Tony and his crew are honest mechanics that will help you maintain a safe vehicle. I've never experienced the runaround or price gauging that occur other places, plus they keep their word with time requirements for vehicle repairs.I've brought both cars to them and I am very pleased.

The main guy Toni and his father are great people, whoever they have takeover when they aren t there are absolute jerks. I left my car there for an hour for inspection, I live across the street, online it says this place closes at 6 when I get there one of the workers yells at me for standing in the bay and he says I m holding them up from closing.. it was 5:10, I was just trying to get to the office but there was too much stuff in the way so I had to squeak around something and I didn t know if it was dangerous? Then the manager wasn t friendly at all either once I found him to pay. I will never bring my car here either again despite it being literally across from my house.

Second time taking my car in spur of the moment for an inspection. Once again, they were so nice, took me in right away, had my car done in 15 minutes and I was good to go. Very pleasant experience. I ll be back.

I've brought my car to this shop a few times for various things and they have always provided great service. The service technicians are speedy with inspections, meticulous when it comes to identifying issues, and considerate when making a repair plans, ensuring that all details and costs are discussed ahead of time. I really appreciate their work! Would highly recommend.

I wish I had read the terrible yelp reviews before taking two cars to get inspected here. This place is a scam - stay away!Reading the yelp reviews with my same story, I am more certain now that I definitely got scammed.Yesterday I brought in my car for state inspection and they showed me that the back license plate light and front reflector were out, and tried to charge me to replace the reflector (the license plate light "came back on its own") but literally as the guy was giving his spiel, he tapped the reflector and it came back on. I showed him, and he seemed disappointed not to have to do the repair. I just ended up paying for the inspection.Today I brought our other car, which also needed an inspection. I should've thought to check the lights ahead, but didn't. Sure enough, the same reflector light and license plate light were "out," they charged me 20+25 to replace both, on top of the inspection, or I wouldn't pass.Both ended up "getting replaced" (I should've watched to see if this actually happened) in moments, and $80 later I was out the door. I don't know if they just loosen the bulbs or what the deal is, but apparently watch carefully. They do the inspection away from the waiting chairs so you can't see what's happened until they're ready to charge you or fail you in the inspection.Beware of this scam! I said to the mechanic "it's strange that these exact same things were wrong with my car yesterday" and he said "yeah a lot of people don't think to check those lights."

Went to this place in January after getting a check engine light. Had a thermostat replaced, and the tech told me that they took the car 60 MILES for a test drive. Had a feeling someone just took the car home. When I came to pick up the car, the exhaust was mysteriously loose and the car was making a loud noise all of a sudden. Went somewhere else to get that fixed, but now 6 months later the thermostat they replaced seized up and needs to be replaced again. Six months later and this place has done nothing but cause more issues with my car than I brought it in for.

Their lack of communication will make your experience a nightmare. I went in and spoke to one of their mechanics about obtaining specifically a TNC vechicle inspection although they get the inspections done efficiently and rapidly. They have zero respect for their customers in other words they don t care about customer service. When I realized they gave me a regular inspection instead of TNC I brought it to their attention and the guy attending me told me: Vehicle inspection is vehicle inspection and TNC is TNC. Ultimately he told me Do whatever you want and turned his back one me. They are there to offer these services. Why get like that when something doesn t go right? I was only tryna figure out a solution. Did he not care about seeing the inspection sticker I already had on my windshield?Summary: Lack of professionalism, failed to assumed responsibility, failed to provide a solution, communicated very poorly, rude staff.Oh and he ended up charging me $35 instead of $15 which is what the cost of TNC inspection is. Didn t apologize, didn t offer partial refund. What a joke!PST. I m not trying to put them down I am only sharing my experience with them because this is actually not the first something like this happens with them.

I went to this gas station last week For renewing my state inspection. This was few days before end of the month deadline & towards end of the day and several cars had lined up. I did have to wait my turn of course but the people who worked there had such a good attitude about it. It was extremely hot & humid & they were working very hard to move us as fast & as orderly as possible AND were apologizing to us for waiting, even though it was our fault for waited kind of till the last minute to get inspection stickers. I would definitely go back for inspection and other services based on this experience. Customer Service matters!

I stumbled upon TK Auto when I needed to get an inspection sticker a few years ago and they are the best! Tony Jr. was my contact recently when I needed to do a huge exhaust repair and, as always, he was polite, honest, professional and knowledgeable. I turned my Dad onto this garage and he has had great experiences with Tony Sr. as well.Service: Exhaust

Here today for inspection. The mechanic hit the car on left while opening my car s door (there were three witnesses) . I came home to find a dent in the door. No response has been received yet.

I highly recommend TK Auto for your car service needs. While living in the area I went to TK Auto not only with service needs, but also with questions about my car, questions when buying a new car, and they inspected cars I planned to buy. The gentlemen at TK made me feel safe at all times because they always gave me fair pricing, never tried to upsell me, always beat dealer pricing without even meaning to, and most of all they are kind and honest and extremely helpful at all times. I often get gas here; the price is usually the best in the neighborhood. Today I asked to make an appointment for an inspection, and they were able to do it immediately, while I waited. Fast, convenient, very polite, friendly.

Very bad experience- I have owned a car for more than 7 years, and this was by far the worst for the inspections- slow service and they dropped things into the layers of the backlights area and spent a lot of time to find it. The staff talked to customers with an attitude and charged at least 15% more than the market rate for a bulb change - never recommended and never come again

This place is terrible. A light from my SUV was damaged, I explained that they had changed it in another place less than a month ago, that I did not know if maybe it was a contact problem and not a light bulb. They went to check the car and 5 minutes later they charged me $45, also tells me that if it burns again it is a problem of the car and not the bulb. $45 is an abuse, and he did not even give me the price before touching the car. in other places, you do not pay more than $ 20 for the same work. They are not honest, do not trust this place

I will never go back to this place again.My wife took our car to this place after its wheel hit a rock. They said that the strut was damaged, so they replaced the strut.When my wife took back the car and drove it home, she heard the car make some noises which were not there before. I immediately called them and asked them to check out the noises. They refused to do anything unless I paid more for the further repair.I took the car to the BMW dealer for a diagnosis which found that the installed strut was a used bad part. It was leaking, and the attached spring was even the wrong size, causing the car s right-side body to be slightly higher than the left-side. The whole thing needs to be removed and replaced. Very bad services and I will never come back again!

I was inspected state sticker, they are dishonest people. They knocked off my small side lights by hit them so hard and then demand to fix them, they charged a lot of money to fix 2 small lights. I would not go there again.

Did not get the service here, but went here to get my car inspected. Called them well in advance and 2 more times after reaching the place, but couldn t find a way to enter the workshop due to the renovation work underway. Had to waste 40 minutes going there only to realize nobody was there to open the gate.

Live down the street. Have had my car inspected here several times. At the place right now. Was done in ten minutes. Have not had mechanical work done here. I am a generator tech so I do it myself.
