Jason is a great guy, easy to deal with, and honest. When other shops are telling me to bring my car to someone who wants to deal with diagnosing the issue, Jason went out of his way to get it in immediately and went to work on it roght away. To get that kind of exceptional service and still be reasonably priced has made this my new shop of choice! Do yourself a favor and patronize Apex Auto, you can thank me later!

Tired of auto repair shops putting you off saying there busy for the next two weeks when your car is in need of repairs before you can drive it, or telling you that they don t do that especially if you have performance parts that you have for your car , your you hear how technical the job is , try this or that place the other side of the state as I have ! If so go to Apex like I did , they took me right in and changed my clutch and flywheel as they said for a very reasonable price and delivered the car on time the day that they said they would! I love this shop! The staff is friendly and efficient. I bring by 2004 Ford Taurus there for all its problems and they always return it running like new. The Waiting area is very comfortable for a garage and the jobs are always done on time and vehicles returned clean. I've had problems at other dealers and I'm so happy I found one that never fails me. I would recommend this to my friends and family!

Got my exhaust fixed here the other day and everything there just seemed so superior to other shops Ive seen. Jason, the guy who arranged my appointments, was very easy going as well as strait to the point and I can appreciate that. It never seemed like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. It all felt very honest and real which is something you don't see every day with shops. Everything else looked very clean and professional which further increased my confidence in this business. My car was in and out of there in 45 min and it all went incredibly smooth and flawlessly. The bill was my favorite part as it was fair and no hidden fees or anything like that. This whole experience defiantly will have me coming back here as soon as anything else goes wrong with my car5/5 would recommend

This is the absolute best shop I've regularly brought my car to - the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The auto technicians clearly know what they're doing, they work quickly and they'll do it right the first time. The prices are fair and to be honest, no shop in the area can really compare to these guys. I highly recommend Apex Automotive to anyone in need of car repairs.

Love this Shop!Been bringing my cars here for the last year or so. Great costumer service, and the staff is wicked knowledgeable.The prices are really competitive, but what makes this shop much better above others around the area is the cleanliness of the work they perform and the professional approach they have to it and to their customers.I always recommend this shop to friends and family.5/5 stars no doubt

The attention to detail provided by this shop is above and beyond what you usually find in repair shops. I brought my truck in with a laundry list of problems in need of major repair. The technician who was working on it took the time to explain everything that was wrong before I was ever charged a dime. He was thorough and detailed. The manager gave me all the options available and I didn't ever feel as if I was being sold something I didn't need or being upsold. When the job was done it was 100%. Everything was fixed perfectly. 2 other shops tried to fix the vehicle and none came close to the work and quality of Apex. I cant thank them enough for getting me back on the road. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of excellent service with attention to detail and customer service.

This place is not to be trusted, took my car in for a brake job. Said there was 2,000 dollars worth of damage. Went to another two places and said it was just a brake line, which costed me 140 rather then the 2000. They also said my wheel barring was shot and need to be fixed after consulting with NUMEROUS macanics everyone said ALL my wheel bearings were completely fine! I got my brake line fixed 6 months ago after they told me my car was TOTALED and would never pass inspection. So what this place called a 2,000 dollar fix was a 150$ fix. My car has not had any issues, passed inspection, and drives great to this day. I recommend any where BUT apex. Good luck.

Had multiple services done to my Dodge Caravan. Very impressed with the quality of service. They went above and beyond what any normal automotive shop would do to make sure the vehicle was safe and would highly recommend them.

I sent my Audi in for a check engine light in order to pass inspection his professional staff diagnose my car with needing a turbo and coolant lines I paid $2000 upfront for the repairs he had my car for three months broke the hood latch didn t replace any of the hoses used glue engine light still on when it was returned And told me the head was cracked. Every day I drove by the building when he had the car was sitting in the same place covered with snow. Avoid this man s shop at all costs. I would not let him put air in my tires.

I come for the working knowledge of Mike. Top notch tech and honest even if it is painful to the customer. You can get it fixed for right now or listen and get it fixed right.One vehicle has 250k and the other is a baby at 50k but both get excellent service.

Very knowledgeable technicians. I had them add some high performance parts on my 2014 Mustang perfect installation. Stang has never run better. Will continue to use Apex Auto for regular maintenance.

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought a car in here for a diagnostic, JUST a diagnostic. Was quoted at $90 for it. Only authorized the diagnostic. Finally got thorough to them late the next day and they had DONE THE REPAIR WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. They offered to remove the new part, and still charge me for the labor to put it in and take it out in addition to the diagnostic. Seriously don't go here unless you've got unlimited cash to just blow.

Excellent deal. Was very easy to get appointment and work was done fast. It was inexpensive too. I would recommend Apex to my friends. I am glad a small town like Ware has a good Auto work shop.

The mechanics that are their are not very knowledgeable. if their is something seriously wrong with your car go somewhere else .I had a few issues with my sons car ,the more I brought the worse it got.2 years ago ,yes he had people working their that new what they were doing.Not anymore Jim Pikul

very arrogant, non professional and thrives on taking advamtage of customers whom are clueless. they use cheap aftremarket parts yet charge oem prices for these parts!! the so called mechanics learn as they go working on your vehicle as they go and AT YOUR EXPENSE!! when they screw a job up they blame it on another problem they make up to cover tghemselves. if there is a problem with their work (which most likely is the case) Jason becomes very childish like a child in a playpen that doesn't get his.her way....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE11111111 there are better mechanics that are honest and very reasonably priced in ware that are very close by.....DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!! WOULD HAVE RATED ZERO STARS BUT CAN'T THE WAY THIS WORKS

Great shop and extremely qualified mechanic they did a beautiful job on my JEEP LARADO I had them do my Axel seals and bearings also brandnew brakes ,,couldn't have been happier with the job they did,,end result was great my jeep was as good as new when they were done,,had it back within a couple days and I was very happy with the job they did......Service: Brakes

Not ever going there again. After 100s in diagnostic fees and told they couldn't do more til I replaced a bunch of engine parts, I went to another shop and original problem was diagnosed in 30 mins.

Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Using them for everything on VW....a fraction of the dealership cost. Car ready when promised.

Total scumbags, call these guys to get your money stolen and for a guy to tell you "f*** you" because you just need him to put the parts you bought on and he is trying to charge for an inspection and all this other crazy fee. SCUM SCUM SCUM SCUM SCUM SCUM
