Flat tires and need two new tires. Carlos is the best. He was able to help me find two tires next day. ( no need to wait for next week) Than you him so much !The team here at Waltham is nice !

Excellent people. Eager to assist and guide. Reasonable prices. Love this place. I took my Porsche panamera for wheel alignment and balanacing. Did a wonderful job. Much less than the dealer. With the same attention.

Much better service than the old National Tire and Battery shop that used to be here. Showed up 30 min before closing because my meeting ran late and they were still willing and able to get my tires rotated. Shout out to Julian and the rest of the team for accommodating me!

Town Fair Tire provided me with excellence service today. I needed to get a tire replace, and Tyler was professional, attentive, and informative. The service took place within an hour or so. I chose to stay in their waiting, and did some work on my personal computer. Their public WiFi was accessible and speedy. Thank you for your hard work.

As soon as I walked into this Town Fair Tire everyone was so welcoming and kind. I was even joking with the guys at the counter as soon as I walked in the door. They didn t make me feel inferior at all about not knowing tires and explained every step of the process. They treated me so well as a walk in and fixed my tire while I was on my way home from work! Really grateful because you don t have a good experience like that every day. Thank you!!!

Recently I visited Town Faire Tire on Bearhill Road in Waltham. Julien provided the necessary information so that I could decide which product and services would be best for my needs. He listened to my concerns and decreased my anxiety about the decisions I had to make. The manager that day, Tyler, was also very helpful and with Julien, offered choices that were within my budget. I had a similarly good experience a few months prior when I worked with Carlos. I will definitely return to this Town Faire Tire In the future.

Tyler was awesome! Very helpful. I had a flat tire on 95. I got towed over and they were able to patch my tire very quick.Great, quick, and professional service!

Julien at Waltham was a fantastic person to work with. He was fast and enthusiastic and made me feel confident about the help I could receive. The other folks there are kind and fun too and the mechanic even chatted with me! My tire had a massive nail in it and they really fixed it so fast and efficiently.

I had a slow leak in my back tire. I called a tire shop near me and they told me with the holidays they could not do same day appointments and it could take 2-3 days to fix. Town Fair was able to do a same day appointment and fixed my tire (removing the problem nail) within two hours. Julien, who was working the front of the store, was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with. I wouldn t hesitate to return to them in the future.

Our experience was excellent. From the buying to installation it was all smooth. The manager helped us to easily understand our best options and at a competitive price. Immediately got us in to install the new tires. We had planned to use Costco where we are quite loyal and it turned out that Town Fair was more responsive and informative.

Great service. Tyler was a huge help in finding the right tires for my car. He had me in and out in 10 minutes, and I picked up my car just a few hours later. Julien also helped me when I picked my car up and made sure I had the right info for ongoing tire maintenance. Thank you both!

Good experience. Friendly crew. I was helped by Julien. Helped me out immediately when I got into the store. Got me checked in for a wheel alignment. Alignment took 90min .Someone else helped me check out , didn t catch his name but very polite

Friendly, great, quick service. I had a nail in my tire and Juilien was able to help me get it patched. He was also helpful with suggestions on tire rotations and alignment. Highly recommend.

Carlos and George did a great job working on a complicated order. I had them put new tires on new rims, create a good spare out of the best remaining rim and tire and replace some bad lug nuts. They took good care of my car. It goes down the road at high speed with no vibrations now. I'll go back to them again.

Brought my car in with a nail in the tire at 5:30p and Julian and his crew were honest about expectations in terms of repairing the tire and ended up needing a new tire but the service was great!

Update: I called the call center to make a rotation appt. Booked a whole day appt and was told to leave my keys in the drop box. There is no drop box. I had to leave my car unsecured. All day I was nervous about this, but they have until 6 PM so I waited. At 4 pm I called to check and was asked what I wanted done with it. They had done nothing all day. My car just sat there with the keys on the seat, my name, number in their computer and they claim they didn't know what to do with it. I called the call center back and they read me the notes which clearly stated I needed a rotation. Whether it is the call centers fault, or Tyler's, the assistant manager on duty that day, who wouldn't apologize for the terrible service, it's all the same Town Fair Tire. Their tires are cheap and their salesmen are friendly and knowledgeable, but don't count on your car being secure or the work to actually be performed.Julien was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He relieved me of my ignorance by sharing his knowledge kindly without speaking down to a female. Town Fair Tire did a great job with the scheduling and install, but without Julien's customer service I would have gone elsewhere. The price was good, but the service was stellar! Thanks, Julien!

Had a slow leak on one of my tires. Brought it in to Town Fair Tire Waltham for repair. Tire was fixed and I was given a 60 day warranty on work performed. Soon after, one of my tire pressure sensors went bad. Brought the car back to have the sensor replaced. Carlos took care of it, free of charge. Great service!

I just had the first set of new tires put on my 2017 Ford Fiesta at this location after comparing prices against a few other nearby places. (It also helped that I used to frequent this shop back when it was still NTB)Cory was great and I have no complaints. I didn't keep track of how long it took but it wasn't very long (this included an alignment). Their waiting room is decent enough.Whether by habit or by merit, I'll likely be visiting this location again next time I need some sort of tire service.

I paid money for a wheel alignment, I went in on 2/16 and they didn't align it, and I went in again on 2/19 and nothing changed again. I went the same day to another place and they did do the alignment correctly. I don't know why they charge money and not return it if the job is not done
