Ken, Katie, and Allison were very helpful and helped me get financed when I wasn't sure it would happen! So far some of best and friendliest care sales people I've dealt with. Highly recommend!

If I could give AKJ Auto Sales more then 5 stars I would. I am so unbelievably impressed with the kindness, professionalism and the overall work ethic of each person who works there. Over the last few weeks I have tried multiple Dealerships- Nissan 24, Prestige Auto and some others. Nobody comes close to comparison with AKJ. They made the process very easy, stress free and the turn around to finance a vehicle was VERY quick. They issue plates there, and had everything done as soon as they could. They had GREAT communication, I was able to email back and forth with Katie throughout the day while I was at work- no lengthy phone calls or phone tag. She was very quick to respond, which really showed me the pride she put in her and her families work. Every time we stopped in, we were greeted with a smile, you can really tell they care about what they do. All cars on the lot were durable, looked GREAT and you can really tell that you are not being fooled, these cars are really in great condition. This is my first experience financing a car, and with student loans and other issues I was working through- AKJ worked hard to find me a competitive rate . I am very happy with my purchase. I cannot wait to show my new car off to everyone and let them know I got it through AKJ.

This is excellent used car dealership our first car purchase was about five years ago here. We had an excellent experience then and now. Katie and her dad Ken made us feel comfortable and not rushed. We were happy with our purchase, and Katie getting us a loan, insurance transfer, and taking our old trade - in all went smoothly. It's been almost a month since the purchase and the car is in excellent condition.Rich

Small and family-owned dealership. Made the process extremely easy for me when I bought a 2010 scion tc for very cheap. Have already put 15k miles on it with no work other than oil changes and a gas cap. Will be back for my future purchases, thanks guys.

I would like to start by saying Thank you! I Love my new Car! Met Katie first and she was just lovely. Very personable, and professional, she knows her job, and does it so well! Kenny was so helpful, I had myself in a leased vehicle, his knowledge of cars is amazing, he helped me out and I so appreciate his advice. I will and have already recommended AKJ Auto Sales to my friends and family! Wonderful experience, and real good people!

I bought my edge from them. No issues. The staff here are knowledgeable and take pride in their business. Sent my daughter in law over . The first car she wanted he wouldn't sell to her because it had engine issues. To me that means he has a conscious. But she is happy with the one she is getting. I will go there again when I want another car.

Had a wonderful experience with AKJ! They made everything so simple and with this being the first car I've bought on my own I really needed that. There was no pressure and they worked everything out with me. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience here, the owner Ken helped me out with the price and tires on my truck. Katie the saleswoman was very kind and went above and beyond to help me throughout the whole process. I love my Toyota Tacoma truck that I bought very much. I am super pleased with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who s looking for a vehicle.

Went down to look at a vehicle. And found a nice one, a 2013 Ford Escape SEL. Everything went great Salesperson was great a another salesperson Nick helped the most very good experience. I would do business with them again.

I purchased a mini-van from Ken in the beginning of 2021. Its been 18 months van has worked great, and Ken continues to be helpful with paperwork and service 18months later. Can t say enough positive information about this dealership.

To date, we have purchased three cars from AKJ Auto. Our experience on each occasion was fantastic, from the welcome we received to the processing of the paper work to the quality of the purchase. Our first purchase was a 2002 Ford Explorer that was our reliable and dependable vehicle for over six years, and which was still running like new when we had to get rid of it from normal body wear for a car that age. We also had a Ford 2004 Taurus that was our very durable second vehicle for almost the same time as the Explorer. We recently traded it for a 2010 Ford Fusion. A week after purchase, on filling up the gas tank, we found out it had a fuel leak. We told Ken and he arranged to have it repaired free of charge at his mechanics. We cannot say enough in praise of AKJ. 100% plus satisfied.

HONEST !! yes, I said honest ! Family friendly, Good selection, NO PRESSURE, willing to work with you. My wife, who HATES car dealers, (you know the type, "what will it take to get you into this car, today", "what can you afford a month") those type of dealers, WELL, my wife actually ENJOYED looking at cars at AKJ Auto sales, she looked at several, with the help of Nancy, to figure out which vehicle my wife liked the best. We bought the truck that she liked after buying it, the truck had a hidden, recurring problem that was very difficult to solve. The entire staff at AKJ was friendly and helpful the entire time. The owner Ken gave me his word it would be fixed, and ...IT WAS, to the satisfaction of everyone, even my wife ! We have been driving the SUV for about a month now and everything is as the dealership said it was, the truck is great, no problems and we are all happy. I have found my new favorite dealership. The dealership was about 45 minutes from my home but WELL worth the drive. The selection is always changing and all the cars are in very good shape. I have already mentioned the dealership to several friends and family members. I would, and WILL go back to that dealership the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Next time I will START my car shopping there, instead of wasting my time at other dealerships. If you are looking for a great car, at a fair price, if you want to deal with the truth, from HONEST people, and don't want to be pushed in to something or treated poorly, I say take a look at AKJ Auto sales and I think you will be happy, WE WERE !! Thank you very much AKJ Auto sales, I WILL be a return customer.

Sold me a car with a bad transmission also needed a whole new computer and none of these issues were mentioned before the sale. Actually your wrong considering my 09 Lincoln mks you sold to Carole ferreira was in your mechanic shop for a month and I have service records from your mechanic that I will gladly show to prove you indeed sold me a car with a bad computer and by the fact you searched my Facebook profile and looked at my marketplace listings is a little strange but you can lie on your page if you wish I can post the invoices to prove it

AKJ started off very professional and responsive and then went downhill quickly. They let me know vehicle was being serviced by a very good local mechanic and I could go look see it there. The mechanic said he didn't even get a chance to look at it before AKJ Auto came and got it. When I asked the dealer about he was very vague about what was going on and eventually stopped responding completely even to simple questions like "is this truck still available?" AKJ Auto fits all the worse stereotypes about used car salespeople. I was originally excited to use a local dealer but at this point I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Don't waste your money or time.

The sales team at AKJ was so welcoming and helpful but not pushy at all. It's like finding a car with friends. It really is unlike any other used car dealer I have ever been to.After I bought my Jeep I noticed a noise when it was running and called them up and Ken immediately agreed to have his mechanic check it out.I would recommend AKJ to anyone looking a vehicle. (and their dogs are really cute too!)

Great place, staff is very friendly and professional. I bought my older sons first car here years ago and AKJs integrity is undebatable. For my younger son today, we got another nice car, a good deal for my son and they were very helpful with all the paperwork, etc.While we were closing our deal, an elderly confused woman came in looking for help with a title issue which was NOT AKJS ISSUE! Yet Ken, patiently and kindly explained to her what she needed to do to solve her issues! Even my son complimented Ken on his handling of this weird issue! We then finished up our paperwork and left very happy with a sweet new car!To leave a used car dealership with confidence in the deal and car... PRICELESS.Thank you Ken and staff at AKJ for your EXCELLENT customer service!

Nice, helpful Woman Alyson.Prices to high for mileage, and age of car $1000 + over Kelly. Today wr can simply get informed of the fair price on line. Would love to purchase, but feel they must think I will not do my homework, which is incorrect. People want a fair price PERIOD!A couple of used cars had different hub caps. One had a different cap on each tire.I believe it is like considering buying a house. If the selling price starts top high, i feel so turned off, and will look elsewhere.Good people, but I am not looking ro make Friends! I am looking to buy a safe used carTy

A professional dealer with a family business! Very painless experience. I got exactly what I was looking for and paid less than what I budgeted for. Carfax was great and the service was superb! This is the second purchase made by my family from this dealer. I would recommend this business to all.

Excellent selection of low mileage SUVs, Trucks and Cars. I Purchased 2 Vehicles from them and I am very happy with both of them . The Customer service is Awesome and they really work hard to get you financing. I would gladly refer them to anyone looking for Dependable transportation.

I started my business less than a year ago and as you would think it would be hard to find a dealer that would finance you. AKJ went above and beyond to help me. They got me into an amazing truck with no hassle. They are nothing like normal dealers. They are honest and more like dealing with friends. I would recommend AKJ to everyone I meet. 5 star service at it's best.

Purchased a vehicle for my son. Before we even made the first payment we had issues. Called the office and was told to bring it to their partner garage. Garage called and said repair wont be covered. No compassion from the dealer. Will not purchase from them in the future. Very very disappointing.

Found AKJ on Car Gurus, and traveled an hour from RI, and I must say that it was worth the drive. Katie and Ken were very helpful and I loved the family aspect of the place. I walked in and there were two dogs and a baby, how could I say no to those cute faces! Haha, but really, I appreciate AKJ for going above and beyond.
