Two stars because his prices are reasonable, but he literally told me to bring my car to someone who wants to deal with it!!! Apex Auto stepped up and apparently they want my business! Go to Apex Auto and skip Robert's, you can thank me later!

My fiance and I have gone to Roberts Garage many times for several different reasons. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. They don't mess around. They tell you straight up like it is. It's so very hard to find a mechanic whom is honest. We are lucky to have come across this garage. Please stop in even if it's just for a look over of your vehicle. The prices are the best in town and I'd rather honesty I don't know about anyone else.

The positive reviews must be family and friends.!!! This is the 2nd time i attempted to do buisness here.and the last..Don't go here .I asked him if I can go buy the part I need and pay them to put it in.he said no.wich means he would go buy the cheapest one and charge me for an expensive one..go here if you want to get ripped off.

I needed a flat tire patches up, everywhere i went saw me as a pregnant lady with a 2 year old in the back seat, tried telling me the price was 10x what it should be. (No lie, people tried charging me 100$) I stopped at this garage, 10 minutes later and 10$ spent my car had a fixed tire and I was on my way. The guy who helped me let the 2 year old watch and he was very nice. I'd come here anytime

I called to find out availability to bring my car in. The guy who answered was so mean and rude and acted like I was wasting his time. What do think I have time to do this today?! And what do you want? I stated politely that I just wanted to know when he had time and he says yea well not until atleast next week sometime and all but hung up on me. Not the way to treat people. Needless to say I won t be making an appointment here. Ever.

First I brought my x husbands car in for a oil change. When everywhere else said they couldnt do it. It was like he made time for me. Then my truck was leaking antifrezze I just drove it over there to ask and see if what and where it could be leaking from. He found it told us how to fix it. Very friendly amd very helpful. I recommend this place any day of the week.

I didn't even get to set foot in the building. Just unprofessional beyond no belief. I simply called in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have my O2 sensors replaced on my 2005 Mazda 6 5 Speed. A woman answers the phone and is very rude, "What.... Huh... I don't know hold on" (in a very rude tone) I'm gonna assume a mechanic came to the phone, this time a male. I asked him for an estimate and he said, "It depends on blah blah blah..." And I'm like, "Can I have a rough figure...?" and CLICK. He hangs up the phone. This is how you DON'T bring new customers in. TERRIBLE customer service.

Very friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with my car. Very reasonable in price also. Will definitely be going back with any future problems .

Went to see if they cud work on my car guy was down rite rude did all but yell at me very unprQ very unprofessional will never go to here again
