Normally I would give 5 stars, the staff had always given their all into helping me out and giving the best service. My last experience is with the tech I never even got to talk to. I had my truck towed in because it wouldn't start, if it started it would stall out. The tech said it was an issue with my key and to take it to the dealership. The girl at the front desk went out with me and started it, when she took her for of the gas it stopped again. She was wonderful, and said it sounded like a fuel pump issue. So long story short, I took it to the dealership and low and behold it was a fuel pump issue, give the girl a raise. I give those ladies credit. They were both wonderful in helping me as much as they did.

Good service. Had an issue with the work done and the woman manager went above and beyond to fix it. In the end, no harm no foul and I left knowing I will be coming back. Mistakes happen, most places try and deny it or sweep it under the rug. Honesty is important when it comes to deciding where I spend my money.

Terrific place to take your vehicle. Matte is a first rate person, along with being a first rate technician. Always helpful and knowledgeable with issues. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brought my new truck in for new tires and they lost my wheel locks key .. came back the next day to ask about it again and nobody found it .. offered to buy me an aftermarket set and grinding my current locks off my new wheels GRINDING Off.. and giving me aftermarket ones very very unprofessional I m now dealing with corporate and they are also giving the the run around for something that was out of my control and all in Webster, ma Goodyears workers hands Things have changed .. what happened to people and stores being accountable for their wrong doings? It s okay for them to mess up and not pay for the screw up.. switch the roles and they would be sending you to collections .. if this don t get resolved soon, I will be reaching out to some lawyers and seeing what the next best approach would be to get their mess ups resolved

Goodyear does not take ownership if something is not correct! I had new tires installed on my Explorer and my wife's Expedition EL XLT. Within a week I noticed my wife's front tires were wearing on the outside edge. I brought it back and they said it was fine and it was normal wear. A couple of months later I brought it back again as it continued to wear and they again said it was normal. I brought it to a mechanic to inspect and they told me the alignment was out and that the inside of the back tires were wearing as well. I brought it back to Goodyear and they inspected the car and said a rear passenger strut was leaking and caused all four tires to wear. They also gave me a $7k quote to fix this issue. I brought it to another local mechanic and showed them the quote. They inspected my car, said nothing was wrong with my strut, stated that a strut would not cause wear on all four tires, gave me an alignment and the wearing immediately stopped getting worse. If Goodyear had taken ownership of the situation right away I would not have four new tires that are completely shot. I brought the vehicle to two independent mechanics to resolve a bad alignment. Goodyear tried to tell me it would cost $7k in suspension adjustments when an independent said that I had no issues with the strut and that Goodyear didn't do their job right for this size vehicle. I do not recommend them. They may be okay if you have no issues, but if you do, they will not be accountable for their work.

This is the third time ive been here in a year for oil changes only and i love coming here for that!!! I always make a appoimtment online to ensure i can have my vehicle serviced at a time that best suits me and ive never had a issue!!! Very friendly price is fair for a oil change, the waiting area inside is comfortable and theres coffee available as well as restroom access close by. They are fast and always polite!!!! I will continue to come here for my oil change needs.. I def reccomend making your appointments online because they are a very busy place and its hard for them to fit you in as a walk in being they are busy!!! They are not a auto repair garage so if thats what your looking for i think you should find a mechanic that works on your make and model of vehichle. I think people get confused that this is a basic tire oil and simple maintance ppace and not a "fix all garage" .. Do your research before posting bad reveiws about places that dont fix your car issues!!!! . they are great about helping there customers and will work hard to help you with your car vare needs. .. I hate the person that walks in last minute with a list of problems and issues you want them to fix and look at and to get it done in 30 mins!!! I sit and wait while my car is serviced everytime and listen to customers rant and rav about there car that has 22 different issues and how they need it done now!!!! Its unrealistic .. I hope this helped..

I got a flat tire on a Saturday about a mile from this location. I called and spoke to Suzanne who was patient, knowledgeable and happy to assist. When I arrived at Goodyear, she talked me through options for replacement and provided her honest recommendations. I thought the pricing was affordable and Suzanne worked to get me every discount and rebate available. I feel very fortunate that I got the flat tire so close to this location because the Goodyear team made the process as easy and stress free as possible!

Was stranded on a weekend drive with Mom and Sister when battery gave up. Luckily they were open and they took us in and fixed the car till we could be on the road again. Very professional, great customer service. The lady handling the front office, Suzanne I think was extremely helpful. Got a new battery and alternator.

Matt and his team at the Webster, MA Goodyear are phenomenal! We had a major brake issue while on a road trip. They immediately diagnosed our problem and fixed it within a few hours so we could be on our way home. They were honest and kind. We are so grateful and highly recommend them.

Went in for an alignment after installing lowering struts and shocks , took the car in and said my alignment was perfect. Most shops would of just charged you anyway. Honest and trustworthy. Earned my business for life.

Very happy with my service. I've dealt with Webster and Grafton st. And Ive had great experiences... I will say they need more help desperately. As I sat waiting for my vehicle I saw four or five walk-ins turned away on a Saturday. Not only bad for business, but as a human, difficult to watch people come in needing help and walk away with nothing.

Look elsewhere. I went to the website, made an appointment to check my wheel alignment and balance the tires, the system said it was complimentary to check, because it could have more issues. Ok. I received a confirmation email, with number and everything. Went to the place to get greeted with "I am sorry sir, but I do not have you on my sulstem. The online does not communicate well with my system here." What a load of bologna. Everything is online. The issue is that my problem was too cheap for them to care. Well, if you do not need my business, I do not need yours. I had 2 more cars to change tires, 3 in total in the coming month. Good riddance. Take my 2 cents and look elsewhere.

I have experienced very good service from this place in general. Just One complain.They are always trying to scam you. I got a coupon for $20 off for oil change with tire rotation. They sneak in $5 for tire rotation to final bill anyway.I would not have a problem if they advertise "we got oil and tire rotation service for $99 plus tax" fine, but do not say you got it for $59.99 plus disposal fees and then sneak in tire rotation charges that you advertised free.

I had a great experience here Today I got 4 Tires for my truck, Harvey was a great associate he helped me get the tires I could afford he literally went above and beyond for me.I'd like to thank the mechanic/Mechanic's that worked so hard on me vehicle this afternoon they did an excellent job!!I give this place 5 ***** and I will definitely tell my friends and family about my experience with Good Year.I definitely will come back again in the futureAgain thank you's all around !!!

Brought my van in for a flat repair. Katherine was running the front desks like a boss and I have got to say she was fantastic. My three year old was along for the ride, and another 3 year old came in shortly after. She brought out paper and every marker/highlighter she could find from the desks for the girls, walked my daughter around the store showing her tires and introducing her to everyone else working there, and even sat down with her to hang out and show pictures of her nieces/nephews/grandkids. She invited us back for trick or treating this year. She treated my daughter like one of her own family. The other techs and staff in the shop all took time to stop and talk to her as well, felt like a townie that knew everybody the way they treated her.Thank you Katherine and the rest of the crew there!!!They fixed my flat no problem, it was under warranty and that went great too. Kudos to the techs for sure.

Thank you for taking care of me and my car on my drive back to Boston from a holiday in Connecticut. My tires were sliding all over 84E because of poor traction, and the team stayed open for me to make sure my car was taken care of and I was safe to drive home. I m beyond grateful for the kindness and service of Kathie and all of the staff.

Would highly recommend goodyear auto in webster mass. They were upfront and honest and able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. Nick who awnsered the phones when I initially called was very knowledgeable about tires I had questions about. The whole staff was honestly very easy to work. They really will have my business from now on. I used to buy online and use some random garage and won't do that again, I will be using goodyear in webster for any of my tire needs.

Got a nail in my tire on the way to NYC and called them 5 minutes before they were closing and told me to come in no problem, patched my tire and filled my tires with air within 25 minutes. The team members that work their were extremely pleasant in terms of their service and timeliness. Thank you!

I woke up to a flat tire on new year's day and was able to book an appointment first thing Monday morning. The employees were nice and helpful and answered all my questions. They made the process so quick and easy, I had my car back within a couple hours. The price was exactly what I was quoted with no hidden fees or surprises. Highly recommend this shop.

I brought my fleet vehicle in for a tire repair. After diagnostic it was not repairable which resulted in full replacement. Chris and Mike worked diligently with my fleet company to obtain the necessary approvals. It took a little longer than usual but they were in contact with me throughout the process until the job was completed. Mike and Chris were outstanding and truly care about their customers!!

Kathie the Assistant Manager was great today, i needed my tire fixed after a blowout on the highway on a Friday and she took me right in on a busy day and gave me coffee and water while i waited. Great conversation and personality thank you for making my visit enjoyable Kathie, Need more people like you at these locations.

We had a blow out going south on 395 in CT. The AAA man who changed the tire told us of nearby Goodyear Auto in Webster MA. Luckily Kathie who answered our call on a Sunday fit us in. Our vacation wasn't ruined thanks to her. Her customer service is a beacon of excellence.

Zero stars. I had an appointment at 10:30am for a simple fix of a slow leak in a tire. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:30am. Called at 12:45pm and was told they hadn't looked at the car yet. They wasted my time. I got tired of waiting and picked up my vehicle at 2:30pm and was told "Sorry, we won't be able to get to your car today". Thanks for telling me that 5 hours later! They could have communicated this earlier. What's the point of an appointment if you don't stick to it? I don't recommend this place.

Went in because I was loosing air in one of my tires told me the tire couldn't be fixed it had a nail in the sidewall bought a new one I decided I wanted to see the tire only to find a tack size nail on the bottomYes I got screwed

Kris and his team at Goodyear helped me tremendously! I bought a RV nearby in the Webster Mass area and I am in the DC area.The RV was brought in by the seller and Kris took possession and fixed all of the items needed to get me on the road back to Washington DC. New tires, belt , oil change, front brakes. He kept the RV an extra few days until I could get up to get it which was greatly appreciated.If I could give him and the shop 10 stars I would! His communication was excellent, always kept me informed. Excellent to do business with. Highly recommend!Thank you!Jeff

It doesn't matter if I'm buying new tires, using the road hazard warranty or using my unlimited alignments, they treat me professionally with respect and as a priority. They have excellent communication on each step and get the job done in a very timely manner. It's the only place I bring both my personal and company vehicles.

I have been to this location many times yet every time I come back they have to re enter all my info. I dropped my van off today for routine service at 11am. I was told it should be ready in about an hour and a half. I arrive back at the service center at 2 PM and the service person came out from outback and said they needed to finish up my paperwork before they could check me out. So after four hours of having my vehicle it still wasn t ready for a regular service I told them when I first checked in at one of the tires kept going low and needs to be looked at when I asked about the tire when I picked it up person who checked me out was not the same person who checked me in and said oh I didn t know anything about that you re going to be new needing new tires soon anyway so just run it for now until you need new tires.

Amazing customer service beyond 5 star! Had to get some new tires and called in a spoke to Kris. He ordered my tires ahead of time and was there waiting for me when I arrived from another state. Time was of the essence and Kris and his team came thru. I will be referring business to them!

I had an issue with my car one night and pulled right in about an hour before they closed. The clerk let me drop my car off for the night and let me stay until I had someone to come and pick me up, they even offered me a ride home in one of the company cars. Every time I go here, the service is wonderful and even when I struggled with trying to pay my bill for a few weeks, they gave me finance options because of the emergency I had with my vehicle.My vehicle always comes back exactly how I dropped it off and they provide free services such as topping off fluids (windshield wiper, ect) and they always work with me step by step.Patrick is a really cool person who has helped me before.
