my (formerly out-of-state) car had window tinting that caused me to fail inspection, and i needed to get it fixed quickly so i'd be legal for an upcoming trip. knowing i was on a timeline, jv auto was able to get my car in same-day! they were friendly, quoted me a reasonable price, and did excellent work. i would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience with Victor! He was kind, polite, informative, and communicative and he did an excellent job with my Mazda CX-5 (Interior Deep Clean and Exterior).I highlight recommend going to Victor! We will be back in the future.

Absolutely fantastic interior detail. Victor did an amazing job. I felt like I needed to take my shoes off before getting into my car. It was that clean. There were parts of the interior that were completely different colors after he was done. It was cleaner than when I originally bought it. JV Auto Detailing did an absolute amazing job with a full interior detail and pet hair removal on my small SUV. I had not had my interior cleaned for quite some time and the dirt and fur build up from my two dogs on every inch and in every crevice was outrageous. When I got my car back after the detail, there was not a single piece of fur anywhere in the car, and it looked cleaner than when I bought it. They went above and beyond, and their cleaning was meticulous with amazing attention to detail. I could really tell how much extra attention they gave my car. Victor was professional, polite, and sent updates for timing. I am expecting my first baby any day now, and it is so comforting to know that my car looks better than new for her arrival. Victor did an AMAZING job and customer service was unmatched! My car had some husky fur and my kids had stained my seats with juice and food. The result was amazing!!! Right from scheduling online (which is super convenient), to the friendly, knowledgeable guys (Victor), to the wash and wax that was extremely thorough with all the right tools. Drove from Brookline, MA for these guys. My car looks amazing. Well worth the drive and money.

Absolutely amazing service! Victor was very friendly and professional. Even though I schedule appointment for simple wash he took my car for full interior cleaning after I changed my mind. Interior of my car hasn't been cleaned for several years and he stayed 3 hours past working hours to finish the car. Dedication and professionalism are on the highest level! I highly recommend JV Auto Detailing!Gret job guys!

Great service--left my husband's car like new! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the Boston area! We got a dog a year ago and had never used an auto detailing service until now (6 yr old car), so the JV Auto Detailing team had their work cut out. They picked up and dropped off my car at no charge, were very communicative throughout the day, and did a great job restoring my husband's car's interior. Excellent detailing service. I chose full interior service, and they made sure to remove each & every stain, washed my car seats, and returned a neat, clean, and nice-smelling car. Victor made my life easy. I changed my pickup and drop-off location multiple times, but he took care of everything. Excellent customer service.

I found Victor after reading several positive online reviews. My car was a complete mess when I handed it off to Victor. I have a dog with the type of hair that is really difficult to remove from car interiors, in addition to all of the dirt that dogs create. I let a long time lapse between cleanings and I thought for sure that the dirt would never come off. But Victor delivered and I've never been happier. I also took advantage of the pick up and drop off service, which made the whole experience so pleasant and convenient. Beyond happy with JV Autos services, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I hadn t had any deep cleaning/detailing in years and was far over due. Great detailing service! I had never gotten my car's interior cleaned before so it definitely needed some TLC, but Vic and the folks at JV did a great job, and it couldn't have been easier to book my appointment online and drop the car off. I gave up on my car that I used to love after having a German Shepherd for a year. The once beautiful interior was now covered in layers of dog hair and dirt. I honestly didn't think it was humanly possible to get it to look presentable again, but Victor far surpassed my expectations. The entire interior looks and feels new now. On top of the great job these guys did, they also picked up and dropped off my car. I ve brought both of my cars to JVAD for full details and I have been very satisfied with the results. Scheduling and rescheduling is easy at JVAD. Customer service is great. Victor has offered me rides home after dropping my car off for detailing. I brought my car in for internal detailing. JV Auto did a fantastic job. They completely cleaned out my car, shampooed the seats, and even got out a very stubborn stain in the backseat. I was very impressed with the results, and happy with the price. Wow! I would give 10 stars. I barely give reviews.The best service ever! Easy to book, quick response on text and call. Super accommodating even when I was an hour later than my scheduled time.Gave me a ride home and back to pick up the car.My car was super dirty and it looks like brand new now.
