I've come to this location twice in the last year and it's by far the best dealership experience I've had. Their waiting space is welcoming with great seating and lots of natural light. Plus, they have an in-house nail salon and offer free manicures. Careen, the manicurist, is awesome and really made the experience! The car services themselves can take a while (2-3 hours on weekday mornings), so you have to be prepared to wait, but this location makes it very comfortable, and I'll definitely be back.

I bought my first car at Watertown Toyota this month and let me tell you!! The sales team treated me like royalty. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and sold me a beautiful 2017 Camry.. I ve been to a lot of dear-ships in my time, I ve never been to one that got it right. Toyota of Watertown did!!! I didn t have to ask any questions about the new because it was just ready! As if they read my mind, it was cleaned inside and out !!!! Looked amazing!!!! Drove away so happy and would recommend anyone and everyone to Toyota Watertown!! I want to say thank you to Randy and his Manager. You guys have my business forever.

Brand new showroom. They have renovated the entire showroom. I waited 5 months for my Grand Highlander MAX Hybrid Platinum. My salesman Raffi returned all my calls and text during the wait. He never pressured me into anything. Bought the vehicle at MSRP. He tried to explain everything at delivery, but there is so much technology you really have to sit in the vehicle and spend time with the manual. I have no hesitation in recommending Raffi Matos.

This dealership is amazing. We purchase a car here - wonderful experience - and the service department has provided excellent follow-up service. Last time I was in, I had a free manicure in the in-house nail salon. So innovative and fun. Careen, the manicurist, was a lively conversationalist. I will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend to others! Brilliant.

I had an outstanding experience at the Toyota dealership, and it's all thanks to Ignacio, my sales manager. From the moment I walked in, Ignacio went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently showed me various cars, thoroughly explained their differences, and took the time to address all of my questions.What I appreciated most was the transparency and honesty throughout the process. Ignacio provided me with printed materials to take home, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. His knowledge of the cars and willingness to spend time with me made the experience truly exceptional.Even though my husband opted for a Honda, I know that when I'm ready to purchase a Toyota, I'll be returning to Ignacio. I brought my car to the Toyota of Watertown for an inspection on Thursday, March 14, 2024. I liked that they have a Nail Salon in the dealership. I got my nails done for free. Careen, the manicurist did a phenomenal job doing my nails. I couldn't decide on what color I wanted, and she helped me choose the best colors by combining them (Blue and glitter). It came out perfectly! Careen was very kind and cleaned my nails extremely nice.I recommend her for your next nail appointment as you wait for your car to get service!!!

Over the years I've distrust car dealerships but every time I come for an oil service they always seem to have coupons on their website. I know it's a little expensive but I do a lot of driving and I'm glad that they look after the vehicle.They are renovating the service area and they've got a free nail salon in the new and very spacious waiting area. They also have individual places where you can work in quiet

Did you know you can have a complimentary manicure while you wait for your car to be ready? I didn t know what to expect when I got here. The nail salon is clean and bright. And the manicure quality is top notch. Careen is professional, friendly, efficient, and has a great eye for detail. I will definitely be back even without a car appointment. The prices are very reasonable, and the selection of polish is broad. Highly recommend!

My experience at Watertown Toyota has always been excellent! Everyone is very friendly, courteous and respectful! The new renovations meet all of my needs! They are amazing! But now Toyota of Watertown has added a nail salon! You can get You nails done for FREE while you wait! Careen the nail tech is great! We just need some snacks! Maybe the next time I have my car service!

I brought my car in to get serviced and everyone I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. I loved the new complimentary nail salon! Careen was so kind, funny, and did a great job on my nails! Getting my nails done with her made the time fly by while I was waiting for my car to be ready. What a relaxing and amazing addition!

Came in to get a new FOB programmed to a recently purchased car. I was bummed out to find out it may take up to 90 minutes. But then the staff offered for me to have my nails done while I wait. I honestly thought it was a joke, but it wasn t. Careen invited me into her little salon and gave me a nice manicure with pleasant conversation. It made my morning! Thank you Careen. Good job Toyota.

This location is truly the best Toyota dealership that I ve been to! I appreciate David Yaboujian in the service department for always taking care of me and my car with such thoughtfulness, honesty, patience, and understanding. He makes sure that I understand what needs to be done promptly and what can wait (and approximately how long until it ll become urgent). Him and his service team are the most kind folks I ve encountered!!!

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience at the dealer today! Came in for my 5k inspection and the initial time quote was longer than expected. BUT the waiting area has been totally redone since I was here last and was a very comfortable place to work for a few hours. I also got my nails done with the lovely Careen at the nail salon (yup!).Frank, my service advisor, was helpful and patient in walking me through the many devices my car needed. He was honest about what I had to/didn t have to get done.And the fact that I had just gotten my nails done helped me swallow the (typical) high price tag

I've been a loyal Toyota of Watertown customer for almost 15 years! What I really want to highlight is that they have a phenomenal service department. I mostly go for regular maintenance, which they always do promptly and quickly. When I have needed a repair, they have always fixed the issue the first time. Staff are friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable, and if you're lucky you'll get Mr. Khnaizer as your Service Advisor -- he's great!I went in today and was amazed to see the brand new waiting area for the Service Department so I m sharing a couple of photos. It even includes semi-private workstations where you can set up your computer, get online, and get your work done while you enjoy a complementary fresh brewed coffee or cold beverage!

Best service experience, they were so quick and easy to work with. The new waiting area is so comfortable, i was able to get some work done and they even give complimentary manicures! Highly recommended

In this day and age, a car pretty much sells itself. The difference is the sales person you work with. I shopped at 2 car dealerships before finding Toyota of Watertown and the key person who made my car purchase happen: Randy lopes Go see Randy.Down to earth, detail oriented and a true listener, Randy treated me like a friend not a customer. He carefully looked through the new car inventory and provided Car Fax reports for each vehicle. His intuitive nature could tell that I really wanted a new car with lower mileage though I said higher because I was worried I wouldn t find what I hoped to find.In the past it was so easy to show up to a car dealership and either drive away in a brand new or used vehicle. But all that has changed now and the car buying experience is more stressful due to the high demand and low inventory. This is where the person you work with makes all the difference. I feel very confident in my purchase thanks to Randy. What are you waiting for? Go see him today at Toyota of Watertown. And tell them you saw this Google review.

My wife and I just took possession of our 2023 Prius Prime XES. We live in West Hartford, CT and purchased this car sight unseen and could not be happier with the entire transaction. Every time I go to Toyota of Watertown I am treated with respect kindness and a great attitude. I can not say enough about kamel Adam and Rodney at Toyota of Watertown. They listen to my concerns and help find the best possible solutions. I come from right out side of cape cod for my services because of how well I have been treated here. I highly recommend Toyota of Watertown for services but also if you re in need of a new or used car ! They are great all around :)

I was really looking forward to this car service after I called to schedule and they mentioned that I could get my nails done while I waited! There is a legit nail salon in the newly renovated waiting area!! Nany did such a great job on my nails and she taught me so much.

I had a really nice experience at Toyota of Watertown recently. They have really kind and helpful employees. The service advisor Kamel was very kind and efficient. They have a nail salon that has a complimentary nail appointment at each service after their most recent renovation. The nail technician was friendly and gave a nice manicure. They have a nice waiting room too with snack and soda vending machines as well as complimentary seltzer, juice, coffee, and tea. They have a variety of seating where you can find a spot to work remote or watch Netflix on your phone. I just recommend dressing warm in the winter months if you plan to wait for your car as it can be cold.

Toyota of Watertown did an absolutely fabulous job of getting me into a new very low mileage preowned vehicle at a very affordable price with an experience that was not only not bad, but absolutely fantastic. I am truly stunned at how greatly I was treated at that dealership as a customer. I cannot recommend Toyota of Watertown enough to anybody who is looking for a new car. The salesman that I had by the name of Elkin Pereanez did an amazing job, making sure that I was properly serviced throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Toyota of Watertown more highly than I am right now and I have told my friends that if you go there, ask for Elkin, He is the man and great at what he does.

Where do I start. I ve been shopping around for the best realistic reasonably priced SUV for my family after many dealer visits and feeling like what I needed was not understood I happen to go into Watertown Toyota and I was greeted by Kenneth Wright who happened to be the sales manager and I explained to him my situation and he made realistic suggestions and understood what I needed versus what needed to be sold. Needless to say I walked out with a handshake and a deal my family loves the Highlander I brought home. Kenneth was part of my families comfortability and safety and more importantly happiness while being on the road. Kenneth thank you for all you did to make sure I was completely satisfied. Very easy to work with from beginning to end. He really understands a customers needs.

Purchased a new Prius Prime and very happy with the whole experience. Elkin Pereanez was incredibly helpful from start to finish. There was no heavy handed negotiation, no games, just the car we wanted at a fair price. All the staff, from initial emails to sales to finance to registration to management, were efficient and friendly. They even handled a last minute insurance hiccup (our fault) quickly and calmly. Highly recommend for anyone purchasing a new Toyota.
