I bought my truck from Waltham Auto Gallery and could not have been happier with the experience. Daphne and Douglas are a pleasure to work with and I love the Honda Ridgeline that I bought. Prices are fair and they make sure that what you are getting is in the best condition possible! Would recommend to anyone looking for a used car!

I bought my first car in MA here. I asked Daphne a lot of car-related questions before buying the car, and she explained a lot to me. I also had a great test drive experience on the day I bought the car. This dealer has the best service I have ever experienced. Everyone is very nice! I would recommend this place to my friends who want to buy a car.

My husband bought a highlander and our experience couldn't have been better. A wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. No pressure at all and Dough and his whole family are wonderful to deal with. He also has a mechanic shop right next door which I would highly recommend to take your vehicle if you need it serviced. They are all very knowledgeable, courteous and very fairly priced. Please check this place out! You will not be disappointed.

I was really happy I found the car I wanted! Especially where I bought it from, I worked with Daphne & Douglas. Really nice people, took care of me on the negotiation side of things. I will definitely recommend them and would buy again!

Bought my sons first car here. We looked over the vehicle and took it for a test drive. There was no pressure from either Douglas or Daphne. They were a pleasure to do business with and they were very helpful with any questions that we had. I would buy from them again.

A phenomenal experience from start to finish. Douglas and Daphne were kind, helpful, and honest throughout every part of the car buying experience. They had a premium selection of vehicles that were clearly selected with care with quality in mind, all at incredibly fair prices. They re located over an hour from us but it was worth the trip. Highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased my car from here about 2.5 years ago now and I could not be any happier with the service. They approved my credit, got me a super low interest rate for my loan, and the maintenance with the extended warranty has been amazing. This place has you covered! Buy a car from these folks!

They have great service, very honest people. The car market right now is tough - stock is limited and prices are high most everywhere. It's not easy to find a good car at a great price from some place trustworthy. I'd been searching for a car for my kiddo for a while and coming up short, until I found Waltham Auto Gallery. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. They are family owned, have been in business for over 15 years and they care about the customer. From start to finish the process was seamless. They have an in-house family garage across the street that does 120+ point check on each car and brings everything up to snuff before selling. We had a lot of questions (mechanical, process, warranty, etc) about the car we were interested in and Daphne answered them all. Whatever she didn't know the answer to in the moment, she found out and let us know right away. The whole experience was fantastic and it gave us great relief to purchase a car from people that are honest, transparent and trustworthy. We 100% recommend Waltham Auto Gallery and will definitely be back for our next car purchase. Thank you Daphne & family!

Waltham auto gallery was great to deal with. They are a no hassle dealership, not pushy at all. I bought a Lexus ES350 and i am very pleased with it. Douglas showed me all the service he had done to it. Daphne helped me with the financing with very low interest for good credit. They are honest and their customer service is great. I d definitely recommend and will go back for my next car.

Daphne and Douglas gave me the most pleasurable car buying experience. Their service to me was so genuine and kind. They helped me find the best car and also helped me out with anything I needed. I highly admired Daphne's patience and Douglas' commitment to assure that the car I was purchasing had no problems. Daphne, Douglas and Erik were so nice to make a deal with. Daphne is kind, clear with her explanations and efficient. Douglas was very accommodating and got my Jeep ready quickly. He has a great personality and was a pleasure. Erik was very kind and informative. All of them answered my calls quickly and promptly. I was very pleased with my buying experience. This was the easiest process for buying a car I could have ever had. Truly, Daphne was an incredible person to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a car in a timely manner. They handled everything with insurance. They even opened up over the holiday so I could have a car. Truly a wonderful experience and I could not recommend it more.

If i could give more stars I would! Daphne truly made my experience as a first time car buyer the easiest process I could ve asked for. She did everything to make sure I was able to take my car home in a timely manner, got everything set with insurance, and was on top of keeping me updated every step of the way! I will be recommending this place to everyone!!

What I wish every car buying experience could be. Daphne was responsive, honest, patient, and never pushy. As positive a car buying experience as you could possibly have. This is the first time I have ever bought a car at a lot or dealer and my experience with the Waltham Auto Gallery team was nothing short of exceptional. I bought a 2015 Honda CRV and it is in excellent condition. The price was great and the whole experience was not in the least bit stressful or high pressure as I hear is the case with so many places. Everything was top notch, professional and respectful. They were quick to answer any questions and were so incredibly helpful. They carry excellent quality vehicles at great prices and I learned they even service vehicles too. Because they are so awesome I am going to bring my car to them if I ever need to have work done. They truly are A+++ If you are a newbie to car buying or if you are sick of dealing with slimy car dealerships who just see dollar signs when you walk in and would rather work with honest people with integrity and who treat you with respect and kindness when buying a car, you definitely should check out Waltham Auto Gallery. I cannot sing their praises any louder. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this great business.

When i first walked into Waltham Auto Gallery i was a little hesitant as i just got screwed from another dealership on a car. This experience was completely different. Daphne was the first to greet me and she was SUPER helpful with any questions i had about the Honda CRV that i was purchasing. After test driving the car i was able to meet with Douglas and he walked through the whole mechanics of car with me and was able to answer any question i had. They were both super patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. We love the car and would highly recommend them to anyone as they are upfront and trustworthy.

My car was on its last legs so I was rushing the car-buying process, and the team here was wonderful. I found them on Cars dot com with the exact make/model/color/mileage/price I was looking for, was able to schedule a next-day test drive, and pick it up the day after that. The staff was very personable and attentive throughout! I got some $$ off for trading in my 19 y/o Ford with 180k+ miles, and the process couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend - definitely worth the drive down from Nashua.

I recently visited Waltham Auto Gallery. I called Eric halfway through the day on Friday and expressed interest in the MDX. I expressed I wanted to take the car home that day. He proceeded to put me in contact with Daphne who stated she would try her hardest to get me in the car that day. I went down to the dealership later that day where I was able to trade my car in. Thanks to Doug and Daphne, the owners, I was able take that car home hassle free. They made it as easy as possible. I would 100% recommend them as their customer service easily exceeds 5 stars. I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and I could not be happier. Erik was attentive, responsive, and so easy to deal with. Him and Douglas made the process so easy and laid back. I just had the most positive, non stressful car buying experience ever! I would highly recommend Waltham Auto Gallery! I felt nothing short of comfortable the minute I walked in the office. I was able to take the vehicle I was looking at to my mechanic, no hesitation or questions asked. Daphne is awesome and so easy to deal with, she did everything for me all I had to do is sign papers and pick up my truck, it was amazing. I am a single mom if 3 so I don't have a lot of time and she made the process so stress free. Douglas was there to answer any questions about the truck and make sure everything was running smoothly. If you are looking for a good quality used car try them first. They truly are a no pressure dealership..could not have asked for a more positive car buying experience..thanks guys!

Absolutely love this place! I totally recommend this dealership for all my friends. It is the third time that I bought a car here and I know it will not be the last. With them I learned that the process of sell and buy a car can be so easy, simple, and enjoyable. If in the future I decide to change my car again, I know it will be with them.

I went to a lot of different auto dealerships when looking for a new car. So happy I got it from the Waltham auto gallery - Daphne and the staff were super helpful and nice. It definitely felt like they had my best interest in mind unlike some of the other places I went.Support your local businesses ! 10/10 would recommend

Saw a car when driving by, fell in love with it. We live about 1.5 hours away, but the owners were SO incredibly wonderful to work with. Very flexible, extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. The car-buying process was extremely smooth. We are so happy with our purchase and with the experience.

My first interaction with Douglas ended with me not buying a car - this is because based on the situation I was in he didnt want to see me end up with a really high monthly payment. He showed real integrity in that moment because he could have done a deal with me and not care that I would end up way overpaying. Instead he looked out for my best interest. When the time came that I was able to buy a car and not be in such a bad spot I went right back to Waltham Auto Gallery and was able to purchase a great vehicle that would benefit my family and myself tremendously.I have nothing but great things to say about Daphne and Douglas and will continue to buy from them and refer people to them. In an industry filled with people just trying to sell sell sell this brother and sister duo show that there is still a dealership out there that has heart and soul.Addition to original review:I picked up my new to me car last night and the feeling of joy and overall contentment with the experience at Waltham Auto Gallery just grew more. When I picked up my car Douglas had addition surprises that made the experience that much better. Douglas went above and beyond expectations to make sure this vehicle is perfect for me and my family. I used to hate buying cars but this changed everything. I will be doing business with this family for years to come. Thank you to the brother and sister duo for all you did to help me with this.

So where to start??? I needed a good used car, which is really hard to find now a days. I looked online and found three of the cars I wanted at the same dealership, just based on the price itself, my husband and I decided to ride up to Waltham. I, of coarse, did my research on the VIN number of each car, so I pretty much new which one of the three I wanted. No pressure to buy a car, very honest with problems in certain cars, if any, and the car fax is right on the windshield, so you know up front, what your dealing with. Rudy was AWESOME!!! Very friendly, knows what he's talking about, and very customer oriented. Offered to show me which ever car I wanted to see, with no pressure or attitude, unlike other dealerships I've gone to. He was with me until the end of the process. Even on his half-day off, he offered to come in, if I was more comfortable with him. Douglas and Daphne were awesome, they got me into the car I wanted with a great interest rate! Can't be more excited than this, Great car, great service, which means, great recommendation will come from my side 100%

I sold my truck to Waltham Auto Group a month or so ago in preparation to purchase a new vehicle I had ordered. I had spoken to Doug & he quickly gave me an awesome price and was flexible with the time of the drop off, making it a really stress free experience.At the time I dropped the truck off it was more of the same. They had all of the paper work ready, having already taken care of all of the hard work ahead of time, and quickly had me on my way. They even took extra steps in handling the paper work with the RMV to cancel my old registrations and plates.This will not be the last time I work with Waltham Auto Group. I look forward to it.
