Just test drove my first ever Lexus. The Lexus RX 500H F Sport was a dream to drive. Micheal Lim was pleasant and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time talking the Specs of the vehicle with Micheal. Head down to Lexus of Watertown and check out their great vehicles and sales rep Mike. Thank you.

Purchased a 23 Lexus from Watertown back in December. My sale was out of state and Kevin Silva couldn t make the process any easier. Transparency and communication were very professional. When my tags arrived from NJ. I flew out to Boston and was picked up by a nice gentleman named William.Arrived at the dealership and everything was ready to go for my return trip back to NJ. I had given some detailed instructions on how I wanted my vehicle prepared. It was done precisely to my specifications. The service and deal I experienced here was better than any Lexus dealer I ve done business with previously. Thank you again to Kevin Silva, Jose Carrasquillo, and William.

We had an amazing experience with Abdel Dehbi at Lexus of Watertown. We drove an hour to this dealership instead of one closer to our home - multiple friends recommended Lexus of Watertown! Abdel was such a huge help in selecting our RX 500h - we love the car! Can not say enough good things - was definitely a great experience!

I bought my very first Lexus vehicle here just the other day, and the experience could not have been any more perfect. I had a great sales associate to work with named Thiago, and he took excellent care of everything I needed the process was quick, efficient, friendly, and memorable. He even followed up several times with me over the next few days to ensure all was well with the GX460 I bought. I also worked with George in the business office, and George was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and was eager to work hard to find me the best rate and look out for my interests.I intend to continue doing all my automotive business with Lexus of Watertown. Reyna was amazing and helped my mom get into a car! We got a fair appraisal and a great buy with our certified pre-owned lexus! Definitely recommend her especially if you need assistance in Spanish she s great in both languages

I went in for a service about a week ago. Their waiting room/lobby is very neat and speaks luxury...Lexus.Also, ask for Herb anytime you stop by the pre-owned showroom to get a car. He was my first contact the first time I visited Lexus of Watertown, and he was very cordial and supportive during our transaction....great guy

Had a great experience here purchasing a used vehicle for my wife a few weeks ago. Son Le was great. He was very patient showing us lots of vehicles and answering our questions, and just generally made us feel very comfortable. Catherine was equally amazing, helping us through the finance process and making everything very easy. She was a joy to work with. I am very grateful to both of them for an excellent experience.

After owning and leasing the Lexus ES for almost 30 years, it was time for another. After researching the colors and trims available at nearby dealerships, Lexus of Watertown had the best selection. I was contacted by a gentleman in BD and made an appointment to look at cars. I was met by Kevin Silva who was both personable and professional to myself and my wife. Kevin asked the right questions in order to know our specific situation and needs. He brought us 2 vehicles and was very knowledgeable of his product as he explained the new features from the ES we currently owned. We were ready to buy and Kevin worked hard to make the deal happen. We picked the car up yesterday and are thrilled with our purchase. Kevin represented us well with his management and ultimately earned our business. This was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown.

I walked into Lexus of Watertown, in search of an affordable car, after an unfortunate experience (totaled my car). When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Reyna, whom was very welcoming. I discussed my budget, and what I was looking for however, I didn t get neither, not what I wanted nor my budget. In fact, I ended up getting approved for a much nicer car and BELOW my fixed budget! Thanks to Reyna s patience and level of knowledge.

Wonderful experience today at Lexus in Watertown. I was blown away by the hospitality and service. Claudia was amazing and kind and gave me a coupon to get my nails done. My nails look amazing! What a great service while I wait for my car. The car service was quick and efficient and they washed my car. Overall, I am so thankful to this dealership for treating me so well. I will return and tell others about my great experience. Thank you!

Just gotta give a huge shoutout to Ussa at Lexus for my first Lexus NX450h+! The dude knows his stuff inside out and made the whole buying process a breeze. This is the 3rd Lexus vehicle that I purchased from Lexus of Watertown. Kevin Silva, the sales professional, helped me made a great deal on the latest 2025 UX300h hybrid. He is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. The entire transaction was very smooth and pleasure. I lived in the New Hampshire border near Massachusetts. He deviled my Lexus to NH on-time as promised , helped me completed the NH registration paperwork. If you have a choice, please ask for Leon Barnes and work with him to purchase your Lexus. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with him to purchase an RX. Leon has a tremendous amount of patience with answering your questions - no matter how basic or complex, is extremely friendly, and above all, does what is necessary to make you feel comfortable with the purchasing process and decision. We had an amazing experience with Kevin Silva at Lexus of Watertown. We purchased a preowned car for our daughter. The purchase was a surprise-her very first car and Kevin went above and beyond. I have purchased two vehicles from Lexus of Watertown and both experiences have been amazing from start to finish! For both transactions I worked with Phil and I cannot recommend him enough. Initially I went to a dealer closer to my home but my expectations were not met there. Fortunately Phil was able to save the day and I am SO happy with my 2024 Lexus NX350! Go see Phil!

Just bought a 2024 Lexus RX350h. The sales representative that helped us with the purchase was Cristofer Green. Cris is highly professional and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and fast, and then took his time to walk us through the features of the new car and how to use them.Catherine Rogers was the finance person that made the whole buying experience on the finance side simple and also professional.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Lexus of Watertown staff and would highly recommend this dealership.

I am the happy owner of a new (snazzy blue) Lexus and Kevin Silva was instrumental in making this happen. Kevin is a friendly, cool and no pressure salesperson. He made the process from test drive to purchase very easy. I know that Kevin had my best interests in mind. After I purchased the car, Kevin did all the work to prep, register and get plates for the car. All I had to do was pick up the car and drive it home. I highly recommend Kevin and Lexus Watertown!

I had been here before window shopping but this time it was the real deal. Purchased a car from Kevin Silva and Rocco and they put together a great deal on my trade and new car. Kevin is a friendly, relatable person who understands customer's needs and is efficient. All of the dealership staff goes above and beyond to make your car buying experience that much nicer. Finance wasn't pushy either. Service is friendly as well. Would highly recommend coming here for the best selection of Lexus in the Boston area and also just a great experience.

I just purchased a 2021 RX from with the help of Son Le who had to endure consecutive weekends of me driving multiple cars each time. He couldn't have been more friendly and patient. We had purchased a 2017 RX a few years ago and had good experience so I decided to return and was glad I did. Staff and management are courteous and friendly. There was no pressure at all. I think I got a fair price for my trade and a good deal on my new purchase. George in the business office is a pleasure to work with as well and his wife is stunning! Thank you for making this process much easier than anticipated. We'll be back.

I have gone to a couple dealerships to get pricing on the Lexus TX. I can't say enough about the excellent service Emile provided at the Watertown MA location. He made the whole experience stress free, smooth and also had the best price. I would highly recommend seeing Emile Salem directly the next time you purchase a vehicle.

We bought a certified, pre-owned Lexus NX 300 Hybrid and had the best experience ever. Our salesperson, Barbara Goodman, was patient and knowledgeable and made our car buying experience very smooth and stress-free. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and information about the car we were interested in. She continuously followed up after our purchase to be sure everything was going well with the car. I would also like to recognize Brian, the manager of the certified pre-owned dealership. He has gone out of his way to make sure all loose ends were taken care of. I highly recommend Barbara Goodman, Brian, and the Lexus of Watertown dealership.
