Our car was towed to Pilgrim Auto Body after a fender-bender while we dealt with insurance issues remotely. Jimmy & his crew were knowledgeable & helpful throughout the process of totaling the car. Very professional & trustworthy.

They kept my car a little longer than expected for a repair, but they did a really good job, I my car looked brand new I feel like. The stuff if very friendly, I like how they had interpreters for people who only speak Spanish.

Great People! Great Work! Highly recommend! My car was there for a while due to an accident and a delay on parts! Car came out great no issues and very communicative whenever I d call for an update! My husband and I were in an awful car accident and the police in Waltham called Pilgrim to tow and store, our now, totaled car. I wish I got the gentleman's name, he was a red head, and the kindest guy in the world with a good sense of humor. He could tell this was a traumatic experience for us, and spoke to us with empathy and even gave us great advice on how to further the process we were in. He stopped what he was doing to be kind and helpful to us when we were just there for pictures and belongings from our car. Thank you so much for being so kind to us Pilgrim!Service: Car towing

The company is very family-oriented very down-to-earth Danielle is very kind and willing to help customer friendly. Nick the owner is very truthful as well as Danielle. I cannot speak for all of them but when my car was towed they were very thorough, polite, handed me their card. As well as very informative. Five stars

Went here because it was recommended to me by a friend and never coming back. My neighbor back into my car so I didn't think it would take a month to fix it. My car was involved in an accident a few months back where there was MORE damage and it only took 2 and a half weeks. I should have went back there. But this location was convenient for me. So long story short, they kept on telling me, yes it should be done next week. And then, yes it will be done Wednesday. Then, actually tomorrow morning, which is today. They open at 7am, 8am and I'm standing outside and the door is locked. When I finally get inside, I tell them I'm picking up my car and guess who's car is still not ready... I guess they are putting it together today and getting it aligned. Why couldn't she tell me this on the phone? I told her I get out of work at 4pm and that's when they close. She told me I can still pick up my car after hours. I'll see if that holds true...Update: My car is still at the shop and now they're blaming my insurance company because they didn't pay them in time. Still don't have an update to when my car will be done.

Pilgrim did a fantastic job repairing significant front-end damage. He even offered to touch up other scratches for no charge, since he had the correct paint mixed.The only negative was they promised overly optimistic dates, and then had to postpone a couple of times, which caused me some problems with the replacement rental car. I suggest the "Disneyland" approach: overestimate the time to cover realistic possible delays, then happily deliver ahead of schedule.

My car was in an accident in Waltham. The police called Pilgrim to tow the car. Jimmy called me several times to inform me the status, and explained how much the damage the car had. Worked patiently with my insurance for a car eventually was totaled, and even offered to take off my license plates for me to pick up at my convenience. Very nice, and honest people, willing to go extra miles to help. Thanks Jimmy !

Extremely rude brash and extraordinarily ignorant from the owner who conducts business while talking to you wit a mouthful of pasta and veal hanging out of his mouth to the awfully rude and obviously uneducated woman who answers the phone after 5:00 they do not accept credit ,debit,bank check,PayPal or any form of Currency other than cash.at 4:45 pm I told them I would have to physically run to the bank at tend of the street,I called them back at 4:55 and said I was running back to the towyard with the $200 for towing my running SUV that had not been in an accident.when I arrived I was told with a very nasty tone that we closed at 5:00 it was 5:02 and I'd have to come back in the morning with $250 because they had to store it overnight when all they had to do was take the $200 and give me my keys and I could have driven away.they obviously just wanted to make a other $50 overnight while they tried to digest all that veal and pasta .do yourself a huge favor and stay as far away from this crew as possible

I called pilgrim after calling about 40 places trying to get my dad a tow he was stuck in Brookline and needed to get to Norwood he's a severe diabetic and I get very worried about him and he was stuck for a long time .... One of the last placed I called because now I'm googling every town near by towing companies because everyone was hanging up , telling me not for another 5 hours at least or not at all ... I call pilgrim towing Nick jr answered the phone said he unfortunately wasn't able to do it and felt bad And said he was gonna definitely do everything to get me a tow he wasn't just gonna let me hang up without some help he gave me a number of a friend of his named Michael and told me to give him a call let him know he referred me to him and if he couldn't help me to give him a call back wether he could do it or not and let him know and if not he wouldn't stop there he would keep trying to help me find a tow for my dad... they were both so helpful!!! I gave michael a call he said he was on his way right away he was there in 30 minutes and I appreciated it so much....I have pro-tech which is also in Waltham that has "GREAT" reviews on Google and I was paying attention to the reviews at first till it became I need anything anyone pro tech literally told me to hold every 3 seconds over 10 times and once they heard it was still me they would hang up and I said please don't tell me to hold again! Can u help me or not ! He again said hold !!!! He comes back again! For the 15th time and The Mexican immigrant said SO RUDELY ya I'm busy trying to answer other calls I don't mess around over here can't help u and laughed when he clearly wasn't he was just trying to get my to hang up and give up they were the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life! But yet they have good reviews?? I'm sure they paid for those reviews because they are soooooo far from those reviews it was disgusting the way they acted .... I thank nick jr at pilgrim towing so much so don't listen to the reviews when u google towing companies because they are extremely FALSE!!! He was a lifesaver along with Michael for my dad and I live an hour away so I was starting to panic....Pilgrim towing is the way to go they don't know me from a hole in the wall and helped me like I was a close friend of thiers .... Thank you again !!!

This place is awful and they damaged my car very bad in the repair process which wasn t even a repair, it was a simple flush, wish they would of just let me leave..... thanks a lot guys!! Oh I almost forgot, the mechanic who brought my car out looked completely clueless!! Just the look on his face, I can t forget it, they new they damaged my car and lied right to my face.

Family owned business for sure. Dad was too lazy to get out of bed to get my buddy's truck out of the yard. Wife and son wouldn't allow it to be released because daddy knows best.
