I love this service center.Waiting for a month long appointment stinks, but I can always rely on this SC to fix things. When the time comes.I bring my model 3 here, and today, I brought in my new Model Y for some minor issues. All were fixed under warranty.I even brought up some issues at the very last minute, and they were able to accommodate!A big thank you to Jason and the rest of the Watertown Tesla Team!!

Called because we have a front passenger safety restraint warning which puts the passenger seat as unsafe and they said they re backed up and can t help us this week. Shame on this service center for not even attempting to open up a slot knowing this is a safety concern. This puts passengers at a risk.

Service was excellent. I will know when it rains whether the issue has been resolved or not. The customer service person was thorough, and also listened and fixed some of the issues I noticed with the car.Keep up the good work

Absolutely abysmal service. We went to get a slow leak in one of our tires checked, and they initially told us it would take 1 to 1.5 hours, which is reasonable. Then they notify us that, actually, it will take nearly 4.5 hours.

I recently had an issue with my Tesla, and the team at Watertown Tesla did an excellent job fixing it. The employees were knowledgeable, efficient, and resolved the problem with my car in no time. I appreciate their expertise and exceptional service. Thank you, Watertown Tesla!

Brett (service advisor) and Chris (repair tech) worked with me to solve a tricky intermittent problem. After having a pothole take out both passenger side tires (and after all tires were replaced) I was left with an odd vibration above 40mph that only occurred when turning to the right (and was more severe at certain specific speeds than others).It was a tough problem to reproduce but the team stuck with me and after demonstrating it, Chris immediately singled it out to a damaged passenger side front wheel bearing and had it repaired that same day.I m back on the road vibration free, andThank you to the Watertown service team!Unfortunately, you ll see me again next time I need any service!

Updating my original review from 2 to 4 stars, based on a more recent service visit here, which was handled very professionally and efficiently. Original review:FYI, this Tesla SC (Waltham) does not have a road force balancing machine. Nor does the Peabody, MA location (as of June, 2023). It's a real shame, as I think every Tesla SC should offer road force balancing. I've wasted time on 2 visits here to resolve vibration issues on my brand new MY. Was finally sent to the Deadham SC, which apparently has road force balancing equipment.

Very happy with the service here! Had a 2-week old Model Y with warranty service for a misaligned rear passenger window and rear hatch. On arrival they went over the car with me to mark the locations to ensure they didn't miss anything. (Good to note they also have an early drop off option, also you can pick up your car after hours with phone app or a separate keycard.)The location is fairly small but had ample parking. The lot entrance is on Pleasant St, not on Bridge St. where the maps tried taking me to. There was a small waiting room with a few desks and couches, however I decided to use the $100 daily Uber credit they provided during the repair.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped my Tesla off for wind noise in my drivers side window, waiting 3 hours just to find out they made the problem significantly worse. It's a 3 hour drive and now on my 5th service attempt to get this repair and they made no ligitmate effort to diagnose or resolve the problem. Changed the window seal for the 3rd time which clearly does not and has never fixed the problem in my 2023 tesla. The window bulges out and allows air to pull in by the door piller. This place is a waste of time. It's very frustrating to have wasted an entire day to get out to the service center just to have no effort to fix my car and infact made it significantly worse. Driving home 3 hours and it sounds like my window is wide open when it's closed. Beyond frustrating to say the least.

Difficult to drive to and from but organized and clean. No paperwork. Two sentences with service advisor everything was done in the app or SMS. The tire was $50 more than elsewhere.

Fantastic experience here getting my car worked on. They fixed all the issues I was having, and gave me rideshare credits for getting around while my car was in the shop. It was done ahead of schedule and super easy to pick the car up at the end of the day. I'll be back with any future problems.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Five star service! I had to go to the Watertown service center without making an appointment because I couldn t wait for a week as planned in the Mobile app. The car was giving warnings of not starting the next trip. I decided to take a risk and drove to Watertown. It stopped working completely just a few yards to the entrance of the service center.Jorge, one of the technicians, happened to walk by, he took away the cones blocking the entrance, and drove the car in for me. Justin, one of the service representatives, took the car in without an appointment and gave me a loaner car. The car was repaired a day ahead of schedule. I really appreciate their help as I am going to have an urgent medical procedure. It s such a relief! They went above and beyond to help me!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Electrical, Wheel alignment

Each time I went there I had to find a person to help as no one is at the counter. Then the estimated wait of a few hours turned into three days and two days. I have had it in to them for a door handle three times. Each time I get the car back it's loaded with grease and dirty from the shop. If they spent five minutes vacuuming and washing the car they'd recognize the food they left in the car while working on it. Tesla service is horrible.Service: Electrical repair

Just visited this service center yesterday to address a coolant leak from a punctured radiator. My service advisor, Justin, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. He kept me updated throughout the day and went above and beyond to answer my concerns. After leaving the service center, I thought coolant was still leaking so I called the service center, quickly got through and they immediately took my car back in. Justin and the tech were able to easily explain that residual coolant from the leak was just leaking out and it was not coming from the cooling system. I felt like Justin and the tech took my concerns seriously and did everything to put my concerns to rest. I am very satisfied with my experience here and this is now my preferred service center.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I recently became a Tesla owner for the first time, and upon delivery, I had noticed a few imperfections, specifically : wind noise on the driver side window; spots of glue on the small windows near the mirror, and the rubber seal around falcon doors which needed to be replaced.After scheduling the appointment on the Tesla app, with about a month wait time, I explained to the representative at the Watertown location, that the issues were present upon delivery. In short, I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me, and told me that ALL of the repairs will be free of charge, due to a combination of warranty, and goodwill service. I really appreciate that.I dropped off my Model X at the scheduled date/time, and within 3 minutes I was given another Tesla Model X, as a loaner. This was very nice, as I did not expect the loaner to be of the same class, and I enjoyed driving it, and seeing how different it feels to have a white interior, instead of Black seats which my car has.They replaced the rubber seals around falcon doors, cleaned the glue from the windows, and adjusted the seal around the mirror, which minimized the wind noise. I got an update that my car was ready for pickup the next day, and when I arrived, there still remained a squeak noise coming from back tires when accelerating. Not a big deal, but annoying after a while. When I brought it up, the guys were very attentive, and helpful. They decided to get the car into the shop one more time, and within 15 minutes, the squeak was resolved, by applying lubricant to something in the rear axle.I felt really good driving home feeling like my Tesla is now perfect. I recommend this location, for their superb service!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Imposible to reach someone on the phone. Shifting estimates for problems. Simple fixes are expensive, new problems come up after service visits. While I am a fan of Tesla overall, I have hated Tesla service from the moment i bought the car. The SLC center is particularly bad, and has a monopoly on the area.

This place was a zoo. Their facility is wayyy too small for its foot traffic. Time to step up Tesla. As the old adage goes - "you gotta pay to play"

The staff here are super friendly and organized. Was able to get in for service quickly and pick up car on time. Although the first time the technician didn t fix all my problems but they were willing to do it right after I pointed out the issue.Morning tends to be a bit busier than afternoon.

The folks here do a great job, and are professional and courteous. The service work performed was well done. As of this writing (Early 2019), they are still a little disorganized and working hard to scale up to meet their rapid growth, but they are doing well, given those challenges.They did give me a loaner car from used inventory, and they even drove my car back up to New Hampshire and retrieved the loaner, so I didn't have to drive all the way back down to Mass.

Had an appointment for a dress fracture in the rear window. Pulled in, was immediately greeted and pointed inside to check in. I was told to expect two and a half hours, decided I could wait. In less than hour the replacement was done, as well as a couple small factory recalls.Great staff and great work.

I stopped by without an appointment because all of a sudden the driver side window stuck down and won t come up. I drove 10 miles in with the window open when it was about 5 degrees. They took the car right in and really did their best to accommodate me. The staff I meet are super nice and very knowledgeable. I picked the car the following day and it was good to go. Thanks guys for your great attitude and accommodation.

Service is slow, lady at the desk was pleasant but the delight ends there. A gentleman, (I am giving him a compliment by calling him this) abruptly interrupted my friend and I mid-conversation. He told us to use different language because they had other customers. There was 3 other employees in the waiting room and one customer sitting down. We were speaking in a tone of about a 3 out of 10 on the volume scale. Yes we were swearing, this is a dealership located within 10 miles of the middle of Boston. We swear in Boston. We are adults. This is America, and freedom of speech is a right that has been earned in blood by my forefathers. Not a great experience. Not to mention it took them 4 hours to adjust a headlight, fix a trunk latch, and do a software update. Did not feel welcome, did feel offended, and did feel like never going back.

Flat tire service - I pulled over immediately and called for a loaner tire. They claimed the tire could not be fixed as it had been driven on too long when flat & charged me $367 for a new tire.

Always timely service, advisors take time to answer any questions and solve any issues that arise. I haven't needed it, but I have been present when an advisor will go out to a customer's car to help with a software or key-related issue instead of just giving verbal instructions and leaving the customer to figure it out themselves.

Car has a steering issue arrise and the staff took longer than I expected to fix my car, but when I asked about why, they were very forthcoming. Illness with their staff had slowed down their turn around time. Normally fast service and friendly interactions. I've been an owner of a Model S since 2014. Best customer service I've ever received.

The best around. I have had a few minor issues and popped in with no appointment. They always squeeze me in, are friendly, quick, and go above and beyond. A night and day experience compared to the terrible Peabody location. Andrew at the front is great.

Flat tire. Took four days to get car back. Never offered a loaner. Only brought in car to change tire when we arrived. Tow truck was not an issue although they promised to call but called wrong number. Location is terrible.

I have a Tesla Model 3 and have used this Center for all my service - which I must say has been exceedingly rare compared to my experiences with gasoline cars.
