The quality of work and team at Coach & Carriage are top notch.My Rav4 required fairly extensive body work after a deer incident on 93N it looks pristine after C&C s repairs. The team noted that my car was fairly new (<10k miles) and worked with my insurance company to use all factory parts. They were also very patient and communicative while my insurance company dragged its feet reviewing estimates (boo USAA).I m so appreciative of their advocacy and the excellent communication from Lauren (and others) throughout the process.

I've had a very pleasant and successful repair job done by Coach and Carriage of Watertown. Their estimate was accurate and affordable, their progress updates were timely and helpful, and their personnel were friendly and very professional. These were out-of-pocket repairs, and I feel very confident to bring any future work back here.

Great experience with Coach and Carriage. My EV was rear ended and the team at C&C were excellent. Lauren and Aubrey were responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process. 10/10! Coach and Carriage will be my go to auto body shop and the shop I recommend to my family and friends

The team at Coach and Carriage did a great job on my Toyota. They were flexible with the pickup and drop off which helped fit into my schedule. Coach & Carriage are a very reputable and professional shop. I went to them with a very complicated situation and they were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Unfortunately my vehicle was deemed a total loss because it was damaged so badly by the previous shop that did work on it but this group of gentlemen were great & very honest. I hope that I'll never need body work in the future but if I do I would absolutely go here. They know what they're doing & do things the right way...no cutting corners. I would highly recommend them. I encountered many happy customers while there. I see why they've been in business for years. Thanks for your help Coach & Carriage.

Overall, did ok. Office guys seem fairly nice. Painted over some of the black factory body sealant which makes it obvious that work was done instead of masking it off, inside of my car was really dirty despite the repair being minor exterior work not requiring the car to be opened at all...looks like someone took my car for a drive because driver seat and all mirrors were moved way off from where I had them, and i dropped it off with about 60+ less miles than when I picked up and my work would not have required any form of test driving whatsoever so why was my car driven so much? My car cleaned up fine thankfully but I strongly think someone drive it, other than moving it around the shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been going to coach and carriage (Watertown) for 4 years now. I was referred by a friend in 2018. They are always really nice and respectful and get work done on time. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company and they would call me every day to update me and guide me. I trust them to make good decisions and to look out for me. They will always have my business while I still live in Mass.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've gone to Coach & Carriage for multiple repairs and have been really happy with the results. Work was all completed on time and within cist estimate. Good communication throughout the process. They coordinated with my insurance company and all went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I can t recommend coach and carriage enough! As much as I try I haven t had the best luck with minor fender benders! Each time I ve gone to coach and carriage they are amazing ! Cody was able to really break down what I needed, how long it would take approximately to finish, and was super up front and honest with my options! The final product is always perfect!!! For any and all your car needs coach and carriage is the place to go!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Coach and Carriage Auto body shop twice in the last two years and I am SO glad I did! Cody was super quick to respond and always kept me in the loop for what was happening.The first time I brought my car I was in a bad accident and Cody worked diligently to make sure everything was taken care of. Unfortunately the car was deemed a total loss however Cody helped me navigate the total loss process with my insurance company. The second time I had to bring my car in due to a run in with a deer. This was during the height of the pandemic and the supply shortage that affected the car dealerships. Coach and Carriage worked quickly and effectively to get the parts they needed and safety put my car back together in record time.Hopefully my bad luck with accidents are over but if it does happen again i KNOW i'll be bringing my car back to Coach and Carriage.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Great service, very professional and the one you can trust. I wasn't sure who should I trust when it comes to repairing my car but I chose coach and carriage by recommendations and now I know I made the right choice. These guys are nice and professional. My wife recently did her Audi Q6 with damage to the rear end. Coach & Carriage Auto Body shop was beyond professional to help her out. Their work was fantastic. I was beyond satisfied. Best shop in the area. I recently had damage to my Mercedes and will be going there to fix it. I live in Needham but prefer them due to their exceptional work.

Top notch auto repair shop! My car needed two new doors and the repairs were done in one week. The manager Cody keeps you well informed and is always available for info. Highly recommended auto body shop!!!

They helped replacing my back bumper after a car accident. Very professional and efficient work. Since it s the first time I ve been through the auto body repair after a car accident, I really appreciate that they helped me go through the communication with the insurance company and arrange for the rental car pickup, making my whole experience seamless. As a body work expected to finish in one week, they even managed to complete the job earlier! Would recommend 100%

Took my car in after another driver hit my car when getting out of a parking spot behind me. Lauren from Coach & Carriage called my insurance company to help me figure out what would be covered, and offered to set up my rental for the duration of time that my car would be in the shop. And when the rental didn't arrive as expected when I was going to drop off my car, Cody from Coach & Carriage offered to come with me to the rental place and drive my car back to the body shop. The work they did on my car was wonderful, you couldn't tell anything had happened to it, and are a lovely little business to work with, to top if off. With the timing of it all happening around the holidays, they still managed to keep me informed and get my car back to me as soon as they could. Thank you, Coach & Carriage!Service: Body & Trim

Today, 1/15/21 I got my car back from Coach and Carriage and it is sparking like new.The front bumper was in need of replacement and what a fine job they did. I expect that from them and no let down here! All clean, in and out, and my 2013 Avalon was like day I bought it.But perhaps, what I wanted most to say, I was treated so well by the people there, front the front desk service to the auto body guys.Of course what I am saying is, when there is a need, see them pronto. Ifthere ever is a let down, post it here.I doubt I will ever see that!Service: Body & Trim

My car was rear-ended, with damages resulting to just under $9K. Joe was very helpful in helping me stay calm during this stressful period, by communicating with driver who was at-fault and sorting everything out with the other driver's insurance company and the representative who came in to assess the damages. When the other driver's insurance company contacted me, the process was quick and easy. Once repairs started, Joe was great at keeping me informed with the status of the car. When my car was ready to be picked up and I was out of town, they were very flexible in allowing me to pick up the car almost a week later. When I picked up the car, it was in great condition! Not only did they carefully repair the damages, but they cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car. I would highly recommend working with this body shop!

My brand new 2015 vehicle was rear-ended on the highway with close to $20K worth of damages. I have chosen Coach & Carriage to repair our vehicles. Joe was my contact and have explained to me the process thoroughly as it could be really stressful dealing with insurance. He tries to make things easy for us and he is very responsive and keep me posted with the repair progress. I have broken my leg right before the vehicle is ready for pickup. Joe had kindly offered to deliver the repaired vehicle to my home. This is real customer service! I found a few minor issues with the vehicle and Joe immediately took care of it and arranged a rental vehicle for my husband. I will strongly recommend this company for others if you are looking for a repair shop. The team is very professional and try very hard to make the process stress free. Thank you, Joe & Team.

Two stars for their responsiveness and promptness. Took 3 off for:1. Not checking my coolant levels when I came to collect my car. Had I not checked my trunk and found two coolant bottles, they would ve missed doing this critical step and I would ve heated my engine.2. Not checking if my A/C was working- it s a no brainer that when you replace condenser and Freon, you make sure there isn t leak and A/C works like before. They missed doing this and had to take my car all the way to Watertown, and ended up losing half my work day. Not sure why they can t have someone collect the car, fix it and drop it off when it s clearly something they missed to perform.3. So much for Car EZ program that s supposed to guarantee quality service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

The guys here are so nice! As a girl in her early 20 s, I usually feel like the people working on my car are squeezing as much money out of me as possible. That was not the case here! They took the time to walk me through the repairs on my car and gave me a quote that was $300 less than other places. They have won my business in the future!
