Just called for a specialized transmission and spoke with Shawn. He was kind and got right on the issue and within 10 minutes it was paid for and in process . AWESOME customer service and easy payment system. No hassles. Great experience

Want to thank Robertsons for their patience and sending me the right part after 2 other places assured me the part would fit but didn't, and one came broken and didn't fit, then tried to charge me to return it. This didn't happen with Robertsons. We are all set, part is perfect, works like it should and everytime I called them, they were incredibly patient, helpful and polite. Wish I knew of them in the first place. Now I do. Thank you!

I needed an engine sub-frame for a 2008 Nissan Maxima and was advised to call Robertson's to see if they could get me a used one. The person who answered the phone was polite and knowledgable. It took less than a minute for him to locate a part for me (in Pennsylvania) that was available. It was a quick interaction and the price was very reasonable. The part arrived in 4 days, which was also a plus. When I went to pick it up, the interaction was also very smooth. The part was ready, the person in the warehouse brought it out and was helpful in loading it onto my vehicle. I very definitely would recommend Robertson's Auto Salvage for anyone who needs a used part.

Easy as pie to get a rear fender for a 2007 Ford Ranger. Believe me finding parts for the never say die Ranger isn't easy but Robertsons made it painless.

Selling 2 vehicles for them to profit off all the new parts. First contact was probably a 5. He actually increased one off by $100, told him I would call back (had to locate titles). When I contacted again I was told his notes didn't indicate the $100 increase, not a big deal. Arranged pick up of both cars for 2 days later. Called by the tow company at 9 am, had to call looking for them at 12pm. Told within the hour, nope! Called again and then told 2 -21/2 hours or 2 days. Told them to forget it and I would call Robertson's, which I did. Surprise! No answer, left a message, no return call then the tow company showed up an hour later while I was on the phone with another company looking to beat their price. In the future, I will definitely go with Weelyz!!

I've bought many of you's Parts through Robertson's I've never had any issues with them. They're very efficient Parts come out clean and nice Got 5 years out of my last electronical part. Very satisfied

Great place to get used parts and they offer a lifetime warranty worth the purchase and piece of mind I now send and get alot of mycustomers parts here. It's a good incentive to pass on to the customer and cover my work . A+#Mobile mechanics

Robertson s Auto Salvage was a pleasure to deal with! They answered the phone when I called, was not sent to voicemail or had to talk to a computer! Very much appreciated. They had the part I was looking for which had been discontinued and for a fare price. Great customer service! I would highly recommend them !

Sean (shawn) was a great help. All went perfect. The girl at the cashier was so nice and friendly. Last time i went to Robertsons was 25 plus years ago why did i wait so long .The guy that gave me my part was busy and nice . So happy.

Robertson stated they had my part. Charged my credit card. Then they refunded my credit card the next day. Assuming they didn't have the part with no explanation. Either text,by phone,text or email

If they have it when you call BUY IT THEN--stock doesn't last long... And if they have it, you won't find a better price. My last purchase was a taillight assembly for a F-150 and it cost $79 ($82 after taxes & fees).
