Flatted in front of this place and they couldn t have been more helpful. Found a matching tire, distributor sent the wrong one, owner drove 45 minutes to get the correct one so I could make kid pick up. Very helpful and reasonable prices.

Staff and service are really great! They do their best to save you money but do what's right for your cars maintenance and safety.Always fix my car very quickly when it has issues and prices are very fair. Inspection is easy and they do a great job getting through all the cars that need inspection.

BAC deserves 5+ rating! Excellent service and very reasonable repair costs. If you don t want to be lied to and stolen from and car fixed properly, make this your first stop! They are a rare breed; honesty and experience sets them apart from most shops out there! They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Victor is truly the best owner in the business!!! Victor and his crew did a great job fixing my car for pretty reasonable price. Helped me fix an issue I ve been having with a vibration and loud sound in the car that turned out to be a hub/bearing repair. The car is running smoothly and I will definitely be coming back if I need any more repairs done!

Staff is always nice and I think the prices are fair. I ve always had good experiences, but the last two times my husband brought his car to them, they didn t fox the issue and he had to bring the car back.

I've been taking my cars here almost ten years now and have been happy with their work. They are professional, happy to explain any issue with the car and give good advice, and are very honest. If you live in the area my advice is to come here for everything, even oil changes and inspections, and let them help you make the right decisions to take care of your vehicle for the long haul. They won't steer you wrong lol.

I have been going to the Belmont Auto for last 10 years and they are the best in the business here in Greater Boston area. I trust the team more than the dealer. After the servicing, I feel the car is new and it drives like a new car.For the team, no job is small and Victor is very reasonable and good at documentation and sending you pictures of what he is fixing.Victor has done road side service for me for number of times and he is always happy to do so.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great guys! I came in needing a new drive shaft and they also replaced 2 axles for little to no labor. Very kind of them. They are also always quick getting your car back to you. Much better than the dealer.

I took my car to this establishment for an oil change and to do a quick check on the A/C. The total was going to be $130 for the A/C check and $25 for the oil change. I asked the mechanic to call me when he was done with the AC check and he assured me it would be before end of day. It was 11 am when I left the car. The mechanic didn't call me and so I called around 5 pm and he quickly rambled something about how it's an electrical issue and he had to spend time taking apart my car to find it was an electrical issue. That a part is coming in tomorrow and the cost will be over $300. I was confused because I did not ask them to diagnose further than the basic check we agreed to. I certainly did not authorize a part to be ordered either. He said he would call me the next day at 10 am and he quickly got off the phone. The next day he didn't call me at 10 am like he said. I called again and was given more run around that electric issues take time. I was given a promise on his "word" that he would call me before 4 pm. He never called.I am three days without a call and on the 4th day I called bright and early. They still had not figured out what was wrong with my car and said that it would take more time, maybe tomorrow. By then I had it with the poor communication. I politely relayed to them that if they could not fix the AC that since it was not essential it would probably be best if they put my car back together and I would pay them our agreed price and be on my way. They asked me to give them until noon to diagnose the issue and they called at 12:20 pm to let me know it was the CCRM and that it would be difficult to locate the part. Since they didn't have the part they let me know I could pick up the car after 2 pm.I went to pick up my car and there was a large, deep, gash on my passenger side door. It was extremely visible and I noticed it right away. I inspected it and it was so deep it went right past the primer and I could see scratches into the bare metal. I was really rightfully upset. I went in and spoke with Victor who looked at the gash, spoke with his mechanics, and basically said he could use touch up paint on it for me. I found that unacceptable because the damage was so deep. It wasn't a small chip, and it was highly visible and would affect the value of my car. After an exchange he didn't charge me for anything and reminded me that usually they charge per hour and since they did diagnosis for 7 hours his fee really should have been $700 in labor. Now my car has visible damage.

Scammers! Brought in my car to get it serviced. They diagnosed and estimated over $900 of repairs to be done of which half was work. Light comes back on the day I get back the car. They give me another estimate for $1500 of which about $500 was again work. I do not know how they stay in business, using no brains and just swapping parts until they get it right, meanwhile charging for putting together the same pieces. Intelligent mechanics fix it once.

stay away from them scammers. I fixed exhaust pipe there. initial quote was already higher than peers. but I didn't want to spend time and drive to a different place. big mistake! The guy then made up some ridiculous reason and charged more. The total was almost double the market repair cost. They did not even want to put the exhaust cap on, telling me 'that is not important, only cosmetic. you are costing us extra labor.'

Not entirely friendly on the phone, but the service was great for getting my car tested for MA certification. The gas prices for cash were great, but it is unfortunate that self-service was not an option.

Came here for an inspection. They had me wait outside for 30 minutes while they sat around eating lunch. Went elsewhere and got the inspection completed in minutes.

I have three trucks .and I been buying Diesel for last three months the price was same for cash or credit cards and always same price which is cheapest in Watertown $ 2.399
