I can't say enough good things about Jose. Been using him for more than 12 years ('96 GTI, '74 TR6, '04 A6, '11 Mini). Very honest, fair prices, quick service. Some of the things he repaired others failed to do, and with the old beat-up Golf we were always able to figure out what's reasonable to repair to keep the cost in check.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This guys is a complete hack. My timing chain went and I asked him multiple times if he could handle it because I knew it was a hard job. He said he has done it hundreds of times and would be fine. I asked him to inform me of any additional repairs and ask permission before proceeding. After 3 weeks I got it back when it was only supposed to be a week and he claimed the alternator by chance failed even though it worked before he touched my car. He replaced it charging extra $400 without my permission or showing me the failed part when asked. Separate from the extra $400 for the alternator his final bill was significantly higher than the quoted price. A week later the timing chain that he just installed broke...I took it to the dealer after he said he wouldn't fix it for free. They said broken bolts were everywhere on my engine and he left them in and snapped off. He made a comment about almost having to change out my AC compressor but getting it to work when I picked up the vehicle...a year later I now know what he meant. He snapped off two out of 3 of the bolts going into the engine, didn't drill and tap them like he should've to repair it properly but felt fine giving me the vehicle back to get it out the door. After the timing chain repair failed I found out from my brother in law that he had the same experience a few years earlier, called him a hack as well.Service: Engine repair

Don't waste your time, and money here. The manager is very disrespect, dishonest with his work. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing. This place seem to be only one person working here " the manager Jorge". He has horrible customer service, he would rip you off completely here. You have to wait a long to get your car done, and his price is to high than anywhere else in watertown. He doesn't have ASE, every company has a ASE certification front of the building, to insure us this company place safe honest, and have knowledge as a mechanic. This place isn't organized.

This shop is the only place I would consider taking my two Honda vehicles, both 9+ years old. Jose is honest, fast and very reasonablely priced. He has always treated me fairly in the 15 years I have been taking my cars there.

The best auto mechanics around. They know what they are doing no b.s. hidden costs. Love Jose and his guys are great! Won't go to anyone else..
