Jimmy's Autobody was recommended by a family member. I told Jimmy that I have that special supersonic red paint where it brightens up on a sunny day and darkens when cloudy. Jimmy took the extra time to match the paint and I was amazed how it came out. He's one of the best in the Waltham area.

Simply cannot say enough good things about Jimmy s Auto Body. Professional, courteous, and has done EXCELLENT work to my car (regrettably, on multiple occasions !). When possible, Jimmy has even has helped coordinate with a local car rental agency further lessening the stress. My one piece of advice, get in to see Jimmy sooner rather than later if you need work done to your car. He books up fast! ALL IN ALL, If I could ,I d give ten s.

Just a few words to describe my experience with Jimmy s Auto body. Professional, friendly, expedient, friendly and accommodating. I smashed my 2011 Grand Cherokee into a pole and did substantial damage to the undercarriage. Everything about this ordeal was timely and seem less. My vehicle was perfect and Jimmy responded to every single one of my emails quickly, professionally and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of body work. Hands down, the very best of the best...

I went to Jimmy's Auto Body because of the glowing reviews I read about him. They are absolutely true! This guy is terrific. First of all, dealing with him is easy -- he is friendly and responsive. He kept me informed every step of the way, and called me when the car was ready. He dealt with the insurance company for me when he needed to request additional funds for the work.Most of all, the work is excellent -- you would never know that my brand new car was ever damaged. The color matches perfectly. I absolutely recommend Jimmy's Auto Body.

So agree with everyone here who rated Jimmy s auto body highly. This is probably the best auto body shop experience I ve had. Jimmy is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and priced reasonable. He has many contacts with the insurance companies and relationships with rental cars so it ends up being a one stop shop where you can leave the rental car when yours is ready. He was able to fix the where I d scraped the rear panel and did so in the time he said he would. Thanks so much. Sarah

After checking reviews of Waltham auto body shops I dropped by Jimmy s unannounced to get an estimate on the partially detached left rear bumper of my 2020 Lexus, damaged from exiting a steep driveway entrance. The owner interrupted what he was doing and, after examining my car, got a few tools and spent the next 15 minutes on his back in front of his garage fixing my car, which required two concealed screws because I had broken a fastener. My bumper now looks perfect and brand new. The owner then declined to charge me for his valuable time and I had all I could do to buy coffee for his crew. Jimmy s Auto Body has a stellar reputation and now I know why.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear-ended just before Christmas and was dreading dealing with the insurance company and locating an auto body shop on top of all my other commitments. Jimmy took care of everything with the car and the insurance company so I could enjoy my holiday. Jimmy delivered my back my car on schedule and looking great. Jimmy has taken care of my personal and work trucks for several years. I found him through a referral and am grateful I did. His work is high quality, pricing fair, and he always delivers the work on time. I have had work ranging from small dents to major accidents and he has handled them all.

I had taken my car to Jimmy's Auto Body on more than one occasion over the last few years, and every time I had only good things to say about the service.Jimmy is very knowledgeable, responsive, and he stands by of his work. The repair process is transparent and fast, and the results were always to my complete satisfaction.Highly recommend!

Jimmy's awesome!! I drove my car to estimate my front bumper yesterday. He's very fast and understanding :) He also gave me great advice as warm as a family not just only want to get more customer and it's impressive. I will definitely go back and fix my red car with him and his team :)

My 2001 Toyota Avalon was side swiped by a flat bed tractor trailer while I was stopped at a red light. I had my car towed to Jimmy's Auto Body on a recommendation by a friend. The whole left front and side were heavily damaged. Jimmy's Auto Body did a great job in repairing or replacing all the damaged parts in about a week. My car drives and looks like it was never in an accident. The cost of repairs matched what the insurance had appraised the damage for. No out of pocket expenses for me. So I highly recommend them for major auto repairs.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Jimmy is very professional,sets the right expectations and is honest with his estimates. I had to go to him for a big scrape through insurance company,I didn't have to worry about anything. He has a great work relationship with the agents as well.

Had to take my car in to get a minor bumper repair and the tail light replaced. Jimmy did the job quickly, under the initial quote, and it looks great. He's straightforward, honest, and pleasant to talk to. Can't recommend this place enough. Obviously I don't want to see him again soon, but if anything does happen to my car, this is where I'm taking it.

Jimmy and his team did a great job with work on my rear bumper. The turn around was quick. Jimmy was great to work with and went out of his way to address some other small cosmetic issues in addition to the original work. Definitely would return for additional body work.

My buddy scratched my car in my driveway... after dealing with the insurance claims everything was easy and pretty awesome at Jimmy's. Extremely responsive via email, they helpfully walked me through the steps involved in an insurance related claim (easier to talk to than my insurance). The work was done promptly and as a bonus of all my wheels got cleaned and my interior vacuumed and dusted.

Jimmy is really nice and trusted guy. My Lexus got scratched from Garage side rim. I drove to a Auto shop and a guy estimated about $600 for fixing it. I thought let's tried to see another one before fixing it. I went to Jimmy's Auto also in Waltham. He had a look and then brought a bottle of liquid with a piece of a cloth. He carefully cleaned the scratched area and all scratched white paint was gone. I asked him how much cost. He said it was free. My second car got scratched and I brought it over to him and he did same thing with no charge again. I love Jimmy's Auto Body Shop!

I am very happy with the work Jimmy did with my car. He was professional, gave me a realistic estimate, stuck to it, and made sure to call me with updates. I would definitely go back there and I'd recommend him to my friends.

Very satisfied with their work! Was in a car accident, they dealt with the insurance company, worked quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. And credit where credit is due, the car looks a little better than it did before the accident. Recommend without hesitation!

Went to get checked out because of a minor collision.I was helped right away, and given an immediate appraisal of the damage and costs (for free).I don't know anything about cars, and they could have made up all kinds of nonsense about problems, but instead they told me it was all cosmetic and that I could choose to fix it or not (no hard feelings.)I chose not to, but will be returning if I do need body-work done in the future.

Had to paint a bumper to match the rest of the car. Really nice people. Fast turn around and excellent work. No complaints.
