Went here for state inspection. Was told they would be right with me. Parked on the side of their office and waited by my car with my registration in hand. I watched three other vehicles pull into the lot also looking to get their inspection done and the mechanic walked right past me and helped all three of them first.When they finally did get to me they informed me that the lights over my license plate were out. I gave them the OK to change the bulbs. In the process they broke the left license plate light housing and chipped the chrome around both housings.Very mediocre work and poor customer service offered by the mechanics here. I'd recommend going anywhere else.

My family and I have been going here for years. I can truly say these are some honest mechanics. I've been working with Mike before I had my first car. They always do great work and are very quick with it.

The driver side axle broke off unexpectedly an hour and a half away. I had AAA tow my car to Watertown gas and service. As soon as the car Arrived they took it right in and replaced the driver side axle in less than 30 minutes. I am highly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. I did not need to schedule an appointment and the price that they quoted me was very affordable. If you decide to go with them for any of your car needs and see a sign out front of their business that states Magicians at work it was put there by me. Thank you so much. I had to visit Watertown Service Inc for an oil change for my car. I had the appointment scheduled last minute, and they agreed to have a look at my car's rattling noise. Not only did they give my car a quick fix, they also did it at a low price! Definitely would recommend their services.

Mike and Sam are so honest and trustworthy, from top to bottom, simple oil change and tire repairs, or complicated electrical modules and in-depth motor/transmission repairs. They are true mechanics, if something is repairable (instead of just throwing parts at it) they have the knowledge to do it, and when parts are needed the will always do it within the time they promise.EDIT: funny story: 5 years ago i was gonna throw my lawnmower away, and they saw it in the back of my truck when i was there getting gas and offered to take a look, only $45 and my lawnmower is still running. seriously THE BEST.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I do the inspection here and oil change for many years. I'm on my third car now. If there even a small issue, the mechanics always explain and give advice how to fix it. Always, always patient and polite.

I have been a regular customer for 8 years and Mike and his staff has always been top quality, both professionally and personally. After having had so many bad experiences with mechanics in the past it is so amazing to find trustworthy mechanics like Mike and his staff. I was recently reminded of how lucky I am to have Mike because our car was recently towed to another mechanic in Roslindale and they held our car for 4 days and misdiagnosed the issue. They never did anything but as soon as we got it towed to Mike, the issue was resolved in less than a few hours. Thank you Mike and all your staff for doing such a great job.

When it comes to price and service Mike is very best. His patience and personality can't be matched. Very reasonable both cost and time wise he has maintained a good work ethic in my opinion compare to many other local auto shops he is also willing to take your parts if you bring and just charge labor at a decent price thanks Mike for your assistance and service

I went to get my car inspected and unfortunately needed new rear brakes. They were very nice and helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong. They gave me a very fair quote, but also let me comfortably call around to other places for quotes (without breathing down my neck as I have experienced in the past). So I was comfortably able to make the decision to get my brakes fixed with them. They were quick, efficient, and even showed me the old brake pads.

I went here to get my vehicle inspected which should be $35 in MA. I asked them if they could change my plates for me because I came straight from the DMV and didn't have a screwdriver with me. They charged me $65 for an inspection sticker and to change my two plates. Would not recommended going here.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I got an oil change here the other day. The mechanic was friendly, and quick, the price was decent, and there was none of the upselling you get at some places. He politely pointed out that my rear brakes need some TLC without being pushy which was very much appreciated.As for the gas station, it's full service, but the attendants are pretty quick and friendly.

Came here for a vehicle inspection and cannot recommend this place highly enough! The entire process took less than 20 minutes (I imagine wait times are partly impacted by the number of people waiting in line, but they strike me as very efficient). Very friendly, helpful, and straightforward staff.

It is so hard to find good repair shop these days that will be honest and provide good service to you and your car. I have a 2010 Range Rover and Mike have been an angle sent, every time I have an issue I will take it to him and he will always fix it and reasonable price. I truly recommend Mike for your service station and I always get my gas there as well.

Mike and his mechanics are the best! I refer everyone to them. The prices are always honest and reasonable and he usually takes you same day - if not same day then definitely the next day! He explains what needs to be done and doesn t try to upsell you. Being a female I always worry about being told that my car needs more than what really needs to be done but Mike is always honest and explains exactly what is wrong with my car so that it makes sense to me.

I refuse to go anywhere else. My roommate recommended I come here a couple of years ago and it s been the best recommendation ever. They re always fast, honest and polite. They deserve all of the business.

So I got a flat near here and pulled in to check it and knew it needed to be changed. I asked to use floor Jack because it's easier than the one for my wife's car, they said 20 to let them do it, I said no sorry im that broke right now and was going to change it myself, 2 guys came out and still changed it for me knowing I couldn't pay. Thank you guys very much saved me time and energy I honestly didn't have after a long day and a long ride. I highly recommend them just for their morals.

Went in this afternoon to put $10 for my roommate to use the car. I had 54 miles left in the tank, pulled away waiting for the miles to increase. It did not change at all. Restarted the car thinking it might make a difference. Nothing! I will never return here!

Great experience with Mike. Dropped the car off to have a bumper fixed, it now looks brand new and they even washed and vacuumed the car. Excellent service, would recommend

Mike and service center offer quick service and great pricing. Never had a issue with service, can always take you in same day, quick turn around, and not pushy at all.
