Friendly and professional service. Had a problem with my car s exhaust making loud noises and I was able to make appointment to come in and get my car checked and inspected the next couple of days. They found the problem, showed me and got it fixed without a couple of hours. Pricing was reasonable (I guess) but the work fixed the problem. They also have 1-year warranty for the work they did which is great! The team were friendly, kind and professional. Thanks Jose and his team for getting this done quickly! Highly recommended.

Flat tire on Rt95 north. 1 hr from home. They towed me within 1/2 hr and changed 2 tires for me. Amazing and friendly staff who made sure I was back on the road as soon as possible and safely. From calling to back on the rode was 2.5 hrs. Amazing.The garage identified additional issues with my car and wrote them down so I could get them repaired at my garage.I couldn't believe how they made me feel and they took care of me like I was family.

I took my car to this garage because my front left wheel had a lot of play in it and was making a grinding noise upon turning the wheel. Jose did not meet me at the garage as he said he would, but he told me that his top mechanic will put it on the lift and he will contact me.I picked up my car afterward and while driving the short distance home the brake clunked every time when depressed. I contacted Jose explaining that possibly something wasn't tightened properly? He immediately went into defensive mode and told me his mechanic did not even remove the wheel. He then sent me 3 still photos from their video cameras showing the wheel still on the car.That was yesterday... This morning I checked the lug nuts. I HAND tightened all 5 lug nuts. Jose insisted that the wheel wasn t taken off the car. Maybe the mechanic changed his mind after loosening the nuts? Hmm. This place is dishonest and dangerous!

Jose is excellent.. fixed a check engine light issue that many other mechanics couldn t or were going to significantly over charge me for, including the dealership. Takes the time to explain the problem thoroughly which is really reassuring.

I waited to write this review so I could drive my car and make sure it was fixed. So over a week ago I got my car serviced here. Jose was great at letting me know what the car needs, how much it would cost, and even explained all the work he did on the car. Even showed me what the old parts looked like that he changed. Previously came here for an oil change and their prices are reasonable. My brother also took a chunk off the tire of his luxury vehicle and I brought the car here for the team to take a look at it. Jose (owner) spoke with me and looked at the tire himself and told me it really didn't need any work. I appreciated his honesty and he took the time to explain to me how the newer luxury vehicles work. I booked an appointment on the spot to bring my other car back for another oil change.Services: Tires, Oil change

Jose and the team at YARZ did a wonderful job helping to put my older car back on the road. We had blown a head gasket on our car, tried "do it yourself" repair and realized youtube videos can only get you so far. Stopped in and Jose kindly took the time to discuss what the options were. Went for a remanufactured engine, had it shipped it from Kansas, and Jose's team installed it. Minor issues along the way, expected with an older vehicle & the YARZ team was always in touch. Happily driving my car and totally recommend YARZ!!! Quick in and out experience with a flat on my PT Cruiser. These guys fixed it quickly and it was a cheap for what I think was a thorough job. They probably should have charged me a little more. Nice staff. (I don't know any of the people who work there.)Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys are awesome. Don't hesitate to bring your car here for any work. Extremely knowledgeable and they genuinely want to help. The owner Jose will explain down to the last detail everything that's going on with the car, he'll make sure you know how and why something was/needs to be done. Excellent quality of work and a nice clean shop. Highly recommended mechanic.

Jose has been my mechanic since day 1 of his opening. I actually met him before he opened. Over 2 years ago I pulled in to ask a mechanical question and although his business hadn't opened yet, he still had me open the hood to take a look at what was going on. He has made several repairs for me on my Honda Accord. He is always so thorough wth explaining exactly what he's fixing and even has showed me the parts and explained how things work. I really trust him with my cars and recently had him do a complete inspection on a newer car I was interested in purchasing. I wanted to get his opinion on whether it was a good car that will last and be reliable. He spent more time with me than he had to and even showed me all of the features inside the car of which I had no idea what they were! He always goes above and beyond and is very reasonable with repair costs. He even helped me with a couple of additional repairs that were needed that I couldn't quite have done at the time by surprising me with making the repairs anyway! I was really happy and appreciate for that favor. I decided to buy the newer car and won't take it anywhere else when I need services. Jose is the first business owner and mechanic I've had who has really been transparent with the issues I've had with the Honda and I appreciate his honesty.

Jose, the owner and team are always professional. They do a great job and are very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. The best shop around! Jose never fails to help me in any way I have needed in regards to my car. He always keeps me up to date and very honest about the issues involving with my car. He walks you through each issue and tries to find the best solution that works! Highly recommend.

Professional and quality care for regular customers and cars, at reasonable prices. Jose is extremely personable, and great at explaining the causes of your troubles to you. YARZ prefer to buy OEM products, which cost a bit more, but really do give you a better repair that will last longer. Jose and his team helped me through the same problem on three visits, and gave me some labor for free. They did not try to finesse me into wasting money on unnecessary parts. Everything was installed great and runs beautifully now. Will definitely be coming back!

Highly recommended. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional and go above and beyond for their customers. I had a bunch of work done here and it definitely will be my to go shop for a long time. I ve brought my car to a few different places before and no one could really tell me what was wrong. Then I finally tried Y. A. R. Z. They were able to diagnose the car and order needed parts fast. The owner is very nice and honest which you don t find a lot, most shops just want to take all your money. Thanks for all your help Y. A. R. Had a problem with my transmission where the car shifted very roughly while accelerating normally. Worked with the very helpful owner, Jose, to try and find a reasonable solution to my problem that would not cost me an entirely new transmission as my car is old and at this point a new transmission may not be worth it. We decided to start with a relatively inexpensive part that could be causing the problem and I had my car back with the new part installed within 24 hours of dropping it off. I have now been driving my car for 3 or 4 days since it has been fixed at Y.A.R.Z and my problem seems to be fixed. I am very thankful to Jose and his team for getting my car fixed quickly and for a reasonable cost. I have worked with this mechanic for quite some time and he is for sure my go to when I have a problem with my car. Would recommend to anybody.

Took my car to Jose down at Yarz and when I got it back it was like brand new! These guys very knowledgeable about cars and will not take advantage of you. Prices are comparable, they are very clean mechanics so you won t need a detail once you get your car back. Shop is very clean FIVE STARS ALL DAY! Support local! I ll definitely be back! I just found my new spot!!!

I asked the AAA guy to suggest a repair place when I had car trouble. I've lived in this area for most of my life And have had so many frustrating experiences with auto repairs. The level of professionalism, clarity in explaining the problem along with repair options was the best I've experienced in my fairly long life. I have never met so conscientious and trustworthy a shop owner as Jose at Y.A.R.Z. His shop did a superb job! On a Saturday afternoon these wonderful people came in to test my daughter s car to make sure she was safe. They took the time to help her through all the things she needs to know to ensure she and the car are safe and sound. Look no further, this is a Waltham gem and the only place we will use. Good, trusted, &affordable mechanic, Jose s your guy! called for quote, same day replaced joint ball within few hrs. other places had wait list &irrational prices. fastest, easiest, stress free experience ive had w/auto repair by far. no surprise this shop is high rated. check their website out. This is a review long overdue as I became busy right after the holidays and continuously postpone writing a review, nonetheless here it is. Y.A.R.Z. INC does great work at an affordable price. Jose, the owner is a personable guy who is not only fair but also honest. He doesn t try to up sell you on additional work you need for you car, no. He tells you like it is and will present you with options in terms of replacement parts, as everyone has a different budget. Jose and his colleague Selvin, work quickly to get your car back to you, unlike other shops that will have it sitting for sometime before any repairs are made. Do yourself a solid and don t waste your time going to the dealership or other auto shops, stick to Y.A.R.Z - they get the job done the right way.
