Jonah, and Mike,cant say enough great things about them, they have gone above and beyond to get my car in perfect shape, this is my second car from them and if i live long enough hopefully my next one as well, thanks for doing a great job and helping me through this car sale.Sincerely Cyndi Adams.

Honestly the only dealership I will ever do business with. We have purchased 5 vehicles in 10 years from Harbro. Mike helped us when we had almost no chance at all 10 years ago, as the years past and our credit improved we always came back for an upgrade. They have a great maintenance team as well. Aaron is top notch mechanic and can do anything from a oil change, timing belt, to electrical diagnostics. Just a honest team with customer satisfaction as a driving mission. Thank you Mike and Webster Team for always coming through.Luis

My car rental at the Webster location was a breeze and a joy.Aaron makes you feel like part of the family. Very personable and helpful with any questions you may have and informs you as to all that is required to make your transaction fast and efficient.Returning the vehicle is just as easy as picking one up.Will definitely keep this business in my favorites book to continue doing business with.Close by for me and highly recommended.

These guys are great. Quick, honest, and reasonably priced mechanical work. We've not purchased a vehicle here, but the boys in the Webster shop are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their work has been solid. They take the time to patiently explain any problems and lay out our repair options. Our cost and time estimates have been spot on (I believe one job finished significantly cheaper, no less) and they do offer a rental to use for ~$25/day. We will undoubtedly give these guys a look when it comes time to purchase again.

Aaron and Steve in Webster service have been nothing but the best to deal with. We got the groupon for oil changes and the moment we stepped foot in there, we knew we would be a customer for life! I had a ton of car issues that they were able to address and did not take advantage of me. They explained what was wrong, how they would fix it and the cost up front. Very honest place to deal with! I live about a half hour away and don't hesitate towing my vehicle up there when it breaks down!

Great place, the folks try Hard and give their all to help you, even when we the customer are at are worst Harboro staff shine the best. They are polite, kind and very understanding. Im just hard headed and snappy lol, but they continue to impress. I'll buy all my vehicles from them. Prices are very welcoming and the services are just top notch. Great job Aaron, Sales Team. My wife and I appreciate you.

I would totally Recommend Harbro Auto Sales. Awesome customer service, great turn around time. Mike is very responsive & professional. I couldn't be happier with my Mercedes and it's been six months and I'm still happy with my decision.

I've bought several cars here and highly recommend it. Absolutely no pressure, sales staff at both places is excellent. As for financing it's easy. Online application for financing is secure and simple. Online shopping is great here due to a well thought out website. Repairs and maintenance issues are a breeze as well. If you've never been there go. Even if you're not shopping for a vehicle just yet. Owners are always present and approachable. I really won't go anywhere else.

I was referred to Harbro by a co-worker, and everything I was told was true and then some. Mike was great to deal with, and was up front and honest about everything through the entire process. He even got me into a much nicer car than I thought I could get while staying within my budget. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Went in this morning to have what I thought waS a windshield washer pump that was no good wasn't spraying the wash fluid... I bought one online a week ago incase that was the issue and would already have the part,, which the part i brought was what he needed.The mechanic, I don't know his name but real nice installed the pump in 10 minutes. It was defective, didn't work! Aaron the other mechanic, real nice too called around and had one delivered. Took 10 minutes to deliver i believe.. The mechanic whos name I don't know again, real nice guy, installed it in 5 minutes. Worked like a charm. Great guys, and I was only there with them having have to end up ordering the part it took a total of about 30 minutes. I've been going to them for years.

I just purchased a vehicle and these guys are very helpful and professional. You really feel taken care of. They don't just throw a car at you they were very patient and gave me time and tips on what to work on to get a car that for my lifestyle

They're honest used car salesmen. They have helped me in the past when I didn't have the credit to buy the minivan I wanted. I still own it. Now they are helping me get a newer model for my family. I am by no means gullible. They really try hard without overcharging you. This will be my third vehicle I purchased from Harbro.

There very shady people at Harbro. We met with Mike Hare and test drove a car that I loved. So we put a 2,500 dollar deposit on it and he shook mine and my husband's hands. swore he wouldn't sell it on us. We had a car fire with our previous car, so we were waiting on the claim to get off our credit. He did save it for a good 6 weeks, while we waited. Then three days before we were able to purchase it. He said a regular customer came in and wanted it so he sold it to him. And tried to offer us another one saying it was the same miles and everything else that were in the car we wanted. Which is highly unlikely. I was so hurt, sad & mad. That there was no way we could still do business with him. So why not sell this car that was the same but different color to the other guy and let us have the one we put the deposit on. Because he was full of it...it didnt exist. Very bad business. We wouldn't buy a car there if they where the last dealership on EARTH.

We recently bought my husbands truck here and the service was great! Mike the owner was very helpful and reasonable, would defiantly recommend this place if you are looking to buy a reliable, nice and in good contidion car for a good price. Go here before u check any other places!

I went to Harbro this week to replace my tires, have an alignment done as well as an oil change and not only did it not take long, not only was the staff friendly and professional, it was cheaper than two quotes I received from other mechanics in the area. Will absolutely be a repeat customer

Literally the best customer service I have experienced. I needed an obscure repair for my older Jeep and they could not have been more professional or informative. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.

The Auto Detailing here is Amazing ! Our Truck never looked better. The carpets were steam cleaned, and the inside of the vehicle looked brand new again ! Thanks again Harbro Detail !

Went to the Webster location for repairs. Got a reasonable estimate from a friendly person with absolutely ZERO condescending/sexist BS. Unexpected problems came up, but I was always called immediately and told what the problem was and the estimated cost. It's worth a drive from anywhere to get your car fixed here.

We bought a car from here Rick is great you don't feel like he's trying to take advantage of you or anything.... Joey in Service as great as well very friendly they have coffee while you wait... Also they have a website with the cars in the prices

I have been a customer for over 10 years now, I have purchased several vehicles from Mike Hare and his team, they are always fair with pricing and just overall great to work with, yesterday I called for a service for my car, it was last minute but needed, with all the stress of this difficult time with Covid 19, I was less than pleasant , despite that Aaron was his usual accommodating self and got me right in for service , this is why I continue to go to Mike and his team for all my vehicle purchases and servicing needs !

Very helpful people and polite talked to guy named Danny helpful answered quetions I had and they have very nice vehicles and like always you get what you pay for and they don't have junks on there lot every ones polite goid place to buy a car friends bought cars there have no,issues
