Angel was extremely courteous and helpful! Service was quick and fairly priced. I came for one blown tire but was very politely shown a second was on the way out--super helpful as I am not a car guy and wouldn't have noticed. Also just appreciated Angel showing me. Would definitely come again.

I had the opportunity to visit Town Fair Tire in Watertown on Patriots Day and they were able to quickly repair a tire with a nail in it that had a slow leak. The price was extremely reasonable and customer service exceptional. Angel was the young man who helped me and he even pointed out that my wheel lock key was cracked. (I was able to get that replaced by the Lexus dealer down the street on the same day). Angel and the team were able to get me on my way quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and its nice that there is a screen showing the work area so you can monitor progress.

I just got new tires last night. One popped today. Angel stayed behind after closing to put a tire in for me. I am beyond grateful for their help and service. It was so kind. 100% 5star experience!!!! Thank you Angel & team!!!

Went in for some tires, wasn't so sure on products,Ethan took his time out to explain some details to me on few options of tires and they're performances and even help me save a few dollars. Great customer service and knowledgeable. Great store and crew

This is my third time at Town Fair and each time has been good. I had an appointment and Angel checked me in right on time. The work was fast and well done. Ethan checked me out and I was on my way with two new tires in under 90 minutes. Don t know the name of the young man who did the work but he was careful and explained exactly what the problem was when he was finished. If you need tires or alignment, this is where to go!

Worked with Angel twice in two weeks. Had a nail in two different tires within two weeks. Able to get me in and out quickly each time. Great service and experience. Will be back, hopefully not because of another nail!

Ethan was great- he got me in quickly for double checking and fixing the alignment and was patient and thoughtful in answering my questions about my winter tires related to my vehicle. Since a different location had less than ideal or possibly questionable service, he was very kind to help do the same service make sure it was done right this time complimentary. Greatly appreciated and recommend his quality and helpful service at this location.

Punctured my tire on Sunday and got it completely replaced here by Wednesday. Super fast and professional. Love the life stream to the garage, so you can see what's happening to your car. Very nice front desk. @Angel Otero was super patient with me. Was the first time for me not going to the dealership, and hence did not know that things are a bit different when it comes to replacements. Would recommend.

Rolled in today to fix up my tire cause there was a nail dead center. Everything went smoothly quick service, affordable cost, and lucky it was in the middle (trust me, sidewall hits are a pain). Staff were friendly, job got done fast since it was slow, no complaints here. Definitely recommend for a quick repair!

Great job by Angel and the guys on the shop floor. Courteous, professional, and they actually put my spare tire back in the well, secured and arranged neatly with the tool kit under the trunk floor. Town Fair Tire is one of the few remaining businesses that actually patch tires correctly: from the *inside*, with a true permanent patch for the remaining life of the tire. Accept no substitute!

Angel was very helpful. The tires I needed were discontinued and he called at least 5 different places to try to find what I looking for. I made an appointment the day before and everything was taken care of in about an hour. Thank you!

Angel and staff were absolutely amazing!!! They were all so helpful and accommodating. I received such great tire service and Angel explained in detail and offered continuous updates as I waited. Staff and service was prompt and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this location. Angel and staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Angel Otero and the team made the process easy and seamless from first call to a quick turn around on buying and installing 4 new tires. One of my front tires had a bubble in it. It was covered by the road hazard warranty i bought at the time it was installed, but that tire was not available anymore. To avoid me having a mismatched set of tires, Angel found some options based on their in stock inventory, so that I could replace both front tires at the same time at a reasonable cost. He went out of his way to find a solution, and got me in and out quickly. Great service, would come back, and I recommend Angel and Watertown Town Fair Tire to anyone.

Angell & Ethan were awesome! My tire had a nail & the treads were shot, and I needed a new tire plus the other three needed to be replaced. I came in, they gave me a quote which was wayyyy less than the dealership, and they did the job immediately and they were finished one hour later! Great service, great price, and a one minute walk from my apartment!

Stopped by randomly one afternoon because there was a nail in my tire that I ran over not a half hour earlier. I had to drive to the office the next day so couldn t wait to see if it was leaking or not. Angel immediately tested the tire and saw it was leaking and they got my car right in to plug it. Was so appreciative of stepping right in to get it resolved right then and there.

I do NOT recommend this place!!!Town Fair Tire as a Company has a pretty good reputation. But this place ruined it completely for me!I made an appointment at 9 am (I had a busy afternoon). They promised that my car would be ready in about 2 hours. It took 6 hours to change tires, balance a car and change 2 Tire Pressure Sensors. After I complained about the time it took and how it ruined my Saturday's plans, the manager was very rude, he never apologized. He made me feel as I owed them, and they did a huge favor for me.After 30 minutes driving the tire pressure light on my dashboard whent on again (they returned my car just before they closed the shop for the weekend, so I couldn't come back immediately). When I came back on Monday, the manager checked sensors and said that I had to change other 2 sensors!!! So they destroyed rest two sensors when changing tires. Guess what? Of course the manager was rude again and denied their wrongdoings and blamed me!But the biggest problem for me was that the bumper of my car was screached (very light, tire like shape, just shine was taken). I wasn't able to prove it, because the original video was destroyed. The manager (after a long fight) showed me 6 hours video from their cameras recorded when it was rewinding, 6 hours during 30 minutes.It was absolutely terrible experience!!! It seems that the manager has his own strategy when working with customers, to give you such a hard time so you wouldn't want to deal with them under any circumstances whatever they did wrong!If you really should use their service and have no other choice, stay their, keep an eye on your car and on what they do and how they do!!!

I stop by the Watertown location for a alignment. I met with Carl here and was attended quickly and respectfully. Service was great. Recommend if your in the Watertown area and your ride needs servicing. Thanks again Carl Smith and thanks to Town Fare Tires 5 's.

I had a very positive first experience at Town Fair Tire! Ethan Ribard was very knowledgable and responsive to my questions and addressed my particular needs and priorities. With his input, I felt able to look at real tire quality and value instead of just brand names and will have additional confidence gained by test driving them for 30 days free. At TFT, they have a great team who seem to really care about my experience buying a critically important part of my car.

Great customer service at Town Fair Tire !!! Dropped in first thing this morning with a slow leak and to make an appointment for 4 tires. The tires I wanted were not in stock so they had to be ordered from the warehouse. Cory said that they should be here by the end of day and he would call and schedule an appointment for the following morning. He called right after lunch time and said they could install them today. Not many businesses would do that. It s service like that is why I ll come here and not to a competitor with my companies discount.

Heard a thumping from my front right tire and pulled in for them to check. Ethan was very nice, Found a piece of metal in the tire. Pulled it out, checked for a puncture.There wasn't so I was good to go. Pleasant experience.

Town Fair has the best services (free tire rotation free flat repair) and the best service people! Cory Snyder from TFT in Watertown was awesome. He got me in and out quickly and took the time to explain all the things that were being done so I knew what was going on! It was a great experience there as always!

I was helped by Cory in replacing a flat tire and had a great experience. He showed me all of my options and then examined my current tires to help me find the best tire that matched my current set. Fast and friendly service, highly recommend going to see Cory if you find yourself in a similar situation.
