and pay for another. Bought my car here always seemed to have some kinda problem, always felt like it was falling apart. When I would bring it they would "fix" a issue but these issues seemed to always keep reappearing. I had some weird electric issue I cant even remember anymore but they said they would fix it for free and then they tried to charge me and hold my car till I did, I drove it off the lot and never looked back.Long story short these people just want your money and will strong arm you to get what they want. I wont ever do business hear and I strongly recommend you find another dealer to buy from.

Jk is the best place to purchase a slightly used vehicle. Alex , Mila and staff are very knowledgeable about good cars and are strait forward. If they do not have what you want they will deliver on request. Weather your looking for a Porsche 911 or a Prius they have you covered. I bought a practically brand new Jetta and saved 9k . Also they are a one stop shop. Insurance repairs, mechanical, custom paint ,accessories . They really do it all and make you feel like part of the family . I refer everyone I know , they are the BEST!

I paid to have body work done in January 2020. No one ever got back to me and it took two months to get in touch with the office manager who said she would refund my money to the insurance company which she never did. Long story short I am waiting for a date to take them to court.

Great deals. In house financing. J.K.Auto is a can do establishment! If it can be done, it will be done. Great follow through. I recommend them highly. Wonderful group of people!

My mother bought a Jeep from them and they swore there was a new engine in it well not even two months later the engine went and they refuse to fix it they told my mother to go register and insure my deceased sister's car and my sister just past Friday like how dare they and my mother knew there was something wrong with the car she kept bringing it to them and they kept telling he to come back they literally prolonged it till there warranty was up now they refuse to fix it they are straight scammers artist oh and juliann Stlaurent the one that gave the first review is my mother she gave them a great review when she first bought the car because they were awesome then when you get the car is when you start seeing there true colors
