Frankie and his team are hands down the best in the business. They specialize inEuropean makes, think Audi, BMW, Mercedes,Porsche but they will also work on your Japanese brand. And they stand by their work, any complaints are promptly looked into!The staff are very knowledgeable and actually friendly, not like certain snotty places where they behave like they are doing you a favor explaining your issue to you.Appointments, this is especially important to me, are honored on time. None of that drop your car off and 2 days later it hasn t been touched.The garage itself is pristine, cleanest garage I ve even been to!! This, with a comfortable waiting area to chill as they work on your car makes the whole experience a pleasure.

Frank, Alex and the rest of the RayTeam are hands down the best at what they do. I've been to many mechanics and this is the only time I've not had to switch into full a$$hole mode because these guys are honest, and it's clear they take enormous pride in what they do. Communication is superb, even down to text updates with pictures, digital estimates that you can review, approve and pay from your mobile device. An insurance adjusted recommended these guys to me and they did excellent work on my Audi SQ5 and the final bill was actually lower than the original quote. I ve been a customer of RayTeam since 2019 and see no reason to take my German cars anywhere else. Be it maintenance, repairs or modifications. They ve done it all for me to a great standard of quality and at reasonable price.You know the place is good when you are greeted by the same nice people through the years who take the time to get to know you and understand your unique needs. The team is friendly and professional. The place is clean and impeccably maintained. They are true car people who clearly love what they do and stand by their work.Skip the stealership. Support local business. You ll get superior service at better price and probably make some new friends too!

First I want to really express my thanks to Alex he treated my car carefully like his own and perfectly solved the problem with a reasonable and affordable price. The mechanicians at here are very professional with years of experience. The service and the job make me feel like in a brand dealership but more friendly and sincere. I don't need to worry whether they make problem that may not need and costly they even provide me with super clean loaner while the car repairing. No wonder RayTeam has 5 star on feedback it really really deserved and even much more worth than 5 star. Thank you Alex and his crews see you next maintenance

I brought these awesome people the biggest project they've ever done. A complete Wiestec W.4 twin-turbo upgrade in my 2016 S63 Coupe, including complete engine rebuild with forged pistons and billet rods. In addition, the transmission clutches we're replaced with racing clutches and bushings and an oversized pan put on. A water-methanol injection system installed, updated (2018+) OLED Taillights and a Quaife Limited Slip Differential replaced the factory diff.The project took over a year to complete, but it was worth the wait. Perfection is what I wanted and perfection is what I got! Frank and his team of experts are absolute professionals with an unmatched level of care and attention to detail you just don't find anywhere else.As you can imagine, this job was expensive, but nobody could have done it better and certainly not cheaper.I'm privileged to be their customer for life. They make me happy to spend money with them, seriously. Thank you Frank, Said, Alex, Sherry, Andrea and everyone else. See you soon...

We can not say enough good about RayTeam, Frank has worked on a few of our cars, always gets it right, does the highest quality of work and is the only place we trust with our cars. I recently purchased a Lamborghini Gallardo in Oklahoma and had it sent to Boston. To my disarray, during shipping the shifting linkage had been broken and I was unable to drive the car upon arrival. A friend recommend that I send the car to RayTeam, who took the car in and began work the day after I received it. Not only was the work completed to the highest quality and professional degree, but Alex kept me updated about the status of the car and made sure to get everything done in an incredibly efficient manner. They also washed the car for me as a courtesy so that it would go home looking as beautiful as possible. I could not be more lucky to have trusted my new baby with RayTeam, and I am looking forward to getting some additional work done by them next week. I owe a massive debt of gratitude and a huge thanks to Aaron, Alex, and the whole team for getting my car back on the road and feeling incredible. Exceptional work, total professionalism, world-class facility, and a great group of people... all at the best prices you will find anywhere around Boston. I trust my BMW 2011 328Xi coupe to Frank and team and they never fail to impress.I was anxious about finding the right place where I could trust the advice, quality of work, and prices, but that also offered great communication and a loaner when needed.On my first visit for a oil filter housing gasket, Frank game me the lowest quote I had received after calling other reputable shops. On the day of drop-off he also drove me to my work and later that afternoon the car was ready with no extra charges and he even fixed the plastic door sill panel whose brackets had broken.My next visit was for my control arms and bushings at 44k miles... he got a better deal on the parts than he quoted and saved me $200! For that repair I got a Saab 9-3 as a loaner which I took home for a night. Frank threw me a can of Liquimoly fuel injector cleaner on my way out.Drop your car off and you will appreciate one of the nicest shop you have ever seen. The place is spotless and filled with cutting-edge tech and some of the nicest cars you've ever seen. But as soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by Frank or one of his crew. These are the kind of folks you are happy you found, and happy to patronize.Highly recommended Frank and RayTeam for your German cars (and Ferrari)

I was referred to ray team by a friend. I m glad I was. I purchased a Mercedes CL65 and I had ray team go through the entire car. They changed all the fluids, rebalanced all 4 tires and replaced a wheel bearing. Amazing customer service. Alex of ray team great guy, called or texted me daily kept me in the loop what they were doing to the car and there findings. Alex even washed the car for me. The Mercedes will be back again for its next maintenance visit. Ray team is the go to shop for German cars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought an older VW in - the cost of inspection and repair quotes were as much, if not more than, dealership prices. I wouldn't reccomend this shop for regular maintenance.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and passion the RayTeam automotive has. You can see they truly enjoy helping customers and offeringgreat advice.I drove about an hour to check this place out. Within less than 15 minutes they resolved an issue I had with myAudi Q5 which other Europan car shops had failed to resolve and they did not charge me a dime. Thank you RayTeam and I will be taking my business and referring others to you going forward.

if there s more than 5 stars i would go with that, literally the best shop you can get your fixed at! after going to more than 5 shops and the mercedes dealership itself my boy alex figured it all out and got it fixed in such short time comparing to the problems the car had !great service! honest prices and friendly staff !go there ! This guy is a genius!!

I've been here several times to service my E92 335i. Frank and his team can quickly identify and fix any problem I encountered, at a reasonable price! Beyond that, they gave me a loaner car that also drives fantastic! Will keep my car serviced in Rayteam as long as I live in the area.Update 06/20: now that I have moved out of state, I ll think it s time to update my review of Frank and his wonderful team here. Throughout the years we have serviced our BMW X5 and 335i, and VW Touareg here, from mechanical to electrical work. Zero complaints. Thank you again!

Frank is the best person for your automotive needs! He is knowledgeable about European exotics and he loves them too! If you have the Ms, the quattro's, the GTIs, you go to Frank. Period. Honest pricing. Great results!

I don't write reviews but here is my first one. I have to give 5 stars to RayTeam.I first brought my vehicle for 55,000mi maintenance to Porsche dealership service. The dealership rendered extensive list with $2800 quote.Then, I found RayTeam on Google and brought my vehicle in. The team was very straightforward and trustworthy. They performed the necessary maintenance with $770.Like many others, I strongly recommend doing business with RayTeam.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been using RayTeam Automotive since I weened myself off of the Audi dealership and could not be happier with this decision. They are fantastic. My most recent visit was an emergency one when my EPC light came on and the car went into limp home mode. They took the car at my convenience, worked on it quickly and best of all were in constant communication so nothing was a surprise. That is until I picked the car up and found that they had also done the inspection sticker. I could not have been happier since it was due and it saved me another errand. Their prices are really good. Their customer service is great. The only disadvantage is, I will now always have to have a German car so I can keep going there!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The team here is excellent. They know German cars like no other. For example last year I brought a BMW in with a weird ticking sound. Frank drove it around the block with me. Thought it was the oil pump. We checked the oil level. No oil. Added 2 quarts. No oil! Took 4 quarts. and of course he quickly figured out it was a an oil leak and I was lucky to have driven the car. Great team. VW and BMW owner.

I can t wait to give them a 5 star as soon as I got home. Quality, efficiency and cleanness are the first few works come off the top of my head when I picked up the car. This team takes care of my vehicle like their own. Alex has connections to source the parts I asked within a day, he also carefully checked my wheel lock to ensure I have it returned before I leave. They are professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend this shop and will come back.

Loyal customer since 2016. If you have a VW/Audi and want everything done proper with OEM parts this is your place. Frank and Alex are the best - they keep things honest and explain your options thoroughly. They have kept my 07 GTI running great for over 60k miles, with many more to come. I have seen RayTeam move/expand their garage more and more over time but the level of quality and personal care has always remained the same.

I went to 6 shops before and all of them say they can t fix my car is better to junk it so I refuse and I did my reach and I saw Rayteam and they say don t worry bout it we take care of your car and they fixed in the same day and now is my daily driver.

I started to bring my GTI to Ray team from a recommendation from MY MECHANIC, because of their knowledge of German vehicles. The whole crew is super knowledgeable, skilled and experienced. The office staff are always friendly, accommodating, transparent and patient. I cant say enough good things about the company, but I will say this...Alex, recommended getting a carbon cleaning for my engine when I got my intake manifold replaced (the stock one was busted). I believe they replaced it with oem parts, the sound my car makes literally turns heads when I'm driving down the street. It drives better than it did when I bought it. If you have a German car or any type of European sports car, or looking for skilled experienced mechanics to install mods properly. Great experience working with Rayteam. Alex specifically was very communicative and transparent with his diagnostics and repair timeline. He quickly determined the root cause of the noise in my car and was able to have it resolved the same day. Highly recommend their shop and will certainly be going back for all repairs/upgrades in the future.

I can't recommend Rayteam enough. I brought my VW to them after another shop totally messed it up and have been going there since (about 3 years). They are trustworthy, reasonable and easy to work with. Every time I bring my car there, they communicate well and when it finally reached the end of it's life, they were really helpful in taking me through the process. Rayteam Automotive is the best! They did my entire turbo upgrade and clutch upgrade flawlessly and all for a great price too. About a month later something went wrong on the car and they immediately came into help. Did not even ask what had happened just what was wrong and they sourced the parts and fixed it in under a week. The best of the best out there, please use rayteam if you need any repairs or just basic maintance on a vehicle!!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change
