Last week my vehicle needed to be towed after being stuck related to inclement weather and roadside travel conditions. Marc's Towingdid an OUTSTANDING JOB in responding to my situation! They were very prompt in responding to my call and consistently kept me updated on their expected arrival time to my location.They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in assessing my situation. They addressed all of my questions and concerns that I had regarding the tow and my vehicle. They made sure that the safety of my vehicle and the safety of my wife and I as bystanders was their #1 priority! Thank you!

I must give 4 out of 5 stars because they picked up the phone right away when no one else would, they couldn't do anything for me during the height of the last snow storm but that was understandable as my needs were not extremely critical. They did ended up coming in the afternoon the next day after I called again but told me it was $175.00/hour with a 2 hour minimum,,,this is where the 4 out of 5 stars declines rapidly to a 1 out of 5. I immediately thought that was way to much money but because I failed to reach out to anyone else in a timely manner, I had to reach in deep and go for it. It only had to be moved 130' into my driveway and it took 45 minutes tops but the office refused to give me a break. Although I was reluctant to pay, I had little choice as I agreed to it before the driver was dispatched. I must admit that Adam did a great job and I appreciate his work. Unfortunately I must say that I would not utilize their service again. As a senior, I need to be careful how I budget my money.

My car was towed there after an accident. Dave was absolutely wonderful! So helpful with insurance and expert opinion on damage. I thought all these yards were supposed to be a nightmare! Great experience and wonderful person!

Just wanna say that Dave and his crew go above and beyond to answer all questions and make things as easy as they could possibly be, despite the circumstances. Very appreciative of Adam and Gary and the help I received after my accident!

Recently had my car totaled in an accident and it ended up at the Bourne location . Dave at that location was fantastic to work with. He not only was extremely kind during an unsettling time but very helpful with information regarding my next steps with insurance . He also personally helped us clean everything out of my vehicle to avoid us having to touch broken glass.He guided us from start to finish and I'm very grateful for his help.Service: Car towing

After waiting for 2 hours, they sent a flatbed truck knowing that it wouldn't be the right size for the truck that needed a tow. Then, the truck driver left without saying a word, then texted 10 minutes later saying dispatch would call.Dispatch never called. They didn't have a wrecker available, which is so insane. Will not be using them ever again.

Corrosion locked wheel flat tire change. Had a flat tire that was locked/frozen due to heavy corrosion. It took 45+ minutes to get it off and these guys went above and beyond. Showed me how to mule kick a froze wheel

Still waiting on them to call me back.... Super unprofessional they were supposed to bring a dolly to move the tire that was hanging off the young dude proceeded to drag my car pulling some of my bumper and door .......poor service..... I asked them to fix what they messed up I said I don't care how you fix it just fix it still no word back...0 Stars

So grateful to Marc s Autoservice for their quick response! My car overheated while out of town Enroute to my vacation and Marc s was responded quickly! My driver was awesome and delivered me and my car to the repair shop quickly and safely! I have since recommended MA to State Farm as a preferred service provider on the Cape.

Had an oil leak in my vehicle with an engine light on so reached out for a tow. Towing arrived in 30 minutes (quicker than any tow I ve ever had) and the gentleman was very helpful and kind. I rode with the driver to the shop and he was friendly and seemed to genuinely care asking about my car and what the issue was. I appreciate the professionalism after a stressful morning. Will definitely recommend for towing needs. I think the drivers name was Gary (name tag) but not possible ride was on 5/8 around 10 amService: Special vehicle towing

After reviewing the footage I saw that it was in fact allwayz that did this, not Marc's. I have called AAA back and told them about the mix-up.Marc's seems like it actually cares about it's reputation with a quick and legitimate response.Thank you and sorry to have posted that on the wrong company. Red trucks in Wareham made me think it was you, sorry I didn't review footage first.

I had a wonderful experience with Adam after my tire blew out on Friday. I had my two children and my nephew with me to start (thankfully they were picked up by their aunt while I waited) and when he saw that I had children with me he made sure to call and check in with me to ensure we were in a safe location and that we knew the length of time until he arrived. He was very kind and caring with my car and made sure no damage occurred from going on or off the truck. If you re in need of a tow or any transport I wholeheartedly recommend using this company!!Service: Car towing

My car was in an accident and totaled. Marc's was the company that hauled it away. I have been treated fairly and they really helped me out of a bad predicament. John came to tow my car which had to be towed 36 miles and was going to cost me approximately $230. Instead of doing the tow right away he assisted with troubleshooting and got my car to start wherein I was able to drive to my garage for repair. I called AAA at 7:40. I received a text message with a link to a map. The map estimate time was 8:21AM . I received a call at 8:24AM from Marc s Auto that he was lost. I then received a text message that he was outside please come to your vehicle. He was not there. I called him at 8:42. He said he wasn t coming it s not in his jurisdiction. He never called me to tell me that he wasn t coming.Service: Tire change

I scheduled a tow through the AAA website and my driver was there within 30 minutes. I was panicked thinking I blew the engine or something. But my driver asked what was going on with the car and told me it sounded like it might just be misfiring. The mechanic called me in the morning and confirmed it was misfiring and just needed new spark plugs. Fast and friendly service from dispatch and my driver Ben.Service: Car towing

Cameron absolutely made my day today! My car started making a horrible grinding noise on the highway today and I thought I was screwed. Cameron came as a AAA tow and while he was picking up my car, found the issue, which was a piece of plastic hanging down in front of my wheel. He macgyvered a solution on the spot and sent me on my way with no charge. He was super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. I'm not from this part of town but if I was I would definitely be back! Thank you again so much!!

Had a flat tire yesterday, called AAA and they sent out Benjamin from Marc s towing.Benjamin was excellent! He is kind, professional, engaging and fast!It was nice to meet such a wonderful person, who was efficient and took pride in his work. He is a true accent to the tow company. Recently had to call them through AAA 3 times over the last week, both drivers were great. Friendly and did an awesome job. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do need a tow I'd call Marc's before anyone else.

Had accident, they took care of towing my car to the body shop. Extremely efficient service, very helpful, really cared about the individual! Definitely the best tow service in Wareham and the southeast region of Massachusetts.

Had a tow from them today through AAA. Guy was very nice and showed my son the outside of the truck and let him help him unload my jeep. My son still can t stop talking about that. It s the little things. Wish I got his name but if you towed my jeep from middleboro to taunton thank you for being nice and helpful.
