Recently got towed from the side of the highway by Marc s Auto Shop and I must say it was the best experience I ve had with any other towing company. My tower Adam was kind, helpful, and understanding for the matter I was experiencing. Due to his big heart and patience I was able to get my vehicle towed to a location that got me back on the road same day. So in a way Adam did more than just tow my vehicle, he was the main part in getting my vehicle back on the road same day. It was a 10/10 service I would recommend.

So I must say by far the most reasonable rate that I found for a tow locally!! I called Murphy s towing in West Wareham. They told me $345 for the same exact tow that Marcs Auto Service charged me, $225 for. I highly recommend them. They were fast, reliable, and dependable. They followed my instructions as to where I wanted my car left, where to put my key. Everything about dealing with them was a pleasure especially the price. The tow truck, driver was courteous and very respectful. I highly recommend these gentlemen, if you are looking for a reasonable rate for your next tow!!! Thanks again pleasure doing business !!! I know who to call next time I break down.

I came in during a long trip after my car had stalled and I had just barely gotten it restarted. Everyone here was AMAZING and super helpful! Sean looked at the car (despite how busy they were), diagnosed it, found the necessary part and got it installed within two hours, even toward the end of a summer Saturday morning. On top of that, the price was more than reasonable, and quite frankly, way lower than I expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough, as they are helpful, friendly, thoughtful, reasonable and competent. I was visiting from out of town and discovered something wrong with my car a week before I had to leave. Marc's shop was super busy, but they were able to get me in for an inspection within a couple business days. Even though they weren't able to do the repair at that time due to being booked out, they diagnosed the problem and Marc took some time to chat with me about my options and give me a recommendation based on my individual situation. I followed his advice and it turned out great! On top of this, they didn't even charge me for the visit! If I was located out on the cape permanently (or next time I go out to visit), I'm definitely going to Marc's again if I need any work done on my car.

I was staying at KOA in Middleboro. I called AAA for a lockout of my motor Home. I waited over 3 hours and then when the mechanic came from Marc s AAA didn t tell him it wasn t a car. He stayed with me and gave me a number for locksmith and I was back in my motor home within 10 minutes. Great guy and so helpful and didn t just leave went out of his way to help. Great Employee For Sure

Patrick went above and beyond in customer service! I had an issue with motor oil being all over my engine that he stopped what he was working on to take my car right in and perform a oil change and clean it up. Stopped here for the first time for an oil change for my daughter's '07 Civic. We were in and out in just over an hour. The guys were very pleasant, kept us updated, and told my daughter about the mileage sticker for when she'll need her next oil change (since this was the first time she was doing this). It was $45 for the oil change...maybe $5-10 more than Midas. We'll probably try them again for any future maintenance/repairs needed.

Awesome Garage, Caring people! While on vacation the bolt that attaches the tension pulleys for the serpentine belt snapped in the engine block. They spent 3 hours trying to get the bolt out so they could install the new part, but was unsuccessful.However being a holiday weekend and not wanting to put excessive hours at $90/hour, Mike suggested we tow it to Diamond Collision over the Bourne Bridge to Tom, so that he could weld a bolt onto the broken bolt to get it out of the engine Block. He was successful and was able to put the part in and get us our van back so we could get home staying until 8pm on a holiday weekend. They only charged for 1 hour of labor and the cost of the part. These guys are AWESOME! they really could have taken advantage of the situation but did not! Get your work done here. They treat people right!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Marc was incredible and so was his mechanic, sorry I can t remember his name. I made an appt. for my wife s car and they took it in on time at 9:00 am and got a call before noon it was done. I highly recommend them. Honest and fair

I have literally never had a more pleasant experience at a garage. From the tow truck driver to the service advisor to the mechanics. Everyone was polite and professional and my vehicle was ready the next day. After what I thought was going to be be an expensive repair, I left pleasantly surprised at the cost, and the work was done well. Thanks Guys!

Everyone here is always super helpful and customer-oriented. It's great to finally have a local mechanic service that knows how to treat people right, and do a great, clean job on cars. I'd definitely recommend them to friends. Thanks guys!

These guys were great! We waited a bit for a tow, but after the excellent and quick service from the shop (that didn't totally break the bank), I can't complain about a thing. I don't think we'll go anywhere else for things we can't take care of on our own.

My experiance was great! I called AAA who sent them out with a flatbed to haul my car and myself back to Salem NH on a Sunday afternoon after breaking down on 495. Honestly I was very nervous, but once I saw the clean ( spotless truck) and spoke to Rick , I knew everything would be fine. Lots of laughs and stories to pass the time. Very professional!

My truck was towed there by the Marcus towing where it all began. The guy showed up I was at a burger king and he didn't want to do the tow. Told me it would be easier if I wanted till after 7pm it was around noon time by the way because he would have to face the wrong way in the lot he kept trying to get out of the tow until I asked to speak to the office then he said ok I will do it . at the shop they replaced serpentine belt called told me it was ready . it squeeled real bad had to leave it another day then they finished again . they told me they couldn't get the right belt because they don't deal with auto zone or palace or advanced so they put two washers under my alternator to tighten belt . 3 weeks later started squeeling again real bad they are hacks. Very very nice reception lady on the phone that was the only good part of my experiance with marcsService: Engine repair

I dropped my truck off because I had an oil leak due to my valve cover gasket and my exhaust was hanging and I needed my rear dif plate cover replaced. They were supposed to call me back with an estimate. I got a call 10 minutes before closing saying that my tuck was all set come pick it up lol.All they did was put the differential cover on and charged me an outrageous fee, omg these people are not very honest, I was ready to spend a lot of $ here. I just can t understand why they would turn down all that work

USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Fantastic group of guys they got there! Truth be told have not had great experiences with tow company's but these guys were amazing! I called at 1130 pm even though Google said they were closed. Someone answered and was extremely courteous and helpful. I can't not stress how relieved I was going with them!

Came to Marc s auto service to get our stuff out of our totaled work van. Dealt with Dave and not only was he a pleasure to deal with but helped us unload all of our belongs in 90 degree weather! Highly recommend this placeThanks again Dave!

I was recently involved in an accident on 495 in Middleboro where Marc's towing showed up and pulled my truck out of the woods. I requested and asked the owner to tow it to my place of business, and what the cost would be. He quoted me a price of $400.00 to $500.00, but when they towed it the 18 miles to my place they changed the invoice and hammered me for $700.00 dollars. They put the time down as 1 hour and forty five minutes at a hefty price of $375.00 per hour.It's one thing to need help, it's another to get price gouged by these thieving bastards. I would not recommend them to anyone,

Just moved to the area.. Was able to walk in for inspection sticker amd oil change.. About an hours wait. Had tv and a comfy seat, so time flew by. Glad to see they offer all services including towing. Soooo I will make appointments as needed for further services and know they are there for major repairs too

After a long day one of the managers of Marcs came out and even tho they didn't break my vehicle towing it they gave me 40$ to get a new power steering hose which is above and beyond what they had to do and no other tow company would even consider not just sending a manager to look at it but also paid for the broken part I will always recommend themService: Car towing

I went to Marc's for a state inspection and everyone there was both very professional but at the same time friendly. It was just for a sticker but they genuinely appreciate their customers.
