I'm a retired U.S. Army Ranger and am fortunate to bank with USAA. I had a deal for a specific price on a new 2024 F250 Super duty truck and brought a certified check for the full amount from USAA. This dealership tried to disuade me from using USAA and pressured me to use their financing, which wasn't at the same low rate as USAA. I told them I had a check in hand for the full amount and was not going to change my financing. Watertown Ford then told me I would have to wait two weeks until the certified check cleared before I could pick up the truck. I walked out and contacted another Ford dealer in Vermont who are much more user friendly to buyers. Watertown Ford is a dishonest dealership. BEWARE: Do not purchase your Ford vehicles through this dealership.

After having my truck totaled, I was looking to replace it with essentially the identical model. I found the one I wanted at Watertown Ford and emailed Patrick, who got back to me within a day - and in that email, gave me the exact prices and values including MSRP, discounts, taxes, fees, etc. I told him I wanted to do as much remotely as possible, and again within 24 hours (it might have even been the first 24 hours) got everything settled and approved.He even told me when I got there I'd be pitched a few things, told me what they were, told me what his thoughts were on them, and told me I could "say no in 2 seconds and be done with it".I arrived about a week later (based on my schedule), signed some papers, discussed some options I said no to most everything and indeed the unnecessary addon services were done in 2 seconds. It took about 20-30 minutes to run the paperwork, we were able to complete the registration, they inspected the truck, and I was off in maybe an hour total. It was a great experience.Despite being nearly two hours away, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Excellent customer SERVICE and overall experience! Emily in Service Department was extremely helpful and thorough in tracking down a difficult to identify, persistent problem with a Mustang Mach E. Even more, she followed up subsequent to the visit to ensure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend!

I bought my 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat from Watertown Ford this past April. I traded in my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon as part of the deal. I got more for my trade in than I expected! And I got the truck for exactly the price I was hoping for. There was nearly zero haggling or the usual let me check with my manager kind of games you find at usual dealerships. I have bought around 15 cars in my life from dealerships & this was the best experience I ve ever had.Before going to Watertown Ford, we visited 2 other Ford dealerships in the area. We were replacing the tow vehicle for our Airstream RV and we weren t sure if we wanted another Ford pickup or if we wanted an Expedition. So we went to a couple of dealerships to look at some used Expeditions they had online. While we were at the first Ford dealership, I asked to look at the new 2017 F-150 just out of curiosity. The salesman actually refused to let me look at a new F-150 because they said we don t make any money off of selling you a new vehicle . I made an appointment at the 2d dealership 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up the morning of the appointment after driving 30 miles to get there, they didn t have the vehicle I had asked to test drive! And they said they couldn t get it that morning for me to test drive. The customer service at these other 2 dealerships was so bad that I actually wrote a letter about it to Ford. In the letter I said that i had never experience a dealership that actually worked hard to NOT sell me a car! It was unbelievable!The experience I had at Watertown Ford proved to me that it s obviously not a Ford thing , it s a Watertown Ford thing that made this such an easy & wonderful buying experience.I recently had my new truck serviced for the first time at Watertown Ford. They remembered that the first year of maintenance was included, as I was told at the time of the sale. The staff at the service counter where I checked in remembered me! From months ago when I bought the truck! They were courteous, professional, nice and fast. My truck was really taken care of fast & nicely. The only small critique I had was that they forgot to call me to tell me when my truck was done, but I was going to pick it up after work just before they closed anyway. So it didn t matter.My wife & I are new to Massachusetts & didn t know what to expect from a New England car dealership experience. Through this whole process of buying the new truck & having it serviced, these people treated us like family. I will be buying my next car or truck at Watertown Ford.

Fantastic experience. Emily was AWESOME. Clear and concise communication, no hard sell, amazing value for my trade in. Got a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid that I absolutely love. Everything was fast and easy. Highly recommend these folks!

Michael and PATRICK and staff at Watertown were very friendly and made the experience very seamless for someone like myself who drove 2 and a half hours to purchase the vehicle. The customer friendly dog is a nice touch as well.

I purchased a car from Watertown Ford and the entire process was great. Everybody was very helpful before and after purchase. They got us in and out of there very quickly since we told them we were pressed for time. Easiest of many of my lifetime car purchases. I would definitely to there again even though I have a for dealer five minutes from my house. they were great. And thank you Mike!!

After waiting 20 days for my schedule appointment day service guys told me you don t buy part from us that s why we don t wanna programming your 2nd key and car system that s really bad and another thing they told me for checking each part they wanna charge me around 150$ come on you wanna getting easy money from your customer I don t believe this company never fixed any small problems with out charging you big amount of money. The best Sales experience you can possibly have when you deal with Tim Duffy of Watertown Ford.I used to buy my vehicles/trucks at the Needham Muzi Ford where Tim worked previously. I followed Mr. Duffy when he then went to Watertown Ford after Muzi sold to a developer.Every detail about your purchase is thoroughly explained to you. Down to setting up your new vehicle's on board computer screen and syncing your phone to it.Tim is always there when you call him, even after your purchase. It's better than having the Ford warranty itself !!!Tim's the best with his "white glove" service to his customers.Tim's the best! A class above.Bobby

I just purchased a vehicle for the second time from Watertown Ford (previous purchase 3 years ago).Both experiences have been very pleasant. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Bottom line is that I've purchased two vehicles there and certainly wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience financing a car from Watertown Ford. It was a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid and I love the car. Michael O'Brien was the sales person I worked with and he paid great attention to detail through the whole process. I felt that their dealership was very thoughtful and attentive to details.

This is our third purchase from Watertown Ford and we ll be back for our next as well. Our experiences have all been fantastic and it really feels like visiting family when you walk through the door. Every single person goes out of their way to say hello and chat to make sure everything is being handled to smallest detail. We ve been lucky to have Mike O Brien as our salesman each time and we have never left there disappointed or without a good and confident feeling. Highly recommend giving this dealership and staff your business.

Watertown Ford was very professional and courteous. Shawn was receptive to my inquiries and provided knowledgeable information regarding my service. He updated me throughout my service experience and my car was finished in an expeditious manner. The lounge was awesome and I loved the vending machines and snacks that were provided - it made the wait more tolerable. The massage chair was a very enjoyable surprise as well!! Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and look forward to having my car serviced at Watertown Ford again.

I was incredibly impressed with Watertown Ford! Car-buying has a very bad stereotype for being a tough process but as soon as I walked into Watertown Ford, I knew my experience would be different. Simply put, it was like dealing with a close family friend. They took the hassle out of car buying and made it incredibly simple and easy. There was no pressure and I started calling my sales associate "painless Shamus" as it was such an easy transaction by the time I had bought my new car! I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge, and as a 32 year old young woman, was a bit intimidated at the thought of buying a new car on my own. Well how wrong I was since Watertown Ford really worked with me on a great trade in price as well as a great deal for my lease. They even got my new car inspected and got the registration and plates so all I had to do was call my car insurance to tell them I got a new car! They also walked me through all of the features of the new car and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off the lot.This is the 3rd car I have ever bought in my life (and the first of many at Watertown Ford). I honestly don't know if I will ever go to another dealership as Watertown Ford could not have been better! If you're thinking about buying a new car, you will not be disappointed in this dealership! I absolutely LOVE my new car and Shamus even called me 2 weeks after I bought it, just to check in and see how I liked it. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

I recently purchased a new car from Watertown Ford after my old one broke down and was not worth repairing. I previously drove a 2004 Ford Escape and really love the Ford models so was interested in looking there first. I chose Watertown Ford because both my mother and my aunt had purchased new Escapes from them in the past couple years, and both were (are) extremely happy with their new cars. When my husband and I went, we initially wanted to just look around and not commit to anything, but after being greeted by Raul, that quickly changed. I told Raul what I was looking for (another Escape) and gave him my price range and he was able to pull up several cars on the lot that met that criteria. In no time, I was checking out the different cars, and he even let me take one of the cars off the lot for a test drive with my family. He made the process so easy, as this was only the second time I had purchased a brand new vehicle, and the first time in over 10 years I had a new car. Sitting down, he knew that I was concerned with the monthly payments and not qualifying for a good rate because of my credit score. We were able to get a good deal with Ford Credit taking on the loan directly, and I left that day having signed the paperwork for my new 2015 Ford Escape. That was a Saturday, and on that Monday, I picked up the car. I have to say the past few weeks with the new car have been great. I love all the features, it is a smooth ride and I have to say, my friends and family are jealous of how nice of a car I now own. I want to thank everyone at Watertown Ford, particularly Raul, for their great customer service and care.

I recently purchased my Ford Fusion in Tallahassee with an oil change plan they assured me was transferable as I was moving to the Boston area and didn't want to worry about routine maintenance costs. Watertown Ford got me right in, did the routine maintenance and all the leg work making sure my maintenance plan covered all the costs. The waiting area was very nice and people checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. The oil change was done very quickly and it gives me piece of mind knowing they are my new service center.

During the unusual shortage of F250's in 2020/2021 including extended production times for custom orders through Ford I was grateful to find a comparable truck to what I was looking for due to arrive at Watertown Ford even though it was over 3 hours away in another state. Every single person I encountered at Watertown Ford was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient with every interaction. We navigated the laws and requirement differences from state to state with ease. And as all vehicle buying should be when you know exactly what you want we were in and out completing paperwork and driving away in in our brand new truck in record time. Expectional buying experience.

I have bought my last 7 vehicles at Watertown Ford. They are a straightforward and honest dealership with great people who I am happy to deal with. Peter King and Bruce Whittier and Steve Carter are very good and likeable managers. I've also found that Shane and the service department are top shelf. When things go well, I tend to stick with the plan. Good job Watertown Ford...you've earned my loyalty.

I went to the dealership and spoke with Sales Manager Michael O'Brien about purchasing a Ford Bronco. The dealership did not have any for sale at this time, but I asked about the ordering process and also asked if there were any deals considering it is Memorial Day weekend. The manager laughed and told me that there were no deals and that they sell the Bronco for $10,000 over MSRP. When I stated to him that Ford has warned dealerships about price gauging he started rambling. I would never give this dealership my business.

Patrick and Mike are great to deal with. I bought a new Mach 1 from them 2 weeks ago and the experience was easy and enjoyable. No games with vehicle pricing or financing like you get with some dealers. I would definitely recommend them and going forward they ve earned any and all of my Ford business.

I bought my car in January of 2016 from the Watertown Ford dealership and have been having it serviced through their shop since then. I've only needed a few minor things done like oil changes, tire rotations and fluid checks. Each time I have an extremely positive experience. The staff are helpful and accommodating (allowing me to drop the car off and pick it up when it is convenient for me) and the turnaround time is quick for minor things.

Working with Watertown Ford was so easy. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The purchase of my certified used Ford Fusionwas a wonderful experience. From the general manager Peter King, to the sales man Samuel Venerin. I had lots of help finding the perfect car for me. Samuel and Peter were extremely helpful and always so nice to deal with. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would return again in the future to buy another car.

This was my first new car purchase and I had some predispositions as to what my experience would be like after a few bad experiences at other dealerships. I finally ended up at Watertown Ford (should've been my first stop!). I received an online quote, which made the process very smooth and easy. The staff there was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. Alex was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. He made the experience fun and spent a long time with me answering my questions. I love my new car and would highly recommend Watertown Ford!

Second vehicle I've purchased at Watertown Ford and I'm extremely happy. Everybody there is top notch and very knowledgeable/Professional. They work with you to get the right car you are looking for at an affordable price. Mike even took the time to pick me up from work when my new car was ready to be picked up! A+ service for sure!
