Disgusting customer service, wanted 150$ to rent a 30$ tool kit, thought she hung up on me but kept talking, could still here her calling me gross names over the phone because she thought I hung up, absolutely NOT how you treat customers, would never have this issue at Orileys

So I just wanna state that I was at the store at 6pm and I needed wiper blades for my pickup and I got them and the manager was really rude to an employee he was doing his best helping out another customer outside and the manager said quote "what are you doing" as the employee was doing a check engine and he told him after he is done to help me with the blades and I told the employee not to sweat it and take care with the customer and he did and after he helped me put the blades on how ever the passenger blade wasn't connecting right so he explained that he can exchange it so he did and the manager was just treating him disrespectful and I felt bad because it's not the kids fault the blade was faulty but he managed to finish the job and I was happy I just wanna put out there that the employee was doing his best while the manager treated him like he was worth nothing and watched him while smoking a cigarette seeing him struggle

Bought a 2 pack of H11 headlight bulbs (the best most expensive type they sell) a month and half ago only to have the driver's side already burn out again. Tina and Jamie are awesome because after looking up my sales record they gave me a replacement for free!!! Since I had the bulbs for such a short period of time. This store is great!!!!!

Generally friendly staff and somewhat knowledgeable. Be careful though, often times their system lists incorrect fluid capacities and/or types/viscosity as compared to what your vehicle may actually need. Get yourself a repair manual to compare and be certain.

You do not get service like this just anywhere. Scott at Advanced Auto went above and beyond!!I went to Advanced Auto Parts today in Ware Mass, because my car was giving me problems starting. I had had to get a jump that morning and I was concerned that my battery was dead. Advanced offers free battery testing which is a great service in itself. And if you purchase a battery from them, they will install it for you on the spot. Well as it turns out, my battery was not so easy to replace. While it was the original battery, somehow the terminal was stripped and it was not coming out. Scott, the manager was the employee who took care of me and spent two hours trying to get the battery out. He never complained and even apologized to me for taking so long. He hung in there and finally got the old battery out and the new one in. Scott could have easily turned me away and told me to go to a mechanic to get the old battery out, but he didn't. He hung in there and I am so grateful he was able to get my battery replaced. There is nothing worst than not having a dependable car that will not start. Thank you Scott U. for your great service! I will always go to you first when I need any auto parts. Your company should be extremely grateful and proud to have a manager like you.

I'm not a big box store fan. People here are always helpful and knowledgeable. I get my consumables like oils filters fluids things like that here. Parts I haven't had much luck with. Did brakes on my Chevy 2500 with rotors and calipers. Quality wasn't impressive let's say that. Bought some tools here without much luck too. Bought a puller that pretty much fell apart first time I used it. But for consumable things they are usually cheaper.

Ordered parts over the phone as they were out of stock when I checked online. I was able to pick them up in a couple hours. Way more convenient than driving to another location.

CAUTION: Avoid this store they are scammers!!! I bought something for my car and they were acting very strange about it. They told me I could not return this particular item if I purchased and installed. I didn't think anything about because I've been shopping there a while. I got it home and hooked it up just to find out the product was shorted out! They accepted a returned product and then didn't want to eat it so they passed it off to the next unlucky person. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a pretty good auto parts store. The staff is knowledgeable about what I'm looking for. And even though they didn't have everything I was looking for they were able to order it and it came very quickly. So I recommend this store for all your auto parts.

Very helpful getting my girlfriend's car battery replaced. Scott was great with the sale and installation process! We were in and out in 15 minutes.

It can be a great place to grab what you need for normal repairs but if you are working on a custom project and dont have a make and model you will be out of luck just about. Most employees there are just cashiers for the most part. Go to napa for that, they will start pulling books out and find what you need.

I bought a fuel pump. It died in a month. I bought a starter. 3 months later it has a dead spot. I bought hinge pin kits for my door. The bushing disintegrated while tapping into place.This store used to carry quality products at a competitive price. Now it carries junk at a somewhat competitive price. Stay away. Napa and O'Reilly are just down the road.

Nice place, clean, well stocked shelves.But -1 stars for "requiring" people to wear masks. Not everyone can wear a mask.Minus another star for not stocking Fram air filters. Their website should be upfront about what brands they sell.And if someone can tell everyone (not ask) to wear a mask, a nice follow up would be "could I help you find something?" So minus another star for that.Its no wonder Rock Auto & Amazon are putting these stars out of business. If someone runs a decent shop they arent going to be buying (hopefully not) the generic brands they sell here.

One of the worst advanced autos I ve ever been to. I d give 0 stars if I could. After purchasing a headlight from them, I was outside struggling to put it in when two employees came out. I thought they were coming to assist me but instead they sat on the sidewalk and smoked cigarettes. I ll never go here again.

Was very pleased purchase bulbs there which they normally do not install but they installed for me very quickly even in the rain I think their staff is excellent

Getting the people to answer a question is close to impossible, gave them another try after a battery debacle probably wasn't the best idea. Stick to what u know.
