I went to NAPA Auto Parts, Ware, Ma.. I needed oil, oil filter & spark plugs for a marine chevy boat engine. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and was able to cross reference the parts I needed. He was very friendly too! Everything fitted perfectly!

I've visited this location several times for different reasons, usually to buy oil, and I've always had a pleasant experience. Employees are friendly & helpful. Prices are very fair also. They always provide receipts with every purchase, whether you buy many items, or even just one. I can easily find what I need here. Service is terrific. Never a long wait to get what you need. Staff are always willing to answer your questions. They can also order things you may need that aren't available in the store. Napa makes it easy & quick to get what you're looking for & be on your way.

I ordered a part over the phone for my 69 Superbee. Was told it would be in with the order in morning no problem. I needed this part because I had a car show to attend that day. Well it didn t make it they blamed the driver were they ordered it the day before. But didn t car one bit the predicament they put me in. I have ordered many parts from them in the past but never again. And I will pass this information on to my friends if you need a part don t take them at there word it s you that will be embarrassed

Awesome service Awesome people extremely professional and all of them go above and beyond to help the customer.Well organized store. I can't say enough good about them.It's sad to say nothing like their Belchertown store that is totally the opposite. Unorganized and extremely rude workers

Always have what you need. Better parts for the price you pay. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Take the time to help get you what you need to fix your problem. Clean store and Handicap accessible.

Always helpful. This trip just needed to top off fluids and change the oil in a 1995 yj. The guy that waited on me answered all my questions and walked through the store with me to find each item.

NAPA is great you get access to huge inventory but still have small family owned support. Parts they don't have in stock they get pretty quick sometimes same day depending when you order.

There is a great team of people here who have been there for a long time. They have most anything is stock and can get the rest within about a day. They know what there doing and they are pretty patient...

Great family owned auto parts store in business since 1946. I have been going here for my car and truck parts since I started driving in 1964. Best place in the area for all your needs.

Napa store in Ware, Ma. Been going there for years. Several of the guys there will go out of the way to help make sure something fits. Not always the cheapest, but most of the time for my parts.

Clean store. Very helpful staff. Glad we didn't try to install our wipers ourselves. Need an engineering degree for that. Lol

Gotta make sure you know what parts you need? Just ask an employee and they'll help you out! Just make sure you don't get the store brand name parts.
