Wonderful experience at Auto zone in Webster.Manager Ryan helped me put in windshield wipers and also Rain xMy windshield for me.He advised he will be checking for the rear w/s wiper on my Hyundai Tucson also.Wonderful disposition and personality and extremely helpful to a handicapped person.Thank you Ryan!! Hopefully see you in a week or so!!

Phenomenal service from 2 employees on shift, Ryan B. And Christian R. Gave great help And got me out of the store In a timely fashion. With 15 minutes before closing. I'm happy they didn't turn me away like Other employees on park ave have done do to being so close to closing.

Packed. There was a ton of people at this location. I was kind of surprised. The line did go quick though. The cashier was very friendly and nice. The prices are the same as any other location. Something new I did see was they now have a business department or cashier section. How do they know if you work for a company or your in their on your own. Kind of weird.

Bob, the cashier-driver, very kind, friendly. Tom, replaced my wipers & poured in the windshield fluid for me. He did this eagerly & with a good disposition. I will go back there again!!

Needed to rent a puller to extract a gimble bearing on my boat. Most other shops only allow you 48hrs. AutoZone allows 90 days. The tool broke, I went back, and had to rent an additional tool. It worked fine, returned tools got 100% of my rental fee back. Great place.

Went into the store in Webster last night about 8:30 pm and there was only a red shirt in the store the manager was no where in site I don't even think he or she was on the property at all couldn't even do my return because there was no manager

I went to my local autozone for an alternator and had it checked before I left as you should was told it was good. Come to find out the alternator was not good and was worst than the old one. Now I have to pay the mechanic for twice the Job. Very disappointing and not happy with autozone do better..

I just went in to get some new windshield wipers and I was assisted by Gino and Carlos. Not only were they incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but they went the extra mile to help me put on the windshield wipers to insure they fit and worked properly. These guys were great!

Just purchased a set of windshield wipers at your Webster, MA store (12/8/20). I was serviced by a young man by the name of Jade; he was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, cordial & kind - all the qualities necessary to provide the excellent customer service he gave me. He also gave me an education on wipers while installing them and all this with smiling eyes - I knew he was smiling behind the mask; I could tell he took great pride and had great confidence in his work. Excellent customer service is what differentiates businesses from their competition. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Jade for a pleasant shopping experience.

service, from AutoZone Webster/MA to Nick and Christian. I was nervous yesterday driving to work on 290 when 3 lights pop up on my dashboard. Not sure if I stop the car or what. I called my son-in-law who said: go to AutoZone they can tell you what it is. Christian kindly said: Nick is has more experience than me and will help you. I have to tell you guys, I was never so well treated and explained. He was patient, explained without let more nervous or put my car down, he suggested a product to by and said, if is the simple will work, if the lights don't shut off the cat must be looked on. Inside Christian again so kindly explained me again the best way to use the product. And I left the store with a great experience. Specially you that have no clue about cars, I highly recommend AutoZone Webster/MA and look for them, there was another guy, but he was taking care of another customer. + In 15min after use the product, the lights went off. Thank God, thank you Nick and Christian.

I had a very pleasant experience at AutoZone. They were very helpful changing out my old battery and putting in the new one. It was an unusually hot day and My old battery was 10 years old and the terminals were stuck on it. The young man never complained. Got the job done with a smile.

Incompetent employees clearly work here. A part was ordered at this store a few weeks ago and we were told the following Sunday the part would be in, in the morning. We showed up and were told that it was going to be in the afternoon instead. We showed up in the afternoon and were told the next day it would be in. We showed up yet again and were informed the part was never ordered because the place of origin did not have the part. This has happened in the past as well. So unless you guys can find a way to be accurate and stop wasting my time. I will do all my business elsewhere

They had the item I needed in stock but when I was in store and asked the kid said it wasn't available when it actually was.Secondly when I did go back a second time to purchase the item from the guy who said it was in stock, he informed me that the special gauge and hose to fill the compressor wasn't available.Although the second guy seemed more knowledgeable and experienced I didn't like my experience.

I searched ALOT of stores for a certain bushing for my 2001 Toyota Corolla. Everything seemed to be special order.Jimmy at the Webster store helped me find a "universal" bushing (that he helped me measure ON my vehicle) that seemed to be just right. After trying it though, the diameter hole was correct, but the bushing housing was 1/4 inch too big, so I called and told Jimmy I'd be returning...What I didn't know was Jimmy (8 months a sales associate) was already thinking we could source another bushing. Now that we knew the housing specs he was able to find the correct part...a little after 10 pm (closing time) and I completed the replacement this morning before I was able to drive the car to work! Thank You Jimmy. This is a great store.

So the windshield spray nozzle broke on my car. We came to this location and asked for assistance. Tom B. helped us out with no issue. He found the part in no time. After that we asked if he could help us out to replace it and he did without a single complaint. The hose was leaking a little bit as well and he gave us the part for free. Tom was a very nice man. I totally recommend this store for all your car needs.

Only 3 stars due to I was on my way to the store it was before closing time I called to say hey listen I am on my way can you pull the alternator and have it ready so I don't hold up your closing. Person on the other end said absolutely it will be here. We got to the store at 9:59 walked in the clerk looked at me and said if your paying with cash you need to come back tomorrow as my manager already closed out the cash. I got there before 10 yes only by 1 min they knew I was on my way and would be there just before closing they couldn't have waited I called when I hit the Dudley Charlton line.

My experience with this AutoZone in Webster Mass was absolutely amazing! The service text went above and beyond to help me 100% of what they could. I recommend this AutoZone above and beyond all other AutoZone in Rhode Island thank you Webster AutoZone

Auto Zone is Webster in my experience has been my go to for most things auto. The staff, while it is always changing, is always very helpful. A recent experience with having hem change the battery in my wife s car was very favorable. Staff is typically very knowledgeable. Keep it up!

Joe Flevry is an amazing person. A night before Thanksgiving and I had a fused headlight and a taillight. I bought the bulbs at the Park Ave Worcester location but they didn't help change the bulbs. Joe not only changed the bulbs for me but he provided excellent customer service. Thanks Joe and thanks Auto Zone. Customer for life!!!

I have to say, like most people, dealing with car issues makes me a nervous wreck and I hate dealing with it. I'm also not very savvy with anything automotive and barely have a grasp on the lingo. That aside, I had issues with my check engine light being on and my car not starting from time to time. They checked my code and saw that my catalytic converter was at low efficiency, and even explained what this meant, as I was unaware. They recommended a relatively cheap product to clean the fuel system and resolve the issue, as opposed to spending 500+$ to replace the converter (according to some Google searches). I then asked if this would be related to my car not starting at times, and they offered to test my battery and found that it needed replacing, gave me a pretty good deal on a battery, and replaced it for me. I thought the battery testing and replacement would be extra, but I only paid for the battery and the fuel system cleaner. The two guys who helped me out were very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and feel that I can rest easy going here for advice in the future.

Was shopping on the other side of the store. when the guy working the commercial counter was stuffing his face and belched out so loud you can hear it across the entire store. Never even acknowledged what he did, like it was normal nature. WOW!!! I left!! 4/27/21

What a great happy crew. Found the correct procedures to do the parts needed. That chris is awesome. And he put on wiper blades for me in the rain
