I had a damaged front fender. I called Paul s based on online reviews. The reviews did not disappoint!Brian was very straightforward in explaining what they needed to do. He was super helpful and responsive. Very easy to get an appointment and work was done in a very quick turnaround. And the cost was very reasonable!I would recommend Paul s Auto Body for any collision repair.

As long as I live, if I'm in need of auto body or paint work done, it'll be done by Fabio and Tito and the other masters at Paul's Auto Body. They custom made a one-off unique hood for my highly modified S63 Coupe and I really don't know anyone else that could do it well. I absolutely love these guys!

Horrible please I took my Dodge Charger to this place for my insurance and they charge more the 13.000$ and they did a horrible job they charge me for a tire and they wanted to make me think that they replaced but they didn t and I m still waiting for it and I had to take my car to someone else to reinstall all the parts. They don t know how to work.

The team at Paul's is top-notch. They know their stuff, listened to my goals and budget and we made a plan to meet that. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process, got the work done on time and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend them to friends and family.

Over the past 6 years I have been bringing my car here to get fix from car accidents. Honestly the best service and they always do a great job. I don t know much about car and they would explain it to me in terms where I would understand and they wash the car too before it being pick up. They give you updates on what s going on. Truly the best Auto Mechanic shop in the state!

Went through hell and back getting the insurance company to sign off on all the parts needed. Fabio was in constant contact with me and the insurance company during the entire 10 week process. There were no parts available anywhere but he managed to finally locate all the missing pieces. Did a great job on my Range Rover. Even mounted a new tire for me, which wasn't even part of the claim. Picked up my vehicle and it was immaculate. They even detailed my interior. Couldn't be happier.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I was read-ended at a traffic light, damaging the bumper and lower valence of my Audi S4. Fabio and his team did a phenomenal of replacing the bumper and blending the new paint with the old, despite the color being rare. As someone who meticulously cares for the car, I would absolutely return to Fabio if I ever need to. Before and after photos are attached.

These guys are your standard scam artist mechanics. I dropped my vehicle off to have collision damage fixed. I'm well aware of the game mechanics play by quoting you a price, and then calling you mid-way through the job to increase the price, so I dropped my car off on the condition that they WOULD NOT increase the price on me mid-way through. They gave me a quote, and they promised me that they wouldn't increase the price. Sure enough, 2 days into the job, I get a call from them stating that they needed to increase the price by $300 to get the job done. I told them that I was assured they wouldnt do this, and my response was basically take it or leave it. Needless to say, wont be going back.

We needed some body work after a fender bender and we're delighted with the experience we had at Paul's Auto Body. Brian and his crew gave us a fair price, buffed up and also cleaned up dents, scratches and flaws from the fender bender and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend him and his crew to everyone and we'll be cleaning up some of the scratches and flaws in our other car after January. Thank you so much, Brian, and the crew at Paul's Auto Body! Highly recommended.We subsequently came back for body work on my wife's 2019 Nissan Altima from unseen parking lot damage. The car really looks great now post repairs as we had expected. Paul s Auto Body is an exceptional shop that provides a range of premium services. Fabio and his team are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable & nice. Easy to work with and experienced. They fixed both my and my husband s cars. Not only did they make it super easy for us and help with car rental arrangements, they were great with communication, transparency pricing and overall service. It s not easy to find an auto body shop you trust.

I chose it because of the good reviews. However, they just start taking the parts out without confirming if I have decided to do the job here.If i knew this minor bumper crack took them a week and cost 7k... I will never come...and they end up extend to 2+ weeks!!! The rep is so impatient to explain why it takes forever to get my car back

Brought my 2021 truck for a left front head light and shutter replacement due to a run in with a plow. They handled my claim with Insurance and fixed it quickly. Had a small problem with programing the new head light but worked with a Ford dealership to get it working properly and returned to me. They are professional and detailed. I highly recommend their services.

THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!!You wont find ANY OTHR place like Pauls Auto Body, from the warm and welcoming guys at the front desk area and the Excellent level of service this place is Awesome!My 2022 A5 just 3 months old was in a minor accident and the car looked like it just came off he showroom floor when finished .Fabio and his team are the nicest group of people I have ever met.I will be going back for detailing service for sure.THANK YOU GUYS !!!!Janis CService: Body & Trim

I m sure Fabio and his team do great work, but at the cost of your pockets. Unrelated to Paul s auto body in Quincy, Paul s auto body in Waltham does not take checks written out to the business. Only written out to the owner. They don t accept credit or debit card payments over $500- when most auto body jobs are more than $500. Seems dishonest. Called other auto body shops in the area, and every single other one will take a check written out to the business. Find somewhere better.

Had a great experience at Paul's Auto Body! They were very patient with my situation, as I had originally filed a claim through my insurance which was later cancelled and handled outside of insurance. The car looks great, and finding out they washed and vacuumed the car was a great added bonus! Will be returning for future work and recommending Paul's to my friends and family!Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident a couple months ago. My 2017 Maxima was t-boned, which resulted in major damage to passenger side front and rear wheels, and both doors. My passenger side door could not be opened. My insurer recommended Paul's autobody, who was listed as a top tier repair shop on their list. After about 3 weeks, with the doors and wheels replaced, and a fresh coat of paint, I was amazed of how my vehicle looked. It was as if it left a show room floor. I did feel that I had to call more than I liked to keep up to date on the status of my vehicle. However, the end result is what truly mattered. Fabio and his team took on the job and delivered. Went in after being rear ended. My insurance gave their information and it is very close to my house. From the beginning everything was so easy. I was treated very well. The tech went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of on all ends. Was even able to order me a hubcap for my car that I had lost. I was kept up to date with all repairs via calls and texts. Thank you to Eder for making things happen stress free.

Great experience. I was rear ended and the insurance company directed me to them. They were professional, efficient and very accommodating. Interior of shop was very clean and neat. Fabian was great to work with. My electric blue bumper is back to its pretty self again thanks to Paul s!! I highly recommend this place.

As a woman there is no one I would trust more than Fabio. He was very clear as to what my car needed and the cost. After the work was completed there were no surprises and the car was done on time as promised. Trust is everything to me and I trust this vendor, especially Fabio!!!!! Top service from a caring individual who really knows his business and loves cars. A+++++

Fabio did a great job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that incurred some relatively minor damage. He told me what needed to be fixed and what the costs would be. He worked well with my insurance company. He told me it would take a few days and it took 4, not unusual for a body shop. However the vehicle was cleaned spotlessly inside and out when I received it. I wouldn't begrudge him the extra day to make sure that the work was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fabio, and his team, was excellent to work with. Very professional. Scott, who also works in the front office, was equally helpful. Repaired my 2011 4Runner after an accident, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I had a question about the repair that Fabio addressed immediately. He was extremely accommodating and explained what was done, etc. I had a follow-up concern over the weekend, which Fabio also addressed professionally and promptly--responding by email on a Sunday, and answering my questions in depth. They were responsive, reasonable, fair, and delivered on-time as promised. While I hope I don't need another repair, but if I do, Fabio and his team will get my business. Well done.

They are the worst service I have ever seen! I was asking if they could give me a quote up front and they just refused! They said if you are not sure you want to have your car fixed at our store, we are not going to give you a quote. How outrageously ridiculous! Why don't you just grab my wallet and my vehicle??!!

I have to say i was a bit nervous about taking my 6 month old car bought brand new from the dealership; 2015 Black Grand Cherokee. No one recommended the place, I just went by reviews here on Google.I just wish I can post pictures because the truck looks like new!! It looks like it was never worked on. The job was amazing. Delivered before scheduled time. Fabio is the best, this place is amazing. I will recommend it hands down. I have had previous experience with shops on a black car and just nothing near this job.

Fabio was awesome. My car had a minor issue: I accidentally ripped out part of the bumper. It wasn't in serious disrepair but it looked ugly. Fabio gave me a fair price, fixed the issue in a timeline manner and there were no surprises. Fabio is a very personable guy, easy to talk to, clearly in the business for the right reasons. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. Fabio is who you're looking for - in addition to fixing your car in a prompt and expert manner he also deals with the insurance company and the car-rental place for you like a pro.The car was finished on time and when I came to get it it was cleaner than it had been since I got it. Absolutely recommended.

After being rear ended brought my car here as it is a Geico express shop. They did a fantastic job fixing my car. Got it back earlier than I thought and it looks and drives great. The staff was excellent, friendly and I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work to their vehicle!
