Cannot say enough good things about Waltham Auto Service Center. Taking your car somewhere for maintenance or to be repaired can be daunting with all of the unknowns, but Waltham Auto Service Center eases all of those concerns. The compassion, kindness, honesty, and transparency here goes a long way and shows in the quality of work and service provided. I am happily a repeat customer and will always be! 10/10 recommend to anyone!!

My car had a small accident a couple of months back. I decided to tow the car to Waltham Auto Service Center after looking at the stellar reviews of this place and I am so glad that I did! Doug is very honest and trustworthy. He's very good at communication and kept me updated throughout the whole process of dealing with insurance company, ordering the parts and the actual repairs. I got my car back in the time he said I would and they did a great job with it. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a car repair shop in the area!

Long overdue review but Doug was fantastic to work with! I brought my car in last week to have my brakes and rotors replaced, and he was great at communicating issues, cost and expected time to finish. Very honest and great service!

After trying to find a local mechanic for a while in the area I went to Waltham Auto Service Center since my partner had a good experience with them as well. They were quick, friendly and explained the repairs and associated cost very clearly. They also sent me a video of the issue, which was a great touch. Very happy with my service and will use them for future repairs!

I recently took my 2019 Toyota Highlander to Waltham Auto Service Center and I could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and reliability I was shown. This was the first time I conducted business with Waltham Auto Service Center. I brought my car in to get my brakes replaced, and they did a phenomenal job at a great price. Doug was consistently in contact with me and sent me pictures of what the mechanic removed and replaced. The turnaround time was fantastic. There were no surprises once the job was finished, and my car runs very smooth now. I will definitely continue taking my vehicles to Doug and Waltham Auto Service Center. If not just the most professional but also the most honest and helpful out there. I know Douglas and his team for years . Not only get my cars from their dealership because always have the best cars with the best prices and mileage. they will always have your back. Him and his team will always make sure your car runs smoothly and secure. They also speak English, Spanish and Portuguese so always there to help with answers and solutions no matter where you are from, at always honest and reasonable charge. Doug is a very good mechanic and very honest as well. He is very good at diagnosing and fixing car problems. He once diagnosed a complicated battery issue. Also, I recently discussed my air conditioner issue with him. Instead of doing what someone else did in the past, he told me to take the car to my dealership because the warranty may cover it, which it did. It is important to have a mechanic you can trust to care about your interests. I highly recommend Doug.

I had a great experience bringing my car here when I was having an issue with my brakes recently. You can tell this business values its customers by the customer service it provides. I recommend Waltham Auto Service Center. I originally went to Doug for new brakes, but will now use him for future car issues. While he was working on my car, he texted before and after photos of the brake repair. Doug is helpful and even followed up asking how the new brakes are working. When a new car trouble arose, he was able to squeeze me in to take a look, and fix the problem. Thank you!

This place is great and honest. I got a few paint from another car that scratched mine but it wasn t that bad. I went to the shop and ask if they could get rid of it. The guy brought out a spray and a wiper to help me clean it in less than 10 seconds and he didn t ask for fee. While there s another shop I visited before offered me $450 for repainting. Best shop ever. Feel sorry for not knowing the owner s name.

I always come to change the oil and do the maintenance of my car, people are very kind.The service is excellent and honest, thank Douglas and his mechanic for always taking care of my car.I recommend it to everyone and will always come back.If you go on a Wednesday there will always be a cute dog Teddy, super friendly.

Highly recommend Waltham Auto! These guys were incredibly helpful when I had break issues. They were able to get me in immediately and made the repair within 24 hours. Very reasonably priced and trustworthy. I will be revisiting them for future car troubles. Doug was very knowledgable and friendly, and made sure to follow up a few weeks post repair to check in. I'm so grateful for thier services ... before I made the my choice of auto services I was always jumping to different places but after I met the gentleman who rans this place and later his sister who sales cars right opposite the auto shop. They are reliable and will advise you according to the car status and give you options of prices. After 2yrs of working with them of my 2009 failing ford, they hooked me up with a FX37 and I'm so happy with the newer car. Thank you so much I have a lot of faith and respect for them

I was in search of a more convenient mechanic service; these guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Brake pads and routers were replaced within the day, with great communication and care. They even surprised me with a vacuumed interior (very needed and very appreciated!) After we weren't able to get in touch with our usual mechanic, we reached out to Doug for emergency front wheel bearing replacements. Even with it being the chaotic time crunch of a holiday week, & the issues being more complicated than we initially thought (ended up needing full front wheel hub assembly replacements) - Doug was extremely accommodating and efficient. My husband was able to drop his truck off this morning and pick it up fully repaired this same evening. Doug is a consummate professional - competent, fair, trustworthy, and friendly. Very grateful that, thanks to him our special Plum Island trip is saved! I would absolutely recommend his shop to anyone looking for quality service from a quality mechanic.

I had all of my brake parts replaced and installed here. Douglas is the man!Was able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time. They got back to me with a quote within a couple hours, broke it down by individual parts/labor and the pricing was fair. Work was completed by the end of the day and my brakes have never felt better!Great customer service throughout and they gave me a follow-up call to check if I had any issues the week after.Service: Brakes

Am just overwhelmed how committed and dedicated to their customers, they make sure that you leave satisfied and actually give you a guarantee, and trust me if you have any issues between the time frame of your guarantee they will happily be at your service with no huddles. I have used them for 11yrs and every time I go back it s still the same service 100 percent dedicated to their work. Lifelong Customer Earned!I just moved to the area and was dreading looking for a new mechanic. As a young female, I have been jerked around and dismissed by a lot of my past mechanics and have never really had a pleasant service experience. Douglas and the team at Waltham Auto Service Center have completely changed that narrative for me. Before even considering servicing my vehicle, Douglas wanted to make sure I had checked my warranty information to make sure he was not going to charge me for a service I could have done for free. Once service was underway, he called to keep me updated with every step along the way. Parts were ordered and my car was serviced and ready for pick up THE NEXT DAY! As if all of this wasn't enough, my car came backed to me vacuumed, disinfected and honestly, cleaner than when I had dropped it off.To say I am impressed is an understatement. From start to finish the service I received from Douglas and his team was courteous, thorough, inexpensive and completely stress free. I would recommend them to anyone in and around the Waltham area. Pre-COVID I always went to the dealership for any issue or service work, but lately I've been wanting something smaller and closer to home. A Google search brought me to Waltham Auto service, I saw some great reviews, and I decided to give them a call. I called to inquire about pricing and Douglas was so open and kind that I just made an appointment. Waltham Auto Service was very transparent and honest about my car's needs and the pricing is fair and competitive. While I don't look forward to more car issues, I'm happy to know that Douglas and Jose, who are both kind and helpful, are just a few miles away. Thanks guys!Service: Brakes

My car had a loud humming noise coming from the undercarriage. Douglas diagnosed the problem and replaced my rear wheel bearings with no problems. He was very helpful in showing me pictures of the worn parts and in communicating the timeline for repairs. I am super happy with the work and would highly recommend this shop!
