Before I post my experience there, I would like to know whether I was dealing with Kassem or not when I was there. All reviews say he is wonderful to work with.My experience wasn't so great but I would like to have Kassem's view before I say anything too negative.Expect a replyUpdate: Kassem reached out and asked me to call. I did.He is a VERY pleasant man and proud business owner. He was truly sorry for my experience and willing to do what it takes to correct anything necessary.He has 2 locations. If you have trouble at either one, ask for Kassem, I am sure you will be happy with the results.We truly desires to be an honest businessman running a successful business.

Ahmed is the man. Found out what was wrong with my Mustang. Fixed it and had my car pass inspection. Very fairly priced and fixed in a timely manner. I think I found my new place to bring my cars. Kassem Trad is a great mechanic and an even better human being! His prices are very fair. He's detail oriented, and truly looks out for the customer's best interest, both mechanically and financially. My car is almost 10 years old and with any luck, he'll help me keep it running without breaking the bank for years to come.

The TRAD AUTO CENTER INC on 600 Main str in Watertown, MA is the best place for an automotive work. There I got a professional and complete service. The owner Kassem is a very nice and honest person. He did a great job with my car and complete the previous work which was done wrong by someone else from another company. It was truly the best auto experience I have EVER had. They definitely have our future business and I will recommend to everyone I know!Services: Transmission, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I highly recommend Trad Auto Center! Kassem recently helped me with a broken headlight and car inspection. He took my car in promptly and was very accommodating, working to meet the needs of my schedule. Pricing was fair, as well! This is a great local shop and I will definitely be going back!

I have always had excellent experiences here. The owner goes above and beyond to be accommodating. For example, I stopped by for an inspection and accidentally locked my keys in my car. The owner let me borrow his own car to drive home to retrieve my extra set of keys. I was so surprised by his generosity and so appreciative. I will go back again and again and would recommend this place to anyone.

I needed work done on both of my cars recently and I took them to Kaseem at Trad Auto Center. In short, I couldn't be happier with the service. Kaseem was upfront about what needed to be done immediately and what work could wait, and most importantly he was upfront and fair about the cost. He also personally drove 1.5 hours out of his way to pick up a part one of my cars needed to pass inspection. Outstanding service and great work, I will definitely go back in the future.

I also highly recommend Trad Auto service especially if you have an older model car that you want to keep running economically. I recently took my 2008 Subaru with 118k miles on it to the dealer for scheduled service expected to be around $750. After they inspected the car, they came back with $4k of repairs they said needed to be done. Kassem had helped me with some minor repairs in the past and was reasonable so I asked him to take a look and let me know what really needs to be done to safely keep the car on the road until I decide to retire it. Total repair was $317, $3 under his estimate. I will now have Kassem do my oil changes and trust him to inspect my car to keep it running.

I trust Kassem to only do the minimum necessary to fix my car; not just do the obvious thing which may cost more. He is also very perseverant in working on more difficult problems and won't give up until it's fixed. It's nice to feel like you can trust someone working on your car (especially if you don't know that much about cars yourself!).

I have never experienced such a great customer service at any other auto mechanic shop before. Kaseem and team are great people to work with. They offer tire repair, tire change, suspension repair, auto repair etc. one of the most important thing to note about this shop and Kaseem was that he was open about the what part of the car needed work, replacement and what part did not. Honda dealer told me to replace my brakes so that they can charge money. However, Kaseem mentioned that there is still half life of the brakes left and you don't need to replace it just yet. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to all the car owners in the nearby areas.

After spending hours at a local toyota dealership, I called Kassem about an issue with my brakes and he fixed them in about 30 minutes and for a quarter of the dealership s price! I will not be going to any toyota dealership anymore and only to this shop for all my car needs. Kassem is kind, knowledgeable, fair and always comes through!I highly recommend this shop for all car needs

Kassem and his team provide outstanding service. I took my Honda accord for repairs - handbrake was not working. Prior to that I took it to the dealership and they quoted me over $800 for replacement of rear brake pads and rear driver brake calipher. Kassem had a look at it and told me my rear brake calipher was fine, i needed to replace the rear brake pads (i knew about that from experience) and rear brake rotors. He showed me their condition and I agreed. All this cost less than $350 and it was done within a few hours. Overall, I am a happy customer. Additionally, I noted that Kassem's team treats every customer personally and makes sure whatever work that is being done they are fully aware of it and shows them personally what is wrong and what repairs needs to get done. Great job!!!

I've taken my 2010 Nissan Rogue and 2014 Subura Impreza here for all routine services (inspections, oil changes) as well as some minor repairs (been fortunate not to have any major repairs).The owner and the team of employees are friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The prices are competitive and I will definitely continue to have my cars serviced here.

I've gotten my car inspections there for more than 5 years and they've always been fair and honest. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need. Today I locked my keys in the car after parking there for my inspection. They gave me a ride home to get my other key. Great service!

Great experience with this little auto shop/gas station. My car broke down on the highway: changing gears at odd times, no acceleration. Brought it to Trad Auto first thing in the morning, not exactly looking forward to spending a boatload of money on a car I'd already spent a boatload of money fixing up. The owner, Kassem, called me up shortly thereafter, let me know he'd try to fix the faulty module instead of ordering a new one at over $1000 (plus waiting four days for shipping); I told him to go for it, while keeping my fingers crossed. Stopped by the shop again after I got out of work, and my car was running just fine, still is now, months later, all thanks to the knowledgeable mechanics at Trad Auto and Kassem himself. They did the job well, and quickly, and saved me a good amount of money in the process. Would highly recommend. Good prices on gas too.

I brought my car for an oil change and change of lugnuts and it was done instantly. Kaseem is very kind, helpful, and quick! If he sees a problem with your car he will let you know! Prices are very good.

I ve lived in Watertown for 5 years and have gone to a few places for my state vehicle inspection. My car is 14 years old but is very well-maintained. Other inspection places seem to find issues that just aren t really there when I take them to my mechanic. I passed this location (sign says AAA Auto) and decided to try them for my inspection this year. I called Kassem at 9am on a Saturday and he told me he could inspect my car right away. The inspection was complete 30 mins after I arrived with no issues. Kassem was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the professional and timely service.

I live near by and get gas here & inspections, but my Infinite was making strange noises when I turned. I could have brought it to the dealership near my work but got nervous about the charges. I found out from Kassem Trad that I needed new front brakes & shocking reasonably priced & done in a few HRS. I would recommend anybody to go here. I Will.

I recently got an oil change and work done on my brakes. The oil change was done fast and the work on my brakes didn't take long either. I was told exactly what what wrong with the car, what I needed to do in the moment and what I need to do in the future. Recommend this place 100%!

My car broke down and I had to tow it to the nearest shop.The mechanics there first of all were very pleasant and they took care of me right away. Great prices and trust me auto repairs are never cheap. Will recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you Trad Auto Center.

Kassem Trad and his mechanics are among the very best in the area...They just installed a new rebuilt engine and a new rebuilt transmission in my Ford Mustang and the car is running like brand new.Kassem saved us thousands of dollars from buying a new car and we got to keep the car we love..What more can I say...Thanks Tom

The week of Thanksgiving, I pulled into this gas station, the owner, Kassem Trad was walking by and pointed to my sticker and said my sticker was expired (two months- (yikes). It was very nice of him to remind me. I had completely missed it (I know!).I came back the next day to get a new sticker. Kassem helped me. There were few cars which were being worked on, but without hesitation, he was going to help me with my sticker. Five minutes later he came up to tell me that my registration had expired (argh). Kassem took the time to show me how to renew my registration online. He could have asked me to come back, instead he told me how to get to the registry site and renew using their app. These are the things that stick in my mind. After I remewed it, je inspected my car and I got my new sticker. I will definitely go back for service. Thank you.

I had check engine sign on my car .. I thought it might be a big problem .. kassem solve it by changing only one sensor.Nice place, good service, prices are reasonable, great staff.
