Got a fantastic deal on a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with a awesome price. Mike , Jeff and Pam were great with any questions i had and it was detailed and super clean. I would recommend them to anybody who wants a great deal. friendly , fantastic service department, so go there!, im very pleased

Mike, Jeff, and Pam were a pleasure to work with. I was a first time buyer and they made everything very easy for me. They took the time to explain things for me and they made sure to let me know there was no rush in making a decision. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and I know that should I have any questions or issues in the future, they will ensure that I have a wonderful experience.

I had talked to both Spencer brothers when I had the transmission in my wife's van repaired. Both were very pleasant. They did the repair that was needed, for a lot less then transmission shops were estimating it would cost. Great place to go.

I am fairly new to the area (new enough to have not needed work done to my car until just recently). I had gone to a dealership in a different area for a quote on what was needed for my 2014 Durango RT.... not one to spend a significant amount of money without researching, I decided to stop in to Spencer's. They did not try to over sell me and in fact told me that I didn't have to do all of the work right away that I walked in requesting a quote for (when they could have easily sold me on it). In addition, their pricing was very competitive with the other quote I had received. The people I dealt directly with (I'm horrible with names), were very nice and personable and the whole process was easy from drop off to pick up. Working with people who are honest, trustworthy & who don't try to take advantage or deceive is very important to me. I'm happy that I stopped in at Spencer's and will definitely be back.

The best and most trustworthy car service (and sales) center I've ever patronized, hands down. Beyond their trustworthiness, they are genuinely friendly, clearly expertly knowledgable and skilled, and extremely fair. Please support stellar local, family-owned businesses like Spencer's Chrysler over large chains. And, they service all vehicles--whether or not they are Chryslers!

My car was running when I brought it in for service, they cost a small fortune and didn t resolve my problem and now the car doesn t run either. They made no real effort to make sure it s fixed, in fact they made the problem worse but they re happy to swipe your debit card for you

they're good people not your usual car dealership will not you feel like you need to shower after you leave . the service is excellent very highly recommend.
