Was really looking forward to making a deal with Robertsons as they have such a great rep and talk it up a lot even when you are there. The salesman we worked with gave us an option of buy it at this price listed & this is all we re giving for your trade (which was the LOWEST I ve ever been offered plus put me overhead to give them even more money because they valued it for less than what I owe) or basically go away. Felt rushed out because they were about to close. Didn t give me any time to even speak on a negotiation for a vehicle they ve had sitting on their lot for almost 6 months with a car fax with an accident, rental use PLUS high mileage. If you re looking for a good deal, it s not here.

I came down to buy a GMC Sierra truck. Our salesperson Cam was great. He made me feel very welcome and gave me a good deal. They were even nice nice enough to deliver my truck. I highly recommend Robertsons.

Simply the best! Josh and the whole staff at Robertsons treats their customers like family! I ordered this truck 12 weeks ago and he kept me updated constantly throughout the process. Fair pricing on the new one, excellent value on my trade and they even accommodated my crazy schedule the day of delivery! I cant recommend these guys enough!

Very professional staff with no pressure. Very painless purchase process. We had a very small mechanical problem with a newly purchased car. The guys took care of it immediately and actually moved a vehicle that was being worked on at that time. Fix was done quickly and accurately and off we went.We wish this dealership was closer to our home as we use them again for sure!

Robertson's was fantastic at answering my questions, placing my order, being patient with my auto insurance agency when I was trying to pick up my truck, and showing me the ropes before I drove off with my wonderful new Sierra! Evan Sylvia was my salesman and Jim Timilty placed the order as the sales manager. It was a fun, easy, smooth process and I love how personable they were, and that they did not use sleezy tactics like some other dealerships tried with me. I definitely will recommend Robertson's! Thank you; I'm really enjoying my new truck!I took my truck in for some GMC accessories to be installed, and previously had a tire valve changed out for being faulty, and both times the service department was above top-notch, friendly, competent, and they show interest in all their customers. The waiting room is also clean, comfortable, and has nice amenities. I highly recommend their service department!

I Brought my car in for a noise and Gasoline smell. I was told I had a Manifold issue and an issue with my Sway Bar. Although it was a week...Everything was fixed. They worked with my Extended Warranty, was able to take the car, and only had to pay co-pay. awesome Job! car is great!

Great service for auto repair. I switched dealerships 2 years ago as I lost confidence in the dealer where I purchased my GMC Sierra. They have a difficult time making a diagnosis. When you hear we couldn t duplicate the problem you describe enough times, it s time to move on. Robertson has always been able to diagnose and correct the problem. They ve even found problems that I was unaware of before the warranty expired. And they even offer me a loaner. That s why I m willing to drive 43 miles to have my truck serviced. Looking forward to buying my next truck from Robertson GMC.

I ordered a 3500 ultimate denali. The Truck came in earlier than expected. Other dealers would have taken twice as long. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Robertsons GMC.

It was a pleasure doing business with Robinson s GMAC. I did business with the owner, Ali Robinson, as well as her assistant iCam. Both Cam and Ali represent the company in great fashion always calling me back promptly meeting me promptly getting the truck I wanted to the lot promptly and delivered as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Robinson s GMAC to anybody and give them a 10 out of 10 rating.

Loved the service department. Making a scheduled car drop off appointment was easy. Arriving at 7am the customer service was so pleasant. Kept me informed every step of the way and very patient with my million questions. I came from Ptown and passed two GMC dealers knowingly due to the easiness and professionalism this location has. Big shout out to Matthew who I had the most contact with. Please give that man a raise!

I made the appointment two weeks before the date. I was told to have the vehicle in by 8:00 AM to be able to get a loaner vehicle. At 2:00 PM I receive a call from the Service Dept that the vehicle had not been looked at yet due to backed up work from the day before. I needed the vehicle to go out of town the next day and I could not use the loaner because my travel was out of state. At 5:00 PM I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick-up but that the one item I needed looked at (rear hatch window pistons rusting) was not taken care of. I pass a Chevy dealer and a GMC dealer much closer to my home to use Robertsons GMC Truck Service Dept. If I am to continue this loyalty and continue to recommend Robertsons I need to have better customer service.

It was my first time and i had a great experience. I have always had my vehicles serviced at dealers and usually have to decline additional services they are trying to push on me. I believe it was Jimmy who helped me at the service desk and said didn't need anything else. Told me at my next appointment they would perform a few additional services. A little bit of a ride for me, but I will be back!

I actually live in Florida but I m from Massachusetts I went to a dealer here in Florida and was terribly disappointed. A friend from back home said - we know someone let me talk to them. They put us both in contact and I purchased a new vehicle over the phone and paid to have it shipped here. Everyone at Robertson s from the sales rep, to the finance department, to the actual owner was amazing. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them!

Recently bought an F150 from Robertsons for a great price. Definitely the best dealership I have ever been to by far. Honest, friendly staff all around and Cam my salesman was awesome. My truck had a check engine light on when purchased but they took care of the repair and even picked up and dropped of a loaner truck so I could still pull my trailer for work. I cannot recommend Roberton s enough and will be buying all future vehicles from them. Thanks Cam!

Bought a certified pre owned Sierra At4 and had a couple things that bothered me about it, like a clear coat defect on the grill, rear end noise, door miss aligned and door handle needing to be re painted and my service advisor was the nicest service advisor I ve ever had. Not only did y all take care of me you did it without any hassle and gave me update phone calls along the way. I have been very pleased with the service department the few times I ve been there. Unbelievably nice people.
