A store well-worth making a trip to for parts, tools, and knowledge. This is the store to visit, and is one of the last vestiges of a true automotive parts store.

I came in with my mother just now to get her car new windshield wipers. As we were struggling to take them off an employee, John, came right out of the store to help us take them off! Within 5 minutes he found us new ones (at our price point) and installed them for us! I haven t had such a great customer experience in months. Thank you John you were so kind.

Very helpful and fun staff to interact with.They managed to find a battery order from two years ago and refunded my deposit when I returned the old battery without making any fuss.

Nicest guys ever. I actually had a gruff experience at the AutoZone down the street and the associate literally sent me here. Glad I came! Next time will be my first stop. All of the associates seemed eager to help, were super friendly, walking around whistling and just seemed genuinely happy to be there. They helped us with the battery, installed it quickly, were very informative and knew what they were doing. Tipped the gentleman $5 for helping and he was excited for a free iced coffee! Really made my morning. Back on the road by 9am.

Ordered alternator at another O'Reilly's location for pick up as their computer system showed that there was one in stock, when I showed up they told me they didn't actually have it. So we call this location and asked for employee to do a physical part check to confirm part was in stock. Employee refused with no reason other than being lazy.

Came in for a battery test and (as a result) to get the battery replaced. The staff are experts and the service is incredible. Highly recommend coming out to this store if you're in Boston, even if it's not the closest one to you.

I recently shopped here for the first time to get car detailing products and tools. Staff was incredibly helpful and they provided a great assistance. There was this lady whose name I forgot to ask which helped me to find the exact products I was looking for. I ve never seen any auto parts store before with this much of polite and patient customer service, well-done!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a headlight out and the manager was able to replace it on the spot for me. My car is old and puts up a challenge but he was able to get it taken care of. Overall a great visit and great place.

Recently, I bought a can of compression restorer on the off-chance it would work. It didn't, but because of the guarantee on the can, they gave me a refund. The gentleman at the counter worked very hard to make that happen. I value that.

O'Reilly has been my go-to place for years now. Always friendly and helpful, and they almost always have what I need right there. Peter and Marco are especially helpful. Excellent value, too!

Usually dont leave bad reviews but recently purchased two rear shocks for my Saab from O Reilly and the shocks quality looked kinda cheap. My mechanic was using a small air wrench and the bolt on the shock snapped! Really poor quality of the part and never seen this happen on any of my previously owned vehicles! The shop wouldn t take a return and now I have one new and one old rear shocks:)! I think that poor quality parts should be replaced and not on the customer cost! Just putting this out there that I shop from other chain stores and never had issue replacing parts if needed.First and last purchase from this particular store!

placed an online order and paid for it. went to pick it up and parts were missing. had to wait a couple days to get them in. first and last time going there. Autozone is the way to go.

Very helpful! I came in with a small list of items to replace and I was greeted almost immediately. The salesperson helped me find all my parts (wipers and filters) and also went over and above to help put them on and in my car! This will be my go-to store for auto parts and extremely nice and helpful service!

Came to this shop because it had great reviews regarding getting repairs done. Left extremely disappointed. I am giving this shop 2-stars because my experience was predicated on a single worker and not all of those at this shop.I brought my car in because it was making a strange sound and I feared something important needed to be looked at. I ended up being taken care of by the manager. He took a good look at my car and after a little bit of time determined that I would need a replacement car part that would cost $1,000-$2,000. He offered to show me what was taking place in the shop with my car. Once we arrived to my car, he pointed out a tremendous amount of fluid underneath my car - a pool of liquid. He indicated that it was a mix of coolant and oil. He stated my car was unable to retain any of these liquids and that is why the parts would be so expensive. I received a quote from him and then asked if my car was safe enough to drive home. He told me it would be important to bring the car back the next day as the situation was dire.The next day I took off work and drove it to my trusted auto shop. I provided them with the quote from the manager at O'Reilly's. The shop staff was stunned and informed me that I was either being scammed or the manager did not know what he was talking about. The fluid container had clearly been overfilled and the resulting pool of liquid was likely a result of the overfilling or an unsteady hand. I ended up needing a small repair and the total for the entire work was $36.I believe that there are quality and trustworthy/skilled workers at O'Reilly's. However, I wanted to share this experience as others may end up falling victim to the incompetence/scam that I encountered.
